I went inside for the first time to get the full experience and try different kinds flavors, unlike baylor location the customer service was phenomenal i will defibe coming by this one more often! I was super excited to see one closer to home! I asked the im assuming manager who cashed me out how the opening is going and she was super polite and seemed to really care for the business! She’s doing an amazing job and even with having 24 new employees she’s making sure the show keeps running despite how busy it is! Going inside was definitely a better experience and i’ll be back!! Great job and keep up the hard work!

Went to the tea place on bosgue bad customer service I went for happy hour it seem like I paid double for my drink what is happy hour badbad that's bad news

We sampled several teas b4 filling our cups with deliciousness. We live in Wisconsin & will be ordering their tea from Amazon.
Good place. Add more fruit grabbers (tongs), saw a guy picking out cherries with his fingers. Bring back all dirty probiotic soda drinks with cream. Only offer cola now, and not every likes cola. Plus, I saw the orange flavor there. The worker at the register asked the manager in the back, since there was orange, and manager or whoever, said 'no'. I was a bit sad.
The staff is awesome and the tea is great. We love stopping in and trying a new flavor.

I love the tea. My only complaint is the coffee. I ordered the Tony Chocolonely and it tasted like licorice. I looked it up and it's from over extraction of the espresso. My Boyfriend's coffee was also pretty bad. I will definitely still be going but just not having coffee.

The store itself is great and I definitely like going inside rather than the drive through. The only but very important part I did not like was the customer service. There was none😐 Takes the fun out of going or staying longer to look at the merch and/or snacks.

This is Texas...Not sure who taught these people to make TEA...but this isn't IT. 10/10 overpriced. I can't think of a place that serves worse TEA and this is pretty much all they do here...SMH...Save yourself that money and time and just go somewhere else.
