This is my favorite Starbucks location. I go out of my route even when there’s another Starbucks closer bc they’re not the same Starbucks. Always on point! They have spacious parking lot too.

A real professional starbucks manned by really quick teams. The crushes here are real and this starbucks is quicker than most and gets orders done very well. Still has seating inside and out and a parking lot.

This is a coffee shop where you could seat all day on comfortable furniture or at the breakfast bar. Large selection of coffees and teas including unique flavors like chai and frozen drinks. There ar gourmet cookies and scones and more. Service is excellent. Fun Place.

They're pros. Pick your pick and they'll make it for you. And they'll make it well. Likewise, the coffee is excellent quality. I have zero complaints. However, as is usually the case with quality comes a neat price. Those are rarely separable. I'm not saying that you need to have a millionaires pocket to shop at a Starbucks, but be prepared to spend 6 bucks for a large drink that looks like a medium. The place has opened back up to indoor seating.

I always take advantage of the drive-thru. The speed with which orders are filled is amazing - the drink is generally ready before I reach the pickup window! My dog thoroughly enjoys the pup cup, and once she starts licking that whipped cream, she doesn't stop until there is no evidence of the contents. I like the green tea and lemonade refreshers, and the bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich hits the spot.

I’ve been coming to this location for appox. 10 years and have never had any issues with my food order therefore have always trusted them in packing my breakfast with no need to double check. This morning I believe was a new girl at the food station, messed up the whole order giving me meat on my sandwiches which btw I am vegetarian. I realized when I got to work and was highly upset because I lasted the morning without food. I came back this afternoon for my afternoon coffee and spoke with Albert (shift supervisor) and explained to him the situation. He was nothing but sweet and helpful and gave me the credit on a card. I was considering just not coming back to this location but Alberts kind attitude and attention to the situation will have me continuing my morning visits here!

Renovation the place couple of months ago. The layout made it more roomy for the customers to walk around the shop. Feels like less seating area but about the same as before. Staffs are friendly. Outside seats are also available on good summary & fall weather. Parking lots are available for drive pick up customers but no drive through. Its on a corner of a block with one way street so you will be better off on west bound on northern blvd to get to the parking lot

Just like any other Starbucks this one too completely fills in the customer with the vibes and accent of the store. Regarding the product they are top notch just like the other ones. And as the summer is coming I definitely want to see the dragon drinks out there. Simply amazing were those.

I am at Starbucks every morning faithfully. I can't help myself I am addicted to caramel macchiato and the medicine ball tea. I like the blueberry scones and my son loves the cake pops. Very expensive though but if you use the app and refill your account you get freebies.

Great experience. I visited this Starbucks last weekend (June2020) I must say they are really organized and making sure everyone stays safe during the pandemic. Yes, your order it will take some time to be served but isn’t that bad. You can always use the app and order in advance and get notifications on your phone.

I have never given a 5star to a Starbucks but this location earned it. Employees are all welcoming, place is neat and clean although it's busy from opening to closing. Good assortment of cups and coffee to go. Nice outside seating which they need to pay more attention in summer time but besides that great service.

The place is very welcoming, the baristas and manager were happy to see the customers. I wasn't even mad when I found out they didn't have PSL. The manager apologize profusely and made me something special. Definitely, coming back when I'm in the area again.

Managers and Baristas are by far the friendliest I have ever come across. Drinks are great. The only downside is that there is not enough seating. They should think about adding a 2nd fl.

I like this location because it’s convenient when you’re driving down Northern. The parking lot can be a mess, but it’s something you’d expect for a place on Northern. Staff is always friendly and the notes on the cups are so sweet! ~Lee

This is a busy location especially since it is on Northern Boulevard. The parking is a bonus. The staff were very quick to take my order. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes from the moment I walked in through the door. My drink was ready within a few minutes. Staff are nice and tried to keep everything ready for more customers. There are a couple of areas to sit inside but as always with a Starbucks it can be occupied by someone for quiet a while.

The staff in this location was particularly helpful and kind the day I was there. A mom was in there alone with her young daughter who knocked over a hot cocoa. The staff person was totally chill about it and got a mop while a new cocoa got made.

Staffs are friendly. You might find a long line often but it moves quite fast, so relax and explore new items on menu 😊. Oh, love their collection of items besides drinks. Have bought a water bottle many yrs ago. It lasted over 10yrs. Recently, purchased a tote bag with cute design. Very versatile.

