Popped in yesterday am for a quick coffee not knowing it was holiday drop day, they were slammed!! I didn’t prepare for the wait and had to leave without my coffee, totally MY FAULT. When I finally was able to go back they hooked me up with a refund, a gift card and my coffees I originally ordered. Above and beyond when it was my fault. The employees here are super attentive and super friendly. 10/10 they went all the way out of their way to make my day better and that was amazing and appreciated.

So I went to Starbucks and asked for a vanilla latte. Easy right? NOPE!! They gave me a pumpkin spice thing that tasted like fall threw up. I went back, they said sorry, and gave me another one. This time it was mocha. Still not vanilla. Third try, I’m thinking okay this has to be it. Nope again. Peppermint. At this point I just laughed. The barista said I could keep all three, so I walked out with an arm full of coffee like some caffeine dragon. Did I sleep that night? No. Was it worth it? Hell yeah.

This was my first time at this location. Quick, fresh and hot. Staff was amazing. And there wasn't even a line in the drive thru!! The one off dowlen always busy and always takes forever

Very busy location. The cashier was new and learning the buttons and did a great job. A bit hectic but the staff did the best they could.

This location is really peaceful with good music. They have unisex bathrooms. Good atmosphere for meets and casual gatherings. They have wide variety of coffees and Teas. We order through mobile app. They served really fast. All workers are friendly and helpful.

I recently just started ordering from Starbucks never really had a problem from this place but this morning I watch him spill the drink and instead of adding more stuff or remaking it. This Starbucks does something different, like nothing ever tastes right. Even if you order an extra pump it still tastes bland. This is the 5th time we have tried it and it's been the same every time. The Starbucks in target before Dowlen is so good every time, just FYI.

Absolutely awful service. Move on to Starbucks on Dowlen street. They are nicer and you can get in and out of parking lot without the drive thru pinning u in. They deserve a zero

Very time i come my drinks are always made wrong at this location, I can by 10 mins ago and i asked for a simple “grande banana bread iced matcha” and i got a matcha with NO ice not even half way full either. The cashier was complaining about the store being busy and was even handing me the wrong drink at the beginning!!

Service is good as in the employees attitude but I can not remember the last time I got a drink made correctly at this location I go to this one because it's closest to me and I've been attempting to be optimistic that the next time they will do it right and that has yet to happen

Customer service is non existant! Watched as customers stood waiting for orders to be completed, even though staff was attending to processing mobile order requests! No one ever asks waiting customers order status! Also, watched as customer waited at register for 10 min before someone took their order! Pitiful! This location could learn from the better service offered at the I-10 / College St store!

placed an app order: Venti veranda 2 pumps pecan syrup, 2 pumps pumpkin spice, 2% milk, add whip cream...... I literally received watered down coffee with NO WHIP CREAM, AND I'M GUESSING NO SYRUP EITHER. When I called the store, the girl that answered said she had another girl start my coffee and she claims she finished it and put whip cream on it. I told the girl I will send her a texted picture of my coffee with the lid off, there is not even whip cream on it. She offered to remake it, but I'm at the ER working.. We can't just up and leave to go and have our pickup orders remade. IT was a $4 coffee... like made me so sad.

absolutely the SLOWEST drive thru line ever. if you go here ONLY go INSIDE!! their drive thru line doesn’t have an exit if you decide to get out of line so I was stuck in the line for 38minutes today waiting on a cup of coffee that was supposed to be hot and came out ice cold from waiting so long… so please don’t be like me, just go inside, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!
