Got the bun kebab, club sandwich and zinger sandwich. They were all top tier. Highly recommended
Cafe Acai – Freshness at its Best! I recently visited Cafe Acai, and I have to say, it was a game-changer! The acai bowl I had was hands down the freshest I've ever tasted. The acai base was rich, creamy, and packed with that perfect tangy-sweet flavor, while the toppings were so fresh—each bite was a burst of goodness. I also tried one of their fresh juices, and wow, it was incredibly refreshing. You can taste the high-quality ingredients, and it was just the right balance of sweetness and zest. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve had a more vibrant and flavorful juice anywhere else. If you’re looking for a spot that truly understands freshness and quality, Cafe Acai is the place to go. Definitely going back for more!
The paninis and sandwiches are always on point. We have tried all of them and my personal favorite is the Panini Shami and Ninja Chicken. The Heavenly Acai bowl is truly heavenly. Service is quick and courteous. On really pleasant days you can utilize outdoor sitting and enjoy a meal in the sun.
This place doesn't disappoint. Cafe Acai already had the Best Halwa Puri and omelet parata, now they have added chicken Tikka Gola kabob to their menu. This was my second time ordering chicken Tikka (and I asked them to make it spicy) and taste was consistently great as first time. Chicken Tikka was the real Pakistani flavor grilled taste!! Gola kabob was good flavorful, but I was hoping it melts in your mouth type, which it wasn't. Though, overall this place serves great halwa puri and now BBQ grill item and its local in Frisco.
Best Sunday breakfast, channa puri is the best in town. The other thing i can recommend is ban kabab (Karachi Walla), also i like chicken tikka. I usually visit at least twice a month.
Food is great and so is customer service. But the people who frequent this resteraunt have no manners, there was a gentleman yelling and kids running around. Wasn’t the most comfortable atmosphere but thats no fault of the people that work here.
Came here with the family mainly for the paninis. We ordered the Rueben, Ninja Chicken, Smokey Turkey and the club. We enjoyed all of them. Ali, the owner was very friendly and passionate about serving good, clean and healthy food. Drove out 30 minutes to try this place out and was well worth it.
Now this is called “best restaurant” I went for halwa puri. I’ve never eaten this type of food anywhere in Dallas TX. True vibes. I love this place. Even the people in the restaurant were liking it. This place is the best. Shoutout to Cafe açaí. You guys are doing great. Tonight bad part was there AC was not working but overall, I love it!!! Mango lassi was yummy 😋
This place is a TRUE gem! Let’s start with how all their ingredients are hormone free, antibiotic free, msg free, no added sugars, no dairy, gluten free and HALAL. #iykyk I got the heavenly bowl and it really is HEAVENLY 🤤 the goji berries and almond butter inside pair so well together. My friend got the Smokey turkey and I can honestly say it’s the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had. Super fresh ingredients and you don’t feel heavy after eating it. We also got the pink tea and a mango smoothie which were supreme! I can’t recommend this place enough 🤍✨🥹
Fast food with many healthy options. Sandwiches and wraps are done with perfection. Have few suggestions Combos are missing Kids meal choices are fever. Washroom are messy and found garbage bins were full to mouth and falling. Revisited, they have awesome halwa puri available over weekend. C
I love this place hands down. First and foremost, the service takes a bit of time, but the food is always prepared so hot and fresh. I’ve tried so many dishes here and have never been disappointed. The gentleman at front is always nice and accommodating. I wish more restaurants would consider how much impact a smile and good service has on customers. Our top favorites are : chicken nuggets with fries, chicken samosa and beef samosa, turkey sandwich, dragon wings, weekend chole puri, shami kabob and bun kabob sandwich.
We recently ordered 900 food boxes for a family nikah, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ali was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process stress free. He worked with us on specific customizations, from the type of cookies and boxes to personalized stickers. He even sourced everything so we didn’t have to worry about the details. He also offered thoughtful suggestions to make the boxes even better, but never in a pushy way. The delivery was smooth, the pricing was fair, and the food was delicious. Guests were raving about the malai chicken rolls, and the inclusion of drinks was a nice touch that made things even easier. Overall, outstanding service, presentation, and taste. highly recommend for any event!