This is a review for the online ordering. Seems efficient and accurate. They don't mess up your order and service is prompt and on time. Though I was disappointed to see they didn't have some juice or cold drink options there. Would have been curious to try those but it says its sold out on their app. Maybe I'll have better luck next time round.

Very efficient location. Always have my mobile orders ready as I walk in the door. But there is limited parking. I have tried to avoid driving during the day as you often have to wait longer for a spot than it would take to order your coffee.

This Starbucks is great to pick up from with nice service and awesome outdoor seating (minus smoking but hard to stop that). I just wish it was bigger and had more overall area as it's usually packed! Definitely good to have nearby! I go to the Little Neck one though more overall b/c parking and space is easier!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. Half the time I go there, they do not have the ingredients for the drink that I want to order. How do you not make sure you order enough of a drink to last you until your next shipment comes in? I understand that some drinks are more popular than others, but the workers should make sure that if a drink is popular, they should have enough of it to provide to customers that obviously want it because it's a popular drink. It is dirty; the area where the napkins, straws, and creamers are is disgusting. The service is also incredibly slow. The baristas take their sweet time and it takes forever to get a drink. So now I am drinkless, and the closest Starbucks I know of is 20 minutes away. I didn't have the time to go out of my way when this one was more convenient for me to go to since I was shopping in the area. I keep giving this location chances, but I don't know why. Their service never fails to disappoint me.

Overall good location. Clean establishment, although the layout is a bit tight. Overall, decent service and full selection of Starbucks options.

Typical Starbucks- but dang how they shrunk the food portions and yet raised the prices too - the croissant was like a mini version and so was the egg sandwich. Crazy how it was like "honey I shrunk the kids" (sorry,I know it's an old throwback reference from the 80s) Folks were kind as usual.

Regular at Starbucks, but this was the first time I asked for them to remake my drink because it didn't taste right only to have them make it wrong again. I was already late so I couldn't have them remake it a second time, but fair warning to only go here with extra time for them to remake your drinks.

This is a decent Starbucks. Service is very good... The inside seating isn't very inviting and the outdoor seating is along a busy street.

This location is popular. The coffee is up to par with other locations. The WiFi works well too. And there's parking if you can wait for a spot. But it is small for the number of customers they get. Some locals congregate here all day long. They take over part of the seating area. And they get loud. How loud? Loud enough those of us seating on the other side are all caught up on who's been defriended over a party plan gone sour and who's putting silicone on their glutes this year. So do expect to wait for your drink, and don't expect to find a place to sit and relax.

The good thing about this Starbucks is that it has parking. The bad thing about this Starbucks is that many people come here. The parking lot is small and it is shared with the T-mobile store next door. Sometimes it is impossible to get a spot and waiting for one is problematic because it may block traffic or exiting vehicles. Also, parking spots are narrow. If you're lucky to grab a parking spot during these influxes, be prepared to wait on a long line inside. We need another Starbucks nearby, preferably on Bell Blvd. so I can just walk to it.

Not impressed. Ordered a cold brew and bagel bites inside the app for pickup in 3-7 minutes. Got there in about 7 and it was crowded. Seemed like I made the right choice ordering ahead, but as I watched the barista prepare drink after drink, and never see mine come up, I began to think something went wrong. Eventually, I found the bagels stuffed in a pocket above the counter where the drinks are placed; the name on the bag was on the other side so it just sat there while I waited over 10 minutes. I finally asked the barista about my order, and I had to repeat the entire order again. After all that, he turned around and grabbed a Venti iced coffee on the back counter and handed it to me (no name on cup) with an apology. I paid for a Venti Cold Brew, but got an iced coffee and it took over 20 minutes from placing my order. Do better, Starbucks.

Run of the mill store with standard fare. I ordered a siracha chicken sandwich and it was ok but they obviously microwaved it. The sandwich was not evenly cooked but I was in a rush and was already on my way to another appointment. I had other stuff before but this is the first time I have been disappointed.

They had a recent renovation. New lighting and counter. Staff is as friendly as before. However, the seating area is crowded and table is tiny. Store is full of people in the afternoon. In winter they really should put some windshield at the front door.

