We were really impressed by how warm and accommodating the staff were; they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness added to the enjoyment of the meal. She even wrote a place for us to visit. The food was also excellent, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love and care. Da Franco Piadineria e Panetteria is a true gem! This mom-and-pop spot serves great wraps with halal chicken available on request and even an alcohol-free tiramisu. The Moroccan-Italian couple behind it make you feel at home with fresh tasting food. Excited to hear they’re planning a dedicated halal section next year—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for genuine hospitality! P.S. for the owners, a fried chicken sandwich with spicy sauce would do wonders

A memorable lunch! <The> tastiest Panini and <the> friendliest staff on Lake Como, who helped us choose our delicious prosciutto, roast beef, and salmon panini - and the tiramisu was bottomless 🤌! They explained the history of the shop (note the 💈) and chatted as we ate. Gratzie!

They are done fresh one by one front of you. Ingredients are all fresh. Just found strange that sauces are all made and industrial one bought I/e from Heinz… when you get your Italian sandwich is hot and super delicious anyway. Many people so had to wait about 15mns I guess…

We had a great breakfast in Bellagio! Franco's piadines were seriously delicious, and the coffee was spot on. The staff was super friendly too, especially Daniella – she was really nice! Seating is a bit limited, but it's perfect for grabbing something to go and continuing to enjoy the city. The only thing is that it felt a little overpriced, but honestly, I'd still totally recommend it!

We stopped here for breakfast right after getting off the ferry. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to show us the ingredients and explain each sandwich in detail. Their positive attitude definitely reflected in the food as well. We chose the Valtellina and Caprese sandwiches, and for dessert, a chocolate pistachio cake. Everything was absolutely delicious! We loved it and highly recommend this place.

Good for takeaway, they have freshly made Piadinerias which are like Panini Wraps. We got the #1 and #3, both were good but the #1 Da Franco was better as the #3 had too much arugula for my liking. I also got the tiramisu latte which was super delicious and made with love from the barista! They have a few high tables inside and a bench outside.
