We ate in the bar, which we rarely do. The bartender and server, Gibson, war great! Our food and drinks were really good. I bought the Big Mouth Bites, and they are delicious! I took 2 of them home with me, and I'll take them for lunch tomorrow. We love the Chili's of Bee LpCaves.
I had a nice experience. Our server was very friendly. They had a great selection of local beers on tap, which is a new thing with chili's in the area. Our food came out fast and was very satisfactory. Will come again.
This place has come a long way. So glad we gave it another try a few months ago. Food is always fresh, restaurant is clean, and staff is friendly and courteous, for a reasonable price. Southwest Eggrolls are amazing as always, great Bloody Marys and my fav the Blueberry Pineapple Margarita!!! Yumm!!! ❤️ Eric has been our server multiple times and he is so awesome!!! Will definitely be back!!!!
Food was great and I like their reward program. We had 3 people servicing us and they checked on us multiple times. The waiter brought us the wrong queso and let us keep it without charge and brought the correct one. Excellent customer service!
Had 2 for $25 meals and my husband and I both choose the sirloins which were absolutely perfect. The awesome blossom was delicious, too. For dessert we chose the Skillet Chocolate Chop Cookie w/I've cream. I'm afraid it's just not a good Cookie recipe. Very disappointing after a perfect meal. Service was impressive.
placed a door dash order and the dasher picked up my food and never delivered it to me. Went back and forth with door dash and chilis for 3 hours because door dash didn’t want to take accountability and chilis took care of me refunding me and still made my order for me when i got out of work. took one of the worse food experiences i’ve had to the best. i appreciate them!
I am not normally a fan of this chain restaurant since frequenting it a ton as a college student. But when your eight year old wants to visit the restaurant because of their blue lagoon soda, how can you say no? I really enjoy this Chili's. It is upscale and the service is awesome. The food tastes great and the kids love playing games on their tablets.
This location has by far harvested my most pleasant Chili’s experiences. The service is great! The past two times I’ve visited, we’ve had Josh as our server. He’s so attentive and kind, truly having the customers best interest at heart. 5 star rating just for Josh.
Food was very good (I had the Cajun Pasta- so good!) Our waiter was kind of "not there" He may have just had too many tables to cover! But the hostess stepped in and did a FANTASTIC job of taking care of us!!
My friends and family had the best experience and service on Easter Sunday!! Aimee was our server and was magnificent!
Nachos was great wings wasn't to bad. Bartender was on point fast friendly and nice cold beer. Great place to relax and watch the game
Aimee was very sweet. She also made an AMAZING skinny don julio blanco marg! So yummy! Thanks love!
Great location! Haven’t had a terrible experience yet! Drinks are the best and not a bad price.
Service and food were a great value.
I love their crispy chicken salad. My friend and I go here for the nostalgia of our childhoods and it's always been clean with great, attentive service.
Eat here twice so far, the food did not disappoint one bit. The first time, my waitress was wonderful, polite and was keeping an eye on our drinks. It went perfect. The second visit, the food was great and so was the service from my waiter. It was much busier this time so the two issues I had with my food (which was resolved perfectly) was due to that. Will return any time I'm in the area, thank you so much.
10/5/21 Update: Call to see if dine-in is available before going. We've driven out there a few times in the last couple months and the dining room was closed (take-out/pick-up only). Fun and delicious. I always enjoy this Chili's. Charles in the bar is awesome. 5/31/22 Update: at 7:30 PM the bar and a small section of the dining room was open. I was thankful we were able to eat there. Although they are still under-staffed, the food was delicious and the staff are friendly.
My favorite atmosphere and service from any Chili's I've been to. The hostess has gone above and beyond every time I've been and the servers are kind and attentive. My favorite Chili's by far.
We stopped in for a quick bite on our way to an employee function in Spicewood, Tx. We noticed everyone receiving their food and leaving and we were still waiting. I don't believe our order was put in however, the way that the manager handled the situation and went above and beyond to take care of us was very much appreciated. When the food did come out, it was absolutely delicious and the patron watermelon margarita was one of the best drinks I've had. Kudos to the Manager at the location for being hands on. We would definitely stop in again.
