I got a strawberry limeade that you could barely tell had even a little strawberry. It was pretty much just sprite. The lady who brought us our drinks was nice and brought it back in because she agreed it didn't look like it has enough strawberry puree in it.

Usually this location is good. However this morning they SUCKED!! I placed an order ahead at 6:47am. I arrived at CarHop for 6:49. I waited until 7 for my order, this then made me late for work but I needed breakfast!! I pressed the button for assistance and nobody answered! They were throwing people through Drive Thru but nobody could bring out my 10 minute old OLO? Disappointing!

Lydia is the WORST. She is the most disrespectful worker I have ever come across in all my years. Be careful because she has a tendency to obtain customer phone numbers and explicitly contact them. She is an extremely disturbed individual and it is disappointing to see this behavior in our small town.

I am a faithful Junior burger person and for the first time in my adult life, it was a different size! The tiniest burger I have ever seen. I could tell it was tiny even in the package. Contacted corporate to ask if burger sizes changed and they said it would be franchise specific. Come on Bellville, everyone knows prices are going up BUT not that the burger was going to change sizes and not even be suitable for a child's appetite. Maybe 2.5 inches across. Incredibly disappointed and will not be going here again.

Verrrry slow, they weren't busy by far but I waited 10 minutes after pushing the button and decided to move on to a different place. This is not the first disappointment that's why I'm leaving this honest criticism.

Wow the staff here is horrible. Everytime we go the always yell at us because they can't understand through the drive through speaker.. GET IT FIXED! The food there is alright sometimes but most of the time it's burnt and they mess up our orders. Once we ordered a burger of double meat.. when we got it we seen that they forgot to include the meat and instead gave us a burger with mayonnaise and tomato that's it! I honestly don't ever enjoy my experience with this sonic.

I would give less than one star but to write a review you can’t. One car was there in a parking space and one in the drive thru when we drove up. My husband pushed the button on the screen repeatedly and nothin after 5 minutes. We finally moved to another screen but no service so we moved again. Finally someone answered and she was in such a hurry you couldn’t understand her. The screen said the wrong item so he repeated what we wanted and again she repeated it so fast, we weren’t sure what she said again. I don’t know what her rush was because we were at that time the only people there. Of course when the order finally came out it had items wrong. We went with it just because it wasn’t worth the hassle. We go there occasionally because they’re the only game in town. They are consistent though. Always getting your order wrong and poor service.

I would not have even given it one star but it's the only way I could get the comment box to pop up. When I first went to order I pushed the button and WAITED....when he finally took our order he sounded so pleased to be at work......(not). We ordered ice cream and was basically the only people there. Three more cars pulled in after us, ordered and when the second car got their orders before us, I drove off.

This is the worst Sonic I have EVER been to. Server takes their sweet time, to the point your food is cold. The second time I waited at the window to pay for 12 minutes and had to leave because I would have been late to work. The third and final time (today) the person taking my order did not let me complete my order do I had to place another order to get it completed.. I wouldn’t give them one star but I can’t fill this out with zero stars. The manager needs to retrain these people or fire them.