Convenient location and friendly staff but the coffee is... skimpy to say the least. First place in 5 locations where for my cold brew it was filled halfway with water before they put some coffee and topped off with a bunch of ice anyway. Most likely wont come back.

Go to a different Starbucks! I always order the same venti oatmilk latte (at another Starbucks) but somehow they made this one taste like their regular coffee (burnt) and they weren't very good about that feedback. Considering the almost $8 price I can't see how they don't understand they need to get it right.

This location is always very cold. Today it's 29 degress outside and they still have the AC on...Ummmm like it's winter! When you mentioned it some of the staff members catch an attitude. One employee told me that they don't control it-that the AC is controlled in Seattle...yeah that's what she said. After another coworker was upset and gave me the biggest attitude. Very rude. The bathrooms are always dirty as well.

As an essential worker I’d appreciate a little more respect and enthusiasm from the little white girl behind the counter. The Starbucks employees in Penn station are way more polite. Won’t be returning to this location.

I stopped in here coming back from upstate because I needed to get a quick pick me up. The location is tight, and the barrister was friendly, but I think they were just overwhelmed with online orders.

I don’t what happing there .. stuff are misérables.. before they use to be great people Shaun and other who left .. now none smiling people simply unhealthy.. if i Have a choice I will avoid that place ..forget bathroom it always duty and none healthy.. I don’t recommend people to Use it ..

Latte was watery, Impossible breakfast sandwich was perfect and service was okay because the latte was watery. The main attraction at Starbucks is the coffee and they should get that right.

Ordering anything online besides a coffee is actually much slower than ordering with the cashier. For some reason this has been my experience at least a dozen times. Not coffee either, but order a bagel, breakfast sandwich, or anything else that requires attention from someone other than a barista, be prepared to wait for it. And have to ask for it three times minimum. I love mobile ordering and sing its praises. This store consistently makes me look like a liar.

This is place is so dirty . The bathroom are disguising. The tables look like they never wipe them . Good service but who wants to get coffee when ur grossed out of how dirty .

such a hit or miss lol. literally had a pile of POOP here around 4 months ago in the bathroom. barely mixes the matcha, just floating around in the milk 🫩 the other drinks are fine but the bathroom is FILTHY and the matcha is so clumpy. friendly and approachable staff + the ac is nice

I placed a mobile order, two drinks and oatmeal. I mistakenly took the wrong oatmeal for my pick up order. I turned around to return it, and the barista was telling the other customer that “oh she doesn’t know how to read” in front of me. It’s common courtesy not to be talking about customers especially when they are right in front of you.

Tags says coffee beans are 30% off. Staff said promotion is over. They said they forgot taking tags off in a tone like it’s not their job to take the tags off. Bad attitude only shows no work/school/home education.

Gave the barista my debit card and Starbucks card to reload my Starbucks card before paying. The genius ended up charging the debit card, and then reloading my Starbucks card AFTER -___-

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I asked for no ice and my drink came with extra ice. When I ordered the drinks I gave my name, they placed my drink on the counter and did not say any name. When I asked if this is for me the staff member said "I dunno who it is for" and then walked away. Horrible service each time I go here. Never again

These barista don't know how to make drink. I asked for a Hot Chocolate for my daughter and their make it will espresso. I when I question it, they start to argue with me that all drink in Starbucks come with espresso. And if I don't want espresso I should said so. I never had a hot chocolate with espresso and never had to tell any baristas that I don't want espresso in hot chocolate.

I had all intentions of stopping at this Starbucks for breakfast but after using the restroom I changed my mind. It was filthy. When I came out I started to notice that the rest of the place really needed a cleaning. Needless to say I didn't stay for breakfast. I was so disappointed. I stop at Starbucks as I travel and I have never run in to this problem before.

