Fried chicken. Good flavor, but ... Pricey. Usually spend about $12 to $15 on a fast food chicken meal. Portions can be small ( drumsticks, wings, sides, etc). Went in a few times, twice as of late, and chicken was not fresh ( sitting in warmer for too long, very dried out ). FYI, there are usually long waiting times, 15 to 30 minutes if not slightly more. They seem not to be able to handle large orders very well at this location. May want to use the app for that and pre-order online. Sometimes, they forget you're in the drive thru ( happened to me ). Many times, they are out of something. Always check your order before leaving. Most of the workers don't seem to care if they get your order right or not. This location is hit and miss.

I went in there with a coupon from the KFC website, and they told me, "Did they not accept them because they don't have a scan It looked like they could have punched in it. Especially when is their own website

I made an online order. When I came in I waited then I was asked if I could be helped. I told them about my order and the manager said it is right here. I looked in the bag and noticed something was missing something she replied it's the way it came in. I said there should be another 3 peice strip that was free because I redeemed it because my order was over $10. She said it was not her fault. She was not being nice at all even after I said I was not claiming anyone. So I asked her what do we need to do She said she could not do anything because it's a third party and they don't even get any money. I asked her for a refund and she said she could help. I was very disappointed because I am traveling and now it's a waist of my time. Now I proceeded to try and communicated online and the communications is not good seamed like they would send a message and before I could reply they would say you are taking to long and if I still needed help. I said yes but then they would didconect the messaging this happened twice. Now I am 9nline with customer service and explained not once but twice to two differant people. I did not want anything extra but 2hat I ordered. I was still in the store and did not get what I ordered. This was very poor service one like I never had before. The manger that is working right now needs a little more communications training. I left without getting my full order.

Food and service was good but,i didn't like the idea of the employees, especially the big and tall white boy cook arguing and fighting out loud where we the dinners were listening. I think one of the ER ambulance customer was calling the cops or corporate office to complain. Thats how bad it was.

Absolutely incredible. It’s currently 9:21pm on a Friday night. This location states online they don’t close till 10:00pm. I drive in through the drive through to order food and the lady tells me they don’t have any more chicken. How do you not have food prepared almost 40 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night?? Sucks because there’s not many options out here you would think this would be the go to spot. Friendly reminder not to spend your money at KFC much less this location. Just tell me you don’t want to work next time. I’d be more understanding than telling me you don’t have any chicken at a chicken restaurant LOL. Deserves zero stars if I could leave that here. Management get with your team on this ASAP. Better yet, corporate be aware this is why you’re not meeting the profit margins that I know you so desperately need.how this location is still open is beyond me.

Every time I have come here, it is always a 15 minute wait on food. They will tell you one price then charge you another. They dont pay attention to your orders either. Would not recommend coming here enough.

The customer service is horrible!! I always get a sauce with my meal and then now im being charged when asked for one!! Idk who does the hiring but I think you can do a better job!!!!

2/17/25 Gave it another try. Decided to try their chicken sandwich. The chicken was delicious, but that bun could break some teeth. How can you serve a bun that is so freaking hard is my question? Totally ruined the meal. The cold nasty fries topped off another not so great meal at KFC. I remember their food always being good. Gave it another try today. Food was delicious, but those pieces are ridiculously small. More meat on a dove. Never had such small pieces of chicken before today. Why are they so small lately? Almost $13 bucks and still hungry after eating. **************************** Food was really good. The pieces were so small. More meat on a hot wing than their thighs.

They always get my drive thru oder wrong .At my expense, I asked for a 2 piece with a breast . Recieved a thigh and leg ,then they gave me a pepsi and I asked for a dr pepper. Then they charged me for the breast and not a regular 2 piece . Horrible management and owners they don't care about the customer .

After ordering and waiting behind two other vehicles at drive thru, for like 15 minutes, and to be told registers were frozen and I needed exact change to get my order, why didn’t they tell me when I was ordering, was only getting chicken nuggets for my grandson and on ad they looked like reg nugget size but after the trouble to leave and come back with exact amount, I should have gone elsewhere,tiny nugget strips, not nugget size as advertised, very disappointed,

This is a Bogus Fried Chicken not a KFC, that's for sure. Like others in the reviews the people at this restaurant magically decide to not have chicken available 2 hours from closing time (around 8:30pm). I wasted my time tonight ordering two small meals, during which the attendant told me that I would have to wait 16 minutes for them to cook some regular recipe chicken. In addition, the attendant told me that they had ran out of dark meat chicken and that my order would have to be white meat only. I sat and waited in my truck for 15 minutes and soon enough the attendant came out to my vehicle to inform me that they could not fill the order with white meat, but that they Might be able to fulfill my order with dark meat. At this time I came to the realization that the attendant was doing nothing more that s#@$ testing me and my patience. I went into the store for a refund, and the manager reiterated the same lie that her subordinate told me - that they couldn't fill orders tonight. Pitiful enough, there were three other gentlemen waiting on their orders alongside me. I took a look behind the counter and it looked like the workers and Manager had already shut down the cookers, warmers for the night. I knew this because there was not a lick of chicken cooked sitting anywhere in the store. It was like they made an unanimous moronic decision of - 'F@@# it, we'll just start close the restaurant and get rid of our food 2 hours prior to the posted time of closing. This is nothing more that a pure demonstration of laziness. My question to those individuals working at that poor excuse of a KFC is this - What in the ever living F$@# is your restaurants malfunction? You mean that you guys cannot handle orders for food 2 or 1 hour prior to you closing time? Good gosh - total failure of the Beeville KFC. This restaurant should be shut down and everyone on the staff (except for those that actually work) should get a pink slip. Train a new crew and a new management team for this store. It's a darn shame for such a failure of a restaurant to carry the name of KFC. I'll be contacting corporate about this restaurant because it is truly the worst KFC that I have ever encountered in my life.