The name almost decieved us but they serve one of the best desi food in Plano/Dallas region. Literally whatever you try from the menu just tastes excellent. Halwa Puri & Cholay are amazing. Halwa tastes just like back home. Anda Paratha is perfect for breakfast with paratha as good as any Laccha you can get in the area. Zinger burger was so crispy, fresh, hot & came with a soft bun. Club Sandwich was one the best we have tried in North America. Bun Labab is like a traditional dhaba bun kabab with perfect spices. Fries are always fresh & crispy. Lassi & Doodh Patti tastes great too. Desi food is so amazing that we never tried the actual acai but I am sure they will be great too. We visited them twice in a week & highly recommend others to try them out.
I recently dined at Cafe Acai and was genuinely impressed. The food is incredibly authentic — full of rich, traditional flavors that show real care and attention to detail. Every dish felt homemade and true to its roots, which is becoming harder to find these days.
Cafe Acai is amazing! It was my first time placing a catering order with them, and everything turned out so good! We ordered their halwa puri and also some chicken seekh kabobs. Everything was very tasty! Highly recommend them!
One of a few places that offer full range of desi breakfast on weekdays and many snack items. I have been to so many food joints across the US- this place for sure is “Zara hut kay”. I wont spoil it for you guys and leave the rest for your visit. Some of the stuff i have tried include anda paratha, bun kabab, shami panini, and halwa puri - the place offers halwa puri on Saturdays early morning with dood patti - i leave the rest to your artistic rendering…enjoy😀
Love there halwa puri. We are there almost every weekend for that.

Cafe Açaí in Frisco, TX is our family’s favorite weekend spot! The açaí bowls are always so fresh and beautifully made. My family love picking their own toppings, and everything tastes amazing. Their smoothies and fresh juices are refreshing and made with real fruit, which we really appreciate. On weekends, we look forward to their Desi Nashta! The bun kabob, parathas, and chai are incredible! It’s such a cozy, welcoming café that truly has something for everyone, whether you’re craving a healthy açaí bowl or a comforting Pakistani-style breakfast. The staff are always friendly, the place is spotless, and the atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. If you’re looking for the best café in Frisco for açaí bowls, fresh juice, or Desi breakfast, this is it! Highly recommend Cafe Açaí to families and food lovers alike. 🍓☕️🥰
Found this place for a quick bite while visiting Dallas from Denver. Top notch. Great food, ambience, service, and price. Highly recommended. Tried paprika chaat, zinger, beef Rueben sandwich, halwa puri.
Stopped by Café Acai today and tried their Karachi Beef Burger, and wow—what an absolute delight!. The burger was perfectly crafted: a juicy, flavorful patty cooked to perfection, topped with gooey melted cheese that blended beautifully with the fresh toppings. The bun was soft yet held everything together without falling apart, which made every bite feel just right. What impressed me most was how well-balanced it was—every layer had its place, from the crunch of fresh lettuce to the slight tang of their sauce. It wasn’t just a cheeseburger; it was a gourmet experience that made me want to go back for another. The flavors were rich, satisfying, and honestly among the best I’ve had in town. If you’re craving a burger that’s juicy, cheesy, and downright delicious, Café Acai is the place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves quality comfort food with a touch of finesse. I’m already planning my next visit!

This place is ADD. It says acai bowl, but there are Pakistani dishes available as well. They are all mixed up in the menu. They should be in a separate section. There are 3 options under food for kids. And one is Wings with the house blend. It was so spicy, my 2 kids didn't have anything but mango Lassi. Spicy food should not be under kids section ever. We had the bun kabab and zinger burger. The bun kabab was really good, and the zinger burgers taste was lacking (I'm spoiled from having them in NY). There was a chat masala taste in everything. The place was nice and clean though.
Just like Buddy the Elf qualifies maple syrup as a food category, I think açaí/ smoothie bowls are one of my own food groups. I could eat one every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly content. So when Cafe Açaí was nearby and I was really needing sustenance, it was as easy as realizing New York Santa was an imposter (please refer to the movie Elf if you don’t understand). Cafe Açaí is pretty cute, and they have more than just açaí. But as I was looking at the menu for bowls, it was a little difficult to read and decipher, because of the weird way it was laid out. And compared to other açaí places I’ve been, it seemed that their bowls had less toppings than most places, so it’s extra $$ to add them which is never bueno. But besides having meager original toppings, the bowls themselves are HUGE. My cousin and I both got one and neither of us were able to finish them because we were way too full. But they were good- like I said, I’m always happy with açaí!