After an initial mishap with our Steaks, the Manager himself cooked us new one's, to perfection. Couldn't have been happier. The waitress Ariel was super attentive, fast and super friendly. Will return much more often.
We've had mixed results with Chili's. Some are bad, some are good. This one was good. Fast, friendly service and the food was quite delectable. Cyndi had the Enchilada Soup, which we really liked (and she's pickier than me). I had the BBQ combo platter with ribs, brisket and street corn. The ribs were smoky and tender, the brisket was good, although not enough of it. Had the $5 Patron margaritas, which we both agreed were about the smoothest we've ever had. Decor was nicer than most Chili's. If there's nothing else around, or we're not feeling too adventurous, we will go to Chili's. At least with this one, we know we can find one that agreeable to us.
Updated 10/28 owner was kind enough to reach out, food was awesome, door dash dropped the ball on this one. This chili’s is still a great spot to go to. Ordered delivery from this location. Order arrived with out the drinks we had ordered. Instead of making the driver go back I just re-ordered the drinks missing, paying twice of course. Then the second order never arrived, when I go to check on the status it said it was delivered. I attempted to contact the driver with no response. I am disappointed I do my best to tip well and am always do my best to be polite. I guess I won't be visiting or ordering from this location anymore.
Food was great, got sauced (Nashville hot) chicken crispers with the three for me and was some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a while, very very fresh and the fries were also great. Service was perfect as our waiter was there when needed, and occasionally refilled our drinks when they were nearly empty.
I always love coming here! The waitress there that always attends my table always so kind and attentive! Definitely coming back again
Extra clean, very professional, and super friendly! It was my wifes B-Day and the surprised her at the perfect time!! Thank you chili's! Shout out to Amy, attentive to all our needs! The best server!
I usually don't review cooperate places but the service here deserves to be recognized. The bartenders are super friendly and attentive. The drinks were fabulous and the food is consistently good. If you've had a long day nothing beats a good burger, a cold beer and a friendly ear
Always great service at the bar. Great value for food. Management is super professional and attentive. I've seen them go above and beyond on multiple occasions.
Our visit was perfect.. Service was fast and friendly.. everyone's food was cooked perfectly. No complaints for a quick lunch break..
I took my two daughters out for a special dinner at Chili’s, and it ended up being one of those sweet, memory-making nights that remind me why I love being a dad. From the moment we sat down, the experience was great. The game tablet at the table was a huge hit with my daughters, giving them a fun way to stay entertained while we waited for our food. They also enjoyed coloring the kids' menu, which kept their little hands busy and added to the fun atmosphere. The food was exactly what we hoped for. My youngest had Kraft Mac & Cheese with fries, my older daughter had chicken and fries, and I went with the Cajun Chicken Pasta, which was delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were just right. Of course, no dinner with little ones is complete without a little excitement—my three-year-old decided the booth was her personal trampoline. Thankfully, the restaurant was family-friendly, and no one seemed to mind her enthusiasm. The highlight of the night? I let my daughters pretend it was my three-year-old’s birthday so we could surprise her with a molten lava cake. The Chili’s staff brought it out with a smile, and seeing my daughters’ faces light up made the moment priceless. Overall, this was a fantastic family outing. The food was great, the service was friendly, and my daughters had an absolute blast. I’ll definitely be bringing them back for another fun night at Chili’s!
Had the Triple Dipper and a Chicken Quesadilla. The wait time was about 10 minutes, even though it wasn’t very crowded. However, the service made up for it! The server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. They served with care and regularly checked on us. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
Chili's Grill is a fantastic spot for a casual dining experience! I recently visited and I highly recommend get the Triple Dipper—it's the perfect way to sample a variety of appetizers, and everything was delicious. The fajita trio was another highlight; the grilled meats were juicy and flavorful, and the fresh toppings really brought it all together. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. I left satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommend!
