I was served by Vianey tonight and it was such a pleasant experience. Customer service has been lost in alot of establishments, but it has not been lost with her! She was friendly and welcoming then threw in a sesame shrimp sample when I was acting interested in it. Thanks Vianey!! You keep being nice! Random kindness changes the world!

I was actually shocked to see some negative comments. This is our go to at least once a week and we get the same thing (family meal) have been coming here for a few years and only once had a bad experience where a food item was forgotten but replaced with something else so not a huge deal.

Arrived just at closing time as I got off work later than expected. Maria & Sharla didn’t have to serve me, but they unlocked their doors and made sure I was taken care of. That’s excellent customer service. Panda Express is lucky to have employees like this. Thank yall!

I come here to this location a lot. Had some mishap with my bank card and Momo offered to pay for it. Very sweet person. She could have easily let me leave with no food but she knew my panda craving was there. She definitely pulled through and was kind. Great employee!!

It's fast food so keep your expectations in check but I was impressed with this location. I rarely eat at PE because it's usually pretty lackluster but this experience was definitely a good one so thank you.

My beef and broccoli had the tiniest ONE piece of beef in it, that's it!!!! The broccoli and my chicken/green bean entrees were cold and they did not give us soy sauce or utensils. Pretty disappointed....The picture shows the 1 piece of beef and I spread out the broccoli looking for more... and nothing was eaten yet.

So another chain restaurant. I only went here because I heard really good things about their mushroom chicken. Mushroom chicken was ok for generic chain restaurant but I was majorly disappointed in their lo mein ( that they mislabeled chow mein for some reason). It tasted... dirty almost like old oil or something.

The people were nice but the food was old. It was really nasty this time. Tasted off. I could tell the rice and orange chicken had been sitting out for a while. Grossed me out.

Someone teach Luciana manners. Her attitude stinks, shes rude, snappy, and she rushes me to say what sauce I would like and she forgets to give me my drink. I had to wait a while to get her attention to get my drink. The food was horrible, it was cold and some of the chicken was frozen. The rice had a weird taste. Management needs to hire a new cook and a replacement for Luciana. Don't go to this location. The best location to eat Panda Express is at Northlake or else where until the management do something about this.

I went after lunch time so when I got there it wasn’t busy. I still waited 15 minutes in drive thru. The people were courteous but that makes little difference when you’re serve mostly veggies instead of an appropriate amount of noodles for your side. The entree portion was good. When I ran inside to get some additional napkins I realize why I had waited so long. There were only 3 people for the front of the restaurant. One for drive thru. One for cashier and another doing online orders and running the line. These people are being over worked and I’m pretty sure underpaid considering all they’re doing. To the manager, hire more people or stop being greedy about your bonus and schedule additional workers.

Omg not be a Karen but like the experience here was not the best. Noodles were cold and the food tasted old. There was a cobweb/ dust string thingy on the inside of our booth. My boyfriend found a LIVE SPIDER in a web in the bathroom. Lol. And the lady that assisted me gave me a weird vibe like kinda unwelcoming. On a positive note, the food was plated quickly! Def not coming back here lol srry byeeee 😗✌🏻.

This place is robbing people. The food I extremely poor cooked and packed. Employees needs to be trained better or just close this place down. There's no reason I should receive my food with a fork in the plate already with a half order of meat like someone been eating my food.

Today I went to this place and Luciana served me, and she was very unfriendly. She doesn't provide good service, she looks angry, and she's not friendly at all. They shouldn't go to work if they're not in a good mood, and they shouldn't have that job if they don't like it; the customer isn't to blame. Besides having to pay, I also have to see her angry face. It's not fair. Thanks to Vianey because she eased that feeling of discomfort.

Very poor service from Luciana; she got angry at everything you said to her. Such a bad attitude. It makes you not want to come back. We're not selling, we're buying.Personal problems are left at home.

They were cooking the food for themselves. They are all unprofessional. It was a lot of them working could have waited on us. When other customers came in like their own kind. That's when all of them had gotten up from eating the store food to serve and came from the back. Which it was very unsanitary. They all was eating from the kitchen pots taking it from the kitchen.They don't wash hands from the looks. If they don't have customers. They will sit to eat most of the time standing around talking. Not only that... They are very prejudice. They are not friendly or not too diversity. You don't take that many breaks. March 12,2025 @2:00pm