We went there for breakfast on weekends morning, and found this place nearly full to capacity. We were a large party and perhaps the service was quite slow. We tried a combinations of different options. All tasted good but took a very long time to arrive. This is a small place and this was my only visit as an out-of-towner. We appreciated the availability of halal options.
May 11th 2025- we came on Mother's Day. The restaurant was busy but they were handling it very nicely. Our food came on time and it was perfect. We were very happy and satisfied with their service. 2024- Disappointing service, have been waiting here for 45 mins now and our order still has not been completed. It is being served separately with a lot of delay. Also, was served the wrong order twice. The cheese in the grilled cheese sandwich is not melted as they show on the menu.
Visited Cafe Acai. It seems to be very popular here. We really like the concept. A halal health conscious cafe. We just stopped over for chai (Awake Tea- its a Doodh patti chai) and Heavenly Nanoberry smoothie( all fruits and no added sugar. Honey is added for sweetness). They have a whole variety of smoothies and acai bowls Chai is only of 3 kind, doodh patti, a Colombian coffee blend and kashmiri chai. Delicious health smoothie. The chai is good too- full strong Quetta wali chai. The snack looked great. Will have to visit again.

I have been a customer of the. Age Acai since they opened ( Heavenly Açaí) . I loved this place and they were very accommodating. However, I’m not as much of a fan anymore :-(. Their serving quantities are almost half what it used to be , and depending on who takes the order, you may not get it the way you asked for ! Today I wasn’t very happy with my order as the quantity was little and my modifications were not met ! I still like this place specially their Açaí bowl , I’m just disappointed with the execution of my order and the quantities .

I have been a very satisfied customer for years (went with my family for breakfast and sometimes lunch, ordered to go, referred friends and families) but today was a complete opposite experience, went with my sister who's visiting from Australia, ordered their signature club sandwiches and guess what, well I can't describe it just look at the pics.... normally their food is amazing, filling, no comparison in quality or quantity and I'm only adding this comment to let the family know that we love and care for your business
Update : Went again today for the second time — but had a frustrating experience with their ordering system. They’ve switched to an AI-based phone assistant that doesn’t connect you to a real person. We placed our order through the AI, got confirmation, and headed over after 25 minutes… only to find out they never received the order. We weren’t the only ones — several others were facing the same issue. They seriously need to fix their ordering system. The food is great, but the process needs to catch up. This is the closest thing to a true Karachi Zinger I’ve found in DFW. Beats S&S and Signature by a mile. Chicken was super fresh, fried in clean oil, and there was zero old-grease smell.

We had breakfast on Christmas day around 1230pm. Food was ok for price, quantity was very small. Like table spoon of halwa with the halwa puri platter. Cholay were nearly black and too bland. Puri and aloo was good and fresh. Paratha was small and dry but omlette was great. Space is tight, and we had a loud party of 20+ with 8 kids in the house which made things very tight.
We had high hopes when we went to this restaurant because we love both Indian food and acai bowls. However, the service was poor, the food dishes were just average. The acai bowl was not even made do the specifications given on the menu. Would not recommend this place.
While the food was pretty good, the place itself is very unclean. The main area doesn’t look to be swept or mopped in days (or even weeks), tables and chairs all have stains on them. Air was very stuffy and warm. Don’t even think about going in to the bathroom. Very dirty floor, pee all over the seats… My concern is if that’s what it’s like in the main area, I cannot imagine with the kitchen looks like. Sadly, we will just get Açaí bowls somewhere else. Plenty of places that prepare It right in front of you, prestine counters and hygiene, etc. This place was just THAT gross
I walked in around 6 PM and was greeted by one employee sitting at a table, who told me to order at the counter. Easy enough. I ordered one acai bowl — just one — and even left a 20% tip because I like to believe in people. I was also literally the only customer in the entire store. Then I stood there…and stood there… and stood there. Meanwhile, there were 6–7 employees in the back cooking something. After about 15 minutes of staring at the menu board and pretending to check my phone so I didn’t look like I was being held hostage by fruit, I finally asked, “Hey, is my acai bowl almost done?” She said, “Yes, it’s almost done,” and then yelled across the restaurant to the same employee who had been sitting at the table the entire time, “Hey, he wants an acai bowl!” That’s when he casually stood up and only then began making it. So after nearly 20 minutes, I finally walked out with my acai bowl — which cost $16 w an undeserved pre paid tip.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address a concern regarding the packaging of orders for delivery. Delivery drivers should not be responsible for cleaning drink cups or closing containers on behalf of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I have encountered instances where containers were not properly closed, even when placed under another container. Additionally, the cups handed out were often messy. To ensure a better experience for both the drivers and the customers, I suggest implementing a quality check for packaging. This could include securely sealing containers with stickers or tape and ensuring that drink cups are clean before being handed out. Proper packaging reflects positively on your business and helps maintain the driver's professionalism when delivering orders. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Edit: decent food still, but the service is horrendous now. I am not sure if there is new management but they’ve taken a gem and turned it into a pain to visit. Last several times I’ve gone, the order is either never ready or is incorrect. I’ve always ordered online or called ahead, and even then I’ve had to wait anywhere from 15-25 mins in the restaurant to get my food. I’d advise the management that if they’re unable to handle crowds in the morning, maybe stop doing weekend breakfast temporarily until you get properly staffed. Older review: Tasty and healthy-ish foods. I’ve had fried chicken style sandwiches at a lot of joints in Dallas, but surprisingly, their Zinger Burger is the best I’ve found. First time I had it, I sat in my car and cried (in a good way).