This location has a great team of employees that are always so friendly, and they want you to enjoy your time at this Chilis. I order the guilt free grilled chicken salad often. Can I just say that their chicken is so delicious! It's seasoned well, and it's so tender! No dry chicken on this salad for sure, and you get a good amount of it! The lime vinaigrette is delicious! The only problem is that some of their other items are hit and miss, specifically the appetizers. I also purchased a desert there once that tasted like it had been in the refrigerator or freezer well beyond what it should have been. I'll say it. It was terrible. But, when you find something here at Chilis that you enjoy, and Chili's does it right? Well, that's how the guiltless grilled chicken salad is to me! I'll keep going back for that, and for the very friendly and positive crew working there! If you can work on the deserts, and keep it fresh, and maybe switch the menu up a bit, that would keep me,at least trying! Same goes for the appetizers! I know you can do it!
This is one of the faster Chilis. They rarely have a wait line compared to other Chilis that I have been to. The wait staff was friendly but didn't not check up on us often. (Most Chilis I've been to assume the desk tablet is efficient enough, but it doesn't work half of the time) They are very good at getting the food out fast. We ordered additional food and they had it out in less than ten minutes.
We really enjoy eating here. The food is good. If you happen to order something that is not to your liking, they are happy to make you something else. The wait staff are friendly and accommodating. The hostess is usually right there to seat you. Of course there are those times when we've been on a weeknight when it wasn't busy. We did wait longer than expected but the whole experience made it worth it.
The restaurant was clean, but service took exceptionally long. Being we were from out of town we didn't think anything of the 25 minute wait for food upon ordering, especially amid current staffing conditions. Otherwise, food was good and prices were fair.
So after a number of bad experiences at Chili's over recent years, I decided to give it one more shot. It was much improved. The service was decent and the food came out relatively hot and fresh. I wouldn't say it was great, but it was much better than in previous visits.
Service was ok, food was pretty good. Nothing memorable
Waitresses were awesome, food was pricey and average, and portions were small. Good film atmosphere, decent service overall . I would visit again for the atmosphere but not the prices. This location has all the best servers they just need a better menu add a little more variety and portions for the price and this would be a defiant 5 star but as now I give it 4 stars.
Better than your non chain restaurant motifs. Server was awesome. Food typical for chilli's but best value in town.
The grands love this place now that they're catered to with electronic games on the devices you pay with.
Food is good...waiters are amazing and service deserves an 11 out of 10.
Had low expectations but turned out to be more. Environment was adequate and food was fresh. Service was hospitable and prompt.
The food was okay, the meat was dry and the brisket was particularly chewy. Our waitress was kind but seemed a bit preoccupied or incredibly overwhelmed. I waited about 15 - 20 minutes for my drink. I won't revisit and wouldn't recommend.
Typical Chili's. Mediocre, but ok in a pinch.
Absolutely no complaints on the food, but the service was ridiculously bad. We had 2 waitresses waiting on us, or as I concluded it was us "waiting on them" for drinks, food the check, you name it. Step it Chili's, there are too many professional waitstaff out of work and in need of a job!
Service was poor. Plenty of seats but still had to wait about 10 minutes. Service didn't feel welcoming, friendly, or good at all. Had both bone in and boneless buffalo wild wings and didn't taste good. Fries and chili were extremely salty.
The drinks are delicious and decently made but the service is a bit spotty. There was only one bartender working the bar and she kept disappearing to other areas of the restaurant for several minutes at a time leaving the bar area unattended.
3 stars because they’re trying. Super short staffed. Over half of the dining area was closed on a Saturday night at nearly 8pm and still had to wait for nearly 15min to be seated. Did I say short staffed? Yes, and likely overworked staff as a result and somewhat difficult for the wait staff to remain very attentive to tables once the food had been delivered. They had great attitudes though. I would keep this all in mind when you go and have patience with the staff as they appear to be really trying to keep everyone happy. Food was tasty as is usual. The one thing I didn’t care for too much is that while keeping the larger part of the floor closed, that meant that all the booths and tables in the open section were full which means all the people were packed together.
$15 for a cheese and mushroom Quesdilla that was greasy is a bit much. It was good except being a bit greasy. Over $3 for a glass of ice tea. Water and a teabag. My friend had same total for chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli and icetea. I will miss you Chili's.
