Went thru the drive thru. Parking lot was clean. Drive thru was quick. My coffee was delicious
Ordered about 3 bagels, 3 coffees and 3 hashbrowns and a order of their bacon (it was my first time trying it but definitely not my last it was amazing!!) the staff did a well job with preparing our food and all. It did take a few minutes longer but they constantly kept communicating with me that it was almost done. The co owner Coby or Cody (sorry I cant remember his name) was nice enough to give my daughter and I munchkins for the wait!! Amazing job team! Thank you so much for a great visit!
Whenever my son and I travel we always look for a dunkin' donuts. This is his favorite breakfast place. He loves the iced coffees as well as the jelly donuts and breakfast sandwiches. We just happened upon this one while we were visiting Southern California and it definitely did not disappoint. The only way to order though is with touch screens. However, the staff are very friendly and will help you with your order if you ask. They are usually very quick and the staff is very friendly.
They have a machine that takes your order which minimizes contact with the staff. This is especially good since the covid virus is still around. According to one of the staff, they have a new donut vendor so there is a noticeable shrink in the size of their donuts. Also, they do not have the choco marble flavor. As usual, their original blend of coffee is top notch. When you get a medium or large size coffee, you can get your donut for $1. This is the promo that they are currently running when I was here.

Had a really rough morning and decided to stop at this Dunkin - Lisa made me a great coffee and was very positive and had a great attitude! Definitely will come back to this location!

People were nice and they seem very busy but I got two orders of hash browns, they were soggy, room temp, no flavor and only came with 4-5 pieces. Oh yeah they were 3.98 an order! I understand being very busy at work but no quality in food especially for the price.

The food was so greasy and I normally love greasy food but it was way more than greasy. The staff was downright unfriendly and I felt the deep sigh when I asked to use the bathroom unnecessary
I usually enjoy coming to Dunkin’, but my recent experience wasn’t pleasant. One of the employees seemed unfriendly and acted in a rather harsh way. Their attitude and the way they looked at customers felt a bit disrespectful. I believe a friendlier and more welcoming approach would make the experience much better.

Went to the Dunkin Donuts on Rosecrans & Woodruff .the Dream Catcher refresher had way to much ice. Didn't get much of the drink.i ordered a protein breakfast wrap tasted horrible...every time I order a food product the food tastes like it has some time of cleaner in it.. yuck 🤮 any way this is the last time I go to any Dunkin Donuts Period!!!!!!
Worst service! Too many employees hovering around, we walked in and nobody greeted, we stand there for like solid 4 minutes and 3 employees walked to the back ignored us and the other 3 just facing the wall standing there. They're going "digital" like self-checkout self-order but no one says hi and they're just laughing and talking between employees. Pretty awkward. Anyway we placed the order on the tablet and one employee sitting outside went in to dispatch the order and gave us this..... all messy and sloppy. The entire visit was with no word no thank you no service at all.... Don't come here. They don't deserve your money
I received a black coffee instead of the coffee with milk and mocha swirl. the coffee tasted water down, don't waste your time and money go to some other location. since I place a mobile order I already fill out the survey, go to transaction history and you can reflect your honest opinion of the order.
Worst customer service ever !!! the girl who makes the drinks named Emily doest’t know how to make them this is the 3rd time I come to this place and last time always is the girl lazy and the coffee taste horrible !!! And the food it is still frozen !!! Never coming back need better employees that likes what they do instead having people ruining your day by giving u a disgusting service and coffe!!!!

First would like too start with the service. I wasn’t greeted and was ignored too where I had too order off the tablet. Ok no problem I also wanted a maple donut no one was there too speak too and when I did no one acknowledged me. I sat down heard my order so I grab my sandwich, I try a bite my egg is still frozen and no sauce is added when I payed extra for it. Literally threw it away in the parking lot. Terrible experience waste of money.
They ALWAYS mess up my order. I get someone else's order or I'm missing an item. And the food is never ready if you order online, they make you park in a spot and wait. Online order is only convenient if your order a drink. Im done ordering from a place that constantly messes up my order.
The doughnuts and munchkins were good but the hot chocolate tasted like water even after mixing it myself. Not worth the 5 dollar hot chocolate.😒
Ran out of large cups? Ran out of cookie butter cloud latte toppings? Regional where ever you are please tell your managers to check and order inventory please!
Worst customer service ever, the app reload doesn't even work. Drinks are not even good and overpriced. I set up auto reload and it didn't charge for 8 months.
Walked in and went to mobile order pick up area...worker looked at me multiple times, no greeting, had 3 workers go back and forth with no greeting, no acknowledgement... they looked at me but never acknowledged me standing there. Definitely a reflection on management and how customer service is NOT a priority. A simple 'hi, ill be right with you' would of been great. My money is too valuable to give to a company that does not want it.
Absolute WORST service ever! The workers are EXTREMELY rude! I picked out 6 donuts to order and got to the window to pay and they told me we have to pick the 6 counts out and gave me old Halloween donuts! And when I asked for my receipt she slammed the window in my face! I’m a long time customer of this location and now I will NEVER come back! I highly recommend people going to a different Dunkin!
Staff at this location is very rude and not worth my time or money. Walked in to order and while looking at donuts waiting on a server, my husband asked for code to the restroom. Employee stated “it’s for customers only”. We stated that we are buying something. Employee said, “one moment” and never helped us. This failure of customer service does not deserve my hard earned money. We immediately left. I read the reviews and it seems I’m not the only one with this problem. Is the employees you hire worth losing your customer base? I guess so because nothing has changed. This business deserves to fail. When you can’t meet minimum expectations of great customer service and the food is bad, what is your purpose and mission on being a business???

Very rude staff. Kept messing up my order on screen at the microphone; asked me to pull up, but didnt confirm my order to my face; made me park in front to wait because they were still working on it. They came out with the wrong drink and when I sent it back they just took the sticker off and came back out within a minute. Save your time and go to the one on Woodruff and Rosecrans.
Always expect to be asked to park and wait. All they care about is the drive thru timer and they always mess up your order. All the times I came here they don’t put the egg in my breakfast sandwich. Even when I order delivery