Ive been going there since they opened. Used to go often. Not going to go anymore. When I order a bowl, I'm not ordering a 1/2 bowl. Lately they keep giving me a bowl that is half way. If you are going to skimp out and give less then lower your prices. I mentioned to them a few times that you cant give half a bowl. So that's enough for me. Going elsewhere from now on. Don't need to be ripped off.
It was our second time with a poor experience . We had some friends in town that wanted to try it out. The AC was not working, the service was poor , they ran out of Halwa/Puri their primary item for weekend brunch, then we convinced them to make some . It felt chaotic, we got the food but no plates . The food was not anything special and felt like work to get the order completed. Maybe they are understaffed but we have consistently had a poor experience and won't be returning.
I had a truly awful experience at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff were not only unhelpful but outright disrespectful. There was no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. It felt like we were bothering them just by placing an order. We ordered a bun kebab, hoping for a decent meal, but what we got was far from acceptable. First of all, the food was clearly not fresh— It gave the impression that it had been sitting out for far too long. To make matters worse, we witnessed a serious hygiene violation: the employee who prepared our food cut the bun kebab in half with bare hands, wearing no gloves whatsoever. This was not only shocking but incredibly unhygienic. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any food establishment, and this place failed miserably. The overall environment looked dirty and poorly maintained. Given the lack of cleanliness, unprofessional behavior, and subpar food quality, I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better, cleaner, and more respectful places to eat—this just isn’t one of them. Think twice before going here if you care about food safety and decent service.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The overall cleanliness was very poor — the environment felt dirty and unsanitary, which immediately raised concerns about food safety. The food itself was unappetizing and did not meet even basic standards of quality. On top of that, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. Staff were dismissive, rude, and highly disrespectful, which made the experience even worse. Between the lack of cleanliness, the unpleasant food, and the unprofessional service, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.
Terrible experience. Waited over half an hour for an order of one smoothie and one bowl. There were maybe three tables in there at the time. I’m almost under the impression they wanted to keep me waiting long enough for me to leave. Huge mistake wasting my time and money with this sorry excuse for a business, please do not make the same poor decision I did. I should have left after the first ten minutes spent waiting on fruit to be blended. I hate to say it but it felt intentional. All this to say I’m very disappointed and will never get my little 20 Dollars and 45 minutes back. They should be ashamed especially considering how many people were in and out of that kitchen door.
Took 30 minutes to get me food when there were only two people in store, I ordered 2 items which were 2 samosa chaats. Kind of disappointing given that all the reviews were very positive. I got my two samosa chats both of them had literally 0 liquid in them at all. I don’t know if it was because I visited this place at the wrong time, but oh boy was this place utter trash. The samosa chat was like average at most something I’d find from unhygienic Indian street food parlor. Even when receiving my water it was hot with ice cubes in it. The decorations were very nice, and the place seemed to be in a good enough condition. I also tried ordering one of the wellness shots and they said both juices and wellness shots weren’t available. What is the point of advertising your restaurant as a smoothie place if you don’t even serve the item. Genuinely was a disappointing experience.
This was horrible. Usually we all come here just to have fun but this time was horrible. We were one of the first people to arrive and then we wait for over 40+ mins and other people came in but the staff was serving them not us. We were even first. Then when the food arrived it was not even packed properly food was coming out and it was horrible. The food came cold and beef was bad and its waste of money. Never go here again. Waste of your money.