I asked for a medium, pink center no blood… plate came with blood everywhere and When the waitress brought back the plate, I could tell it was placed in a microwave because all the blood around the plate looked cooked and the flavor of the steak was delicious. The boy that brought me my plate the first time, slid my plate on the table and did not say a thing pretty much a blah expression and walked away.. not a word to me. My waitress was very polite and professional which I appreciated.
The bar tender was busy but made sure to give us our drinks first. It took her a bit to take our order. The service is great but the food is going down the drain. The tortillas are smaller, the side is small and sparse, really. And the sizzler platter was half full with fewer and smaller shrimp that was enough to make just one fajita, and with water running around in it. Very disappointing to see our favorite place cutting cost by serving sub par food. I don’t think I will come back. Time to find a new hangout spot.
Definitely not the same Chili's we are used to, service was ok, Not many people in the restaurant. Food, well like I said in the beginning where did the Chili's go that we grew up with. Food was ok. Don't know if wife was already coming down with a 24 hr flu or the shrimp pasta. Long night.
I would have given 5 star, except we were disappointed in the manager on duty, for a busy Saturday afternoon! Our server was extremely busy, but very kind! The manager passed our booth several times, and never smiled at or acknowledged and customers! As a long time customer with Chili's, I feel that a nice smile and greeting is important! We sat for a very long time for service and to have drinks and our meal! Our waitress apologized several times, she was swamped,so we never complained to her. However, the manager should have stepped up and apologized and offer something complimentary. Poor customer service on his part!!!
Decent restaurant with good and quick service Polite staff. Lots of parking right outside the restaurant. Easy to find booth seating even on weekends. Not crowded at all. Only stickler was the prices on the menu. An appetizer and 2 entrees added upto $50 including tips. Never thought chilis as upscale or pricey place but that’s definitely changed. Food wasn’t worth the price tag, taste wise. Fries were a bit soggy and server forgot 1 side. Appetizers came out after we had finished eating half our entrees.
I'm sorry to say the quality of the food has declined. The ribeye was very gritty and the asparagus was impossible to chew (& older probably). The mashed potatoes had sugar in them; maybe to hide something 🤐. The margarita comes in an over sized tea glass and is very weak and tasted like lemonade. Was there tequila in there?? The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is we had a good waitress.
Slow service and food is just ok. Even with half of the seating open they still tell you there is a 30 min wait then you have to keep on them about your food or it will take them forever to bring anything. You even have to ask for the check and forget asking for a to go box. You are better off going to get it yourself. Probably the worst Chilis I have been too!
Don't know where to begin with this one. We (my daughter & I) ate here today around 2pm for the first time at this location & the female waiter we got was horrible. She didn't allow us to sit where we wanted, & when we moved to another table she told us not to ever do that again. There was another male waiter who offered to get our drinks that was really kind, & he did. If it wasn't for him I would have given this review a 1 star. When my daughter accidentally bumped her leg on the medal underneath the table & screamed, she's a toddler, she showed no sympathy & instead got on us about moving. I should have just let the guy bring our food along with the drinks instead of her. I didn't even want to give her the small tip I gave her; I should have given the entire tip to the male waitress that helped us. I called out to her towards the end of our dinner, & she kept walking like she didn't hear us. Then when she came back she used the excuse that it was just very busy, when there were hardly any people there. She seemed like she had a problem with anything I asked of her like splitting the ticket, or bringing a bag for our to-go-box. Question...Do you guys only use bad waitressing when it's slow? Should have emailed my receipt when asked by the machine so I could have pin-pointed this particular waitress. I just may call corporate tomorrow & complain so they can look up my credit card number. I'll be eating at Chilis again. Not this location.
2 out of the 4 of us that had a dish containing shrimp became really sick that night and the following day. Not sure if waitress or cooks got one of our orders completely wrong, but the rest of us got exactly what we ordered. Cleanliness of the restaurant seemed subpar, but in Chili's defense, the family seated across from allowed their 2 children to absolutely destroy everything within the surrounding booth area with thrown food. It did take well over our entire stay for the area to be cleaned up however, and all of us overheard multiple customers that had just came in to be seated comment on the mess. As a former cook, the lack of cleanliness at the seating area really makes me wonder what the kitchen area looks like. I've never had a bad experience with any Chili's restaurants, so this is a first for me...for all 4 of us, actually.
