The waitstaff were pretty busy with the drive thru, inside slow but people would come in one at a time. The food was good! No complaints about the food. Behind the counter looked very clean and well organized. They had plenty of condiments readily available. If you couldn’t get it from the pumps, they had the plastic packets behind the counter. Unfortunately it was dirty and sticky where the drink fountain and condiments are. We will be back.

Tried the steak bites they were dry and tough to chew, maybe they had been sitting out prior to our orders. Not my favorite, make sure you ask what time they were cooked before purchase.

Pulled up at 7:40am. They said on the drive thru they open at 8:00am. Says on Google Arby's opens at 6:00am. Guess they're not cut out for breakfast hours. Go to McDonald's or some other breakfast joint.

Ordered a chicken biscuit and this is how it comes. They refused to change the order or give me another piece of chicken to actually fill the biscuit. False advertisement. Employees were insanely rude. Avoid this Arby's.

I ordered some food, I ordered a combo and paid, they didn't give me a glass, after I asked for it, they said to pay for my drink? Why do I have to do it twice?

I just placed an order at Arby’s. The person who took my order seemed like they had just woken up and didn’t understand anything I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times just to make them understand what I wanted. Then, while preparing the sandwiches, their hair was completely loose and swinging over the food the entire time. It was unbelievably unhygienic and careless. I’ve never seen an Arby’s location this unprofessional. I had to throw away the entire meal I paid for because after witnessing all that, there was no way I could explain it to them or make them understand. Honestly, you should shut this place down immediately.

2 burgers both were cold first time in my life when I ate cold burgers. Mozzarella sticks were not fresh. One of the worst Arby where I have been ever.

I drove 30 minutes, one way, just to get arbys beef and cheddar. I got a digital coupon that said they were 2.50 for up to 4 of them. As I sat in my car trying to get the coupon to apply the discount to the 4 that I ordered they closed and locked the door. This was the second time I drove to this Arbys and it was the second time they closed during normal business hours. I will not return.

Food so expensive for \bad small nasty cheap/ tasting food 🤮🤢 (10$ for one small burger), service here has a \bad additude/ and \hard to cooperate/ and likes to \rush things/. (i bought a 3 for 5 and I was trying to explain what I wanted cuz they had no name for them on the menu so asking she was putting my order for something else that I didn't want so I then had to take a photo of the picture and point at what I want and she's told me that she already knew what was on it the menu 🤦‍♀️ but obviously I didn't so i was asking 😤😮‍💨🙄😒and so on.....) the atmosphere is great though the only good thing here. .25 lunas 🌘🌑🌑🌑🌑

Ordered sandwich but lady bagging order/meal was cleaning meat slicer then bagged my meal, left bag, box, napkins all greasy. WTH.... she rebagged meal and walked away.... but still with greasy/wet gloves.... she ignored and went to hide. And French dip was clumped on bottom of cup/container. SMH....
