All around amazing from wonderful atmosphere to welcoming and gracious service to the incredibly delicious food - all the way to the top! The grilled chicken is succulent while crispy with the char marks, stri fry veggies are done exactly on point and the rice serving size is just as impressive as delicious, level 3 spice is just the right kick of spicy without overpowering flavors of the meal itself. New permanent marker whenever I'm making it into the area, bet on that.

Literally the best fried rice, chicken and beef stir fry I’ve ever had. It has that charbroiled fresh flavor that’s hard to find. If you like spicy food order level 3-5 on the fried rice.

Today was my first time visiting this restaraunt and I've got to say it was the most pleasant experience I've had in a very long time! Benny was my server and he was very attentive despite being very busy with other guests as well. I asked him what he recommended and he sold me the absolute best sandwich I think I've ever had! Wow! The atmosphere is very relaxing and all of the staff members i encountered where very kind and attentive. I will definitely be back again to enjoy the awesome customer service and food!

My partner lived in Bastrop before I came around, and told me about what happened during the big 'snowpocalypse.' Lab C helped the local community by handing out food for free out of their own pockets - and the people who were helped by them during that time will never forget that kindness. Every time I go here, the servers are very kind and attentive. I always get the pho because it's really good! I get the regular size and always have leftovers. For 2 people, we only paid $31 for quality food. I definitely recommend eating here!

One thing about it! This will ALWAYS be my favorite spot for a good pho! I got the large steak and brisket which I can always get 2 servings out of ! Hits the spot every time! Super friendly staff. I was offered something to drink while i waited too. Awesome!

Food was great, and service was even better! They were very welcoming and attentive. My sister and I had the Pho - no meat with the chicken broth, very yummy and they let me have extra sprouts at no charge! The fried dumplings were also delish, though I think I'd prefer soy sauce to the dipping sauce they provided, which was a spin on it. I learned the owners are very involved in the community! Which is very refreshing, I'm pretty sure it was the owner/husband that visited our table twice to check in.

The broccoli and tofu stir fry was delicious - I loved the marinated + fried tofu, it was crispy and flavored. Vegans in Bastrop can enjoy options on the menu too :) I’d like to see fancier drinks on the menu besides just Pepsi products - especially a vegan chai tea :) and more clarification in the menu regarding ingredients

Just tried this spot in BASTROP, and I gotta say it was amazing! The service was top-notch. The servers were super attentive and helpful. Gilbert, the owner, mentioned they had crawfish, so we went for 6 lbs. The flavor was perfect (we got the LABC Special with level 2/5 spice, and it was spicy tho). We also ordered some pho, and honestly, it was the best pho I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend this place!

I'm not sure if it was an off day, but the food was just okay. It wasn't bad. Service was great. Nothing stood out about what I ordered or what my girlfriend ordered for me that would make me want to come back. She visits this regularly and said it was off too; not as good, I heard. May try again when in town. I suggest trying it out, as the service was good, so maybe it was just an off day with the food.

Preface: Eating here will not suddenly cause the name of the restaurant to make sense. It's not like you walk in and say, "Oh, that's what it means..." which is probably for the best. Summary: It's an order-at-the-counter Vietnamese pho and noodle joint with a crazy name. But the food is very good quality. The menu is pretty standard and nothing jumps out at me that would make this place legendary or anything. But if you want a solid bowl of pho or plate of noodles, this place has you covered. Pros: The owner is often there and making the food shoulder-to-shoulder with the cooking staff, so it's a very real family enterprise. I wanted a particular combination noodle dish that wasn't on the menu and they accommodated the request without question. Cons: I was low on cash and needed to pay with my phone which they don't support. Fortunately, the owner was there and he let me pay him direct. But you can't and shouldn't expect that to be available when you go. So be sure to have traditional funding sources available. The price is typical in these times of rampant inflation. Budget $20 per adult. You'll probably come in a little under that.

While the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price, the taste wasn’t quite what I expected. It seems like the flavors have been adjusted to cater more to local preferences rather than staying true to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. If you're looking for a truly authentic Vietnamese experience, this might not be the best choice. However, if you want to try something a little different from the usual bland options in the area, it’s worth a visit. The food is decent, just not what I would consider traditional Vietnamese.

The food is wonderful however my issue is, the last time I ordered food to go, I was hit with an additional $4 on my card. My original total was $26.84 yet the next day, my total was $31.00. Somebody must’ve took a nice $4 tip for themselves. That doesn’t feel too well knowing I’m supposed to be trusting and this happens. Heads up.

We went for early dinner kids and I. This was our 1st time trying this place. We ordered our food, saw people come in and out. Waited 1 whole hour before they realized our order never got placed. To me that seems a really long time pass for our waitress to not notice we had not been served our food. Sure we got a sorry, but doesn't compensate for the long long wait time . The good was good but that wait time stl gets me I'm sure I would go back. I might look for another place to get Pho..

I got steak & brisket pho and my husband got All in one. Both of it stunk really badly. Like something got bad. We haven’t eaten it , smell was very unpleasant. We sent it back. We ate fried dumplings and fried eggrolls that we ordered for appetizer and left. This is our second time. First time about a year ago the pho was OK but tables were dirty. Not coming back.