The service was kind and fairly prompt. They were short staffed and very vocal about that, though. They are very clearly not paid enough to work where they do. The location is very awkward to get to, and I preferred it when the Chili's in Bee Cave was off of 620. Pulling in and out of any establishment in the Galleria is iffy due to sharp turns and ill planed landscaping, and Chillis is no better. The parking lot is ok, it's pretty small, especially if it's busy. The food itself was not good. My kids Mac n cheese we a portion of a box of Kraft Mac n cheese and low grade Tysons chicken. My meal wasn't much better, and neither was my wife's. One could get the same if not better quality from HEB with a microwave, air frier, and a skillet in 30 minutes while only spending 10 minutes actually cooking.
It was an horrible experience, I sited by waiter at the table. When we were done eating, I paid at the table but I was concerned about the amount so I requested for my receipt while they were working on my receipt, they found that the $98I paid was for someone and I requested for them to deduct my $46 from $98 and credit the balance back to my account and the Supervisor said we can not do that you must pay your bill and we will reimburse you the $98 erroneously charged. This happened on last Sunday and up till today November 2nd, the money has reflected in my account. It was a bad experience that will for long time remain indelible in my memory.
I was pretty surprised about our experience the last few times. The salsa had old soggy chips in it and when it was served to me. I mentioned to our server the issue and they took no action to correct it. It seems as if there is no leadership and nobody seems to care about customer satisfaction. Overall, a lack of professionalism. This seems to be happening in the evening shift when I commonly go eat after work. That's.. Thats.. That's all folks...
I went in for dinner with family. Marking it down as service was super slow infact we reminded them that we have been waiting for more 20 to 30 mins...our order hasn't come and they said the rake out delivery order is high....I mean what.... Plus we ordered sizzle chicken fajitas n there was no sizzle n no taste. The pizza for kids was below average. Only savior was French fries. Not happy experience.
They use DoorDash for deliveries and don’t tamper-seal the bags like most restaurants do these days. The food was not prepared well. The ribs were burned to a crisp, the beans were inedible due to being over salted as was the tortilla soup (though not as badly as the beans). I hope it was a one-off bad day for the restaurant because we’ve gotten good food there before. But this time it was exceptionally bad.
Normally the food here is pretty good. The last time I was here I had the Avocado Sirloin, which was absolutely yummy. Tonight I treated myself with some birthday money given to me early, and had asked for extra avocado. Unfortunately, whoever was cooking tonight and cut it up thought brown spots and even fully browned edges were ok to serve. I tried a bite but it had a funky taste. I didn't realize until I had gotten home, so the request for extra avocado was a waste.
Couldn't really tell you, stood in the lobby to get checked in, no host comes to greet you say boo or anything. The waiters are great at staring at you as they walk by. Second visit, same result, never again.....
Food was good but service was horrible. Waiter did not provide napkins, did not offer us refills. I had to get a ketchup bottle from the next table as the one at our table was empty. Waiter only approached the table to bring our food out and to hand us the bill. I have been several times and never had bad service. It was not even busy or crowded at the time.
I am starting to think this is normal; going to Chilis and just waiting around waiting to just be acknowledged and then seated. Didn’t happen here today. (330p/3Jun) Not one employee was seen or offered to seat us so we just left.
Waited till 1:30 to avoid lunch rush. Arrived to no host. Stood for a couple of minutes and decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. There were several dirty tables so we chose to sit at the bar. No bartender or server in sight for almost 10 minutes. Several customers sitting at tables with empty glasses. When the server showed with food for one table, she disappeared again without eye contact with anyone else in bar area. People were literally holding up their hands trying to get her attention. We left without eating after being ignored for 15 minutes.
When we got here we were told there were only two people working, that’s fine no problem, the server here took our appetizer order and then said she’d be back to get our main order, the girl ended up taking 4 other tables(who came in after us)orders before ever coming over to us. Paid for the appetizer and left. Won’t be back to this location.