Ordered my drink thru the app, today at 9am receipt said it would be ready at 9:37 I waited patiently, when I saw it was ready I reached for the drink and asked the Barista a young lady if it was ready , I don’t know if she didn’t hear me , but she gave me such an attitude , like if I was going to take it , it clearly had my name and I was running late , I apologized and she was still giving me attitude , very unexpected! The service is horrible four baristas today and they couldn't even warm up a muffin. And how messy the place is milk all over the place. Today our family stopped by this store, we bought 4 sandwiches. I saw the baristas were very busy and I saw the bags in the pick-up area ,so I just went to grab one bag. Suddenly one of the barista grab the bag container very very very rude from my hand when I try to put it back. If she thought I should not grab the bags by myself , she could tell me and I would say sorry , but not with rude attitude. Her behavior made me think ,because we are the Asian, Asian are always quiet, do not want to make troubles, so she uses this bad attitude to us, judges us by our skin colors.I think she dares not use this bad attitude to other races. Today I was with my two kids to go to the museum and I did not want to argue with her to waste our weekend time. But I had to post this review and I hope these kind of insidents never happen again in Starbucks.Dr. Martin Luther King said the people should not judge by their skin colors , everybody should treat the same way. Starbucks as the worldwide famous company should train their stufffs with basic respect.

Wow this place is horrible. I got two drinks, a trenta refresher with no water and ice but added extra base and a grande for around $15 only for the grande americano to be half filled and the refresher filled with lemonade instead of the extra base we paid for. Furthermore, when i picked up the drinks the employee there said they usually couldnt do no water and no ice. They said they’ll only do it for us this once, except at every other starbucks location i’ve been to they allowed these modifications as long as we paid for it. We paid extra for the added base, so im not sure what the issue is, but fine, I can overlook this. But they decided to charge us extra and then give us lemonade?? Absolutely outrageous. Definitely go to other starbucks locations because this one is NOT worth it.

Ordered a tall hot Americano and when I took a sip it was full of coffee grains like I was drinking sand. I was too far in the area at that point to return and let them know. Hopefully they grind the beans better going forward

I order Regular hot coffee and it’s come out very cold . When I requested than she give more coffee but still it was very cold ... I never had this experience in Starbucks... you can see garbage while u are drinking your coffee... disgusting ... rough behavior ... no smile

Poor customer service. The server,” Ash”seemed afraid to make eye contact or smile, and appeared unhappy with her job. It would have been better to have someone with a positive attitude who can contribute to a pleasant experience, rather than someone who seems to project their own dissatisfaction onto customers.Ash,I really hope you smile one day and your life gets so much better.

I ordered grande hot Americano coffee with steamed milk and sugar. But he put cold milk and gave me the coffee so I told him I said steamed milk. I think he understood I said skim milk. His attitude iwas not good. He copied my speaking "blur blur blur" and he gave me steamed milk on the side but I didn't take it. I wanted to put steamed milk inside. I tried to tell him my point but he ignored at me. I can't speak English fluently but I could communicate with anyone. I felt so bad.

Girl with extremely short hair should honestly be fired. I asked for a coffee and the whole cup was just oatmilk. When I came back kindly to request help she snatched the coffee out my hand and made another but was super petty and added a splash of oatmilk. They messed up my cheating day. I ordered londonfog latte. they didn’t put syrup at all. I didn’t know how its taste because it is first time. and my wife ordered for me. (she was not with me.) I should leave the store as soon as I receive my cup for my lunch pick up. when I sipped, It tasted wired. I thought “is it originally unsweetened? Is syrup on the bottom?” ( I didn’t use straw) I kept drinking thinking many possibilities. (I shouldn’t) and checked app. it says 4pumps of syrup. (I stopped dringking at this point) but they refused new one. because I drank 3/4 of it. very unpleasant. I am full with unessesary calories without pleasant. even if they had made me a new cup, I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it. It was my cheating day. the only cup of sweet latte for 4months. I’d rather go local coffeshop

Also the tall boy with the curly hair, gave me half ounce of milk when I asked for it. They are so cheap. Customers are always right! Give us want we want! I told them if you're so cheap, then charge me extra. They need training and supervised.

I’ve been going here for 8 years consistently and now they are full of new staff who consistently makes orders incorrectly. It’s a shame to spend so much money on a simple drink and it not be made correctly and for them to just try to fix your drink instead of making it over. After my last experience I will not be visiting this location again.

This store sucks. They have a bunch of new people, with no one with experience to guide them. They have trainees just doing their own thing and anyone who has been there for a while just chit chat making wait times 10-15 mins when the store has barely anyone in it. They mess up your drinks, miss ingredients time and time again. The biggest issue is when you ask for oat milk and they make it with 2% you ask for your drink to be remade and they mess up multiple times. No one there listens or they’re not comprehending what’s on the sticker. I’m a formal Starbucks employee and the job isn’t really that ruff. It’s a Constant waste of $7-$12 on a drink.
