I’m always surprised at how affordable Blaze is for the quality you get. The crust is light and crispy, the toppings are fresh, and it tastes like something you’d get at a fancy pizza place — but without the fancy price. So worth it.

Manager (Irfan)was rude and nasty, arguing with me over a burnt Gluten-free pizza and refused to change his gloves when taking the pizza out for an allergy for my son’s pizza he told me he rather use the red tongues and the red pizza cutter to pick up the pizza and put it on the Pan and told me that he’s not changing his gloves. I told him it’s for an allergy you have to. I am one of the best customers for Blaze Pizza. I’m in there every day sometimes. Two or three times a day. Weiss and Jen Are very helpful every time I go in there they always treat me and my family with respect considering my son‘s allergy All the other workers are great too, except for Irfan I was highly disappointed and very annoyed.

Amazing meatballs, Great pizzas. I didn’t pay attention when I was ordering and Danielle was super accommodating and helped remedy my order. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! So happy with the experience. Will definitely be back!

Excellent little pizza shop. The shop offers a multitude of selection in terms of what kind of pizza you want. They have several different cheeses, meats, sauces and veggies on full display that you can pick and choose to be added onto your pizza. The best and most interactive part is that the chefs make the pizzas right in front of you. Once they are done putting the pizzas together, they pop them in a fire heated oven and the pizzas are then finished in record time. To top off the whole experience, when you finally sit down to eat the pizza, you'll be thoroughly impressed with the taste and flavor of the pizza. It's delicious, comforting, not greasy at all, and very filling. Their pies are about the size of a medium sized pizza from dominoes or papa John's so each person can get their own pie and not feel hungry or overstuffed after eating them. Also they are relatively cheap as well. They only cost 8.95$ per pizza! Very great place, definitely go there.

Hands down, this place has the BEST pizza! I love it when I'm able to customize my own pizza and this place has everything you can think of. The pesto is made fresh right in front of you the crust is thin but perfect! All their ingredients are fresh, farm to table. The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff superb. We had a group of about 14 and we spent about an hour here. We were welcomed with big smiles and they never rushed us out. This is a must if you are hungry and in the area.🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

I brought my girls because of a school fundraiser. They didn't disappoint. Even though they were swamped with both in-person and online orders, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Matthew, who was completing the pizzas as they came out was grace under pressure. And to top it off, the pizzas were really good! I had the Red Vine and it didn't disappoint.

The guy at counter was not very friendly. Told me my rewards were automatic. I needed to put in my receipt to get them.

Food was good, but the Bayshore location has lost its finesse. I think they changed owners. The Bayshore spot does not seem well managed. Tables and floors were dirty, which took away from the experience. No ice in soda machine. They also removed the natural sodas they used to have, those were really good and a big plus before. Service felt rushed and not very personal. Overall, I would not dine in again. Maybe ordering to go is the better option.

I have been to this location a few times and today was by far such a terrible experience of lack of management, workflow, common courtesy and disorganization. We arrived, went to the spot on line at the counter to order, we were ignored and after about 10 minutes looked at asking us if we were so and so. We hadn't even ordered. At least 3 of the employees were overwhelmed by the orders in front of us yet there was no one on line. When they finally got to us one of the two orders wasn't prepared and now this is after at least another 10-15 minutes. When we went to the register we pointed out there was another pizza- a SIMPLE pie so then she mumbled I will go make it. In a place where you have your order in front of you how does it get messed up that badly? We paid for two drinks and weren't handed cups, so I took them. What a failure on every level. No one stepped up to get this taken care of, apologized for the delays and more importantly ensured accuracy. This was not a lack of staffing, it was a lack of basic procedure and accountability. I sincerely hope that this was out of the norm.

On 11/1/25 I bought a BYO pie w/HR dough for $18.46 at Blaze Pizza in Bay Shore. On a couple of the slices the toppings were smeared by the oven person with the pizza peel when she took it out. I told the manager I was not happy about the way it looked and he said the cheese and toppings just rolled off. That doesn't just randomly happen. I told him the oven worker smashed it when she took it out. Then I asked him to at least add cheese to the bare slices and he did. Then I told the oven lady to try not to smear the pie again when she removes it from the oven. She was dismissive and didn't apologize for it. This isn't the first time she did that either but I've given Blaze Pizza a few chances in spite of it. That oven person needs to leave or be replaced from Blaze Pizza if she doesn't want to serve my pizza properly. I feel as if she has a personal issue with me as I stated earlier it wasn't the first time she did that. Also there was a fly in the prep area! I believe you'll be shut down soon at the rate you're going Blaze Pizza Bay Shore! Good riddance!!

the pizza looks decent, but when i ate it , it was horrible. i used to go to Blaze Pizza a LOT but idk what has changed, if its new management? or if its just new employees.. but the quality of the pizza has changed, and the environment was also very dirty.

How is this possible? I’m a fan of blaze pizza but this time I’m upset and disappointed, I bought this pizza and my husband picked it up bc I was in the hospital and this was the only thing I wanted to eat when my husband got to the hospital and I was about to eat my pizza it was just a mess, the pizza was all burnt, the ingredients were very messy, and they didn’t slice the pizza, I was very upset and I didn’t eat not even a slice, I love blaze but I’m not going to come back for a while

I am never buying from Blaze again. My most recent visit was super disappointing. I cannot believe I drove 20 minutes to this Blaze only to find out that half my vegan cheesybread was missing! I have ordered this item multiple times in the past and it never looks like this. You can clearly see that the shape is much different and the size is smaller. Moreover, they added too much oil. I noticed also that the sauce cups contained less sauce; half of it was missing. They took 100% of my money, but only delivered 50% of my food. The pizza was also a miss. I ordered a herbivore pizza with vegan cheese and it was slimey and slippery and had too much oil as well. I've never had a problem like this before, but today I wasted my time and my hard-earned money. I feel like I've been robbed by Blaze and been given low quality food. I have noticed that Blaze's quality and quantity has been decreasing over time and the prices just keep increasing. It's not like how it was 10 years ago and honestly it's just not worth it anymore. This was the last straw for me. If you want vegan pizza on Long Island I suggest going to Umberto's and ordering from their vegan menu instead or making your own pizza at home.