Went for lunch & sat at the bar, we’ve been fans of Chilis for many years. Despite it being fairly empty, it took over an hour for us to get our appetizer (triple dipper), which was still relatively cold when it arrived. Because itd been almost an hour & a half since we arrived before our food came, we were forced to take it to go. I checked the food when it came out to find it was also cold. No apologies from management or even the bartender despite me asking why the wait was so long. Food wasnt prepared well. Hour & a half wait on food. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this location.
My wife and I went in for lunch. After waiting for five minutes to be seated, ( After I walked back and found somebody.) We were served our drinks, then nothing. The wait staff (not overworked as only seven other customers there). After waiting for the servers' return for 15 minutes, we left. Very. Poor. Customer. Service..
How do the portions keep changing here? When I have to get up and go ask for items to complete my order DO NOT grab items and then go have a conversation with your coworker. It looks like you did it on purpose.
Me and my elderly mother recently dined in and we were greeted by a very rude and obnoxious employee. Her name was Kiera, she was really aggressive towards me and my mother and was very disrespectful and kept rolling her eyes. I would say she’s around 15 or 16 and she had blonde hair. I have never experienced a worse encounter dining at a restaurant and I can’t imagine how she treats other customers.
Absolutely terrible. We ordered for delivery and it was significantly delayed. We were reasonable given the event at the galleria and gave them a pass. But then our food was delivered with over 75% of our order missing. This isn’t rocket science, it’s food. You need to get your house in order. We will never order from this place again.
Service was extremely slow. Our table of 4 ordered appetizers and salads. They brought the salads and 2 appetizers out and, after waiting 15 minutes, we had to hunt down a server to get the rest of our food. On top of that, they let the salads sit under the heat lamp and they were literally hot. They weren't busy and when looking for a server we found them all just standing around talking and playing on their phones. Terrible experience.
We waited for 10 minutes before someone took our drink order. Then it took an hour for our food to come out. They weren't busy, I ordered margarita chicken with rice and broccoli. I literally got a spoonful of rice. Sad my family ordered Chipotle chicken there fries were cold and the people next to us that came in after us and got there food before we did.
We could not believe the hamburger! No longer a handmade grilled to perfection juicy burger, but a DRY, PRESSED, WELL DONE, tasteless meat patty that you would get at a bad fast food place. Manager was very nice, but explained that they not have a “machine press” and it only cooks them well done and presses them flat. Sad to say our evenings when we want a casual, good hamburger at Chili’s are over. I remember the days when Chili’s was beloved. They are gone.
Got to go tonight 20.88 the burger was raw. When I called, a man said he was the manager. Thomas. He hung up on me multiple times and told me a call back in the morning. I have pictures of the raw burger that we picked up And were charged for.
The quality of food was poor. My daughter and I ended up sending our food back and ordered appetizers. The food is clearly just microwaved including the steaks. Our waitress was great!!
Came in at 2.30 pm. Not many in the place I was waiting to be seated for 10 mins. I decided just to sit down since no one seemed to care. After waiting additional 10 mins with no service I left. I saw two other couples doing the same thing. Horrible service and I would be furious if my business was loosing money like this.
Have never been treated so poorly! Walked in and the red headed bartender was extremely RUDE! Stated not open yet , so ask if we could sit on bench and wait the few moments. It was 1050 and guess they open at 11Not sure , door was open. She stated she did not care what we did! So we left! Learn some manners!
Came here yesterday around 7pm, i stepped foot in chilis after 15 years with family. There were only 2 families and 2 dirty tables. Saw 3 ppl from the staff who never greeted and never seated us. Left after standing around for 10 min. Only plus, the ducks outside are beautiful.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. We walked in and were seated. Then waited forever. Not a single person came to take our order. There was one worker who just stood nearby, clearly with nothing to do. But for whatever reason, he also could not be bothered to take our order. We walked out. I’ve never been treated with such bad service before in my life.
Eat at your own risk. We picked up a to-go order, and I got food poisoning from their chicken wings. My daughter's burger, and my wife's boneless wings were burnt black. They luckily only ate a few bites of their meal. I ate my order of chicken wings and paid for it. Great way to ruin the weekend. We have been here several times over the years with no problem. We will never be back.
