Good store. My food was ready on time, the store is very clean
We haven't had Domino's in years! Glad we tried it again! Our pepperoni, green peppers, and mushrooms on hand tossed crust with extra sauce was, in our opinion, better tasting than the other available pizza places on our Benbrook, TX, hiway 377. It also had better deals than others.
Always get delivered and always hot and on time ... polite delivery drivers!
They were a lot faster than anticipated and the quality didn't suffer from doing so.
Called in an order over the phone, later found out those calls go to a call center not the actual store. Apparently the code that I used wasn't available at this store. The difference was more than double what I was quoted on the phone. I was quite upset not at the store or the employees at this location but at the call center. However, Glen was incredibly sweet understanding and worked with me to find me a solution that went above and beyond what I expected. I'm so thankful for him, as he made my night 100% better and I didn't have to go home broke or empty handed. Thank you again, Glen you absolutely made me a happy customer and I'll absolutely be back thanks to your customer service.

Garlic bread wasn't cooked. Nothing was warm. Waited for over 20 mins and was just offered a free 20 oz coke.

Pizza is good here. Crust is tasty. But this location is 2.5 miles from our house and they don’t deliver to our address. While WingStop next door will deliver to our house and Pizza Hut across the street delivers to us.

First time I ordered from them I ordered Salami & Feta, they forgot the feta, which was annoying as you pay extra for a "premium topping". Second order they brought me one of my pizzas correct, my chicken bites were burnt, like almost black burnt, and a completely wrong second pizza. They did redeliver that pizza but it came 40 minutes later. It really is a shame because I love Domino's but this location has some quality issues.

The last three or more times that I have gotten pizza from them they don’t give you hardly any toppings you pay for them but you don’t get them. So this time I paid extra which was over two dollars for extra bacon. They did not give me Harley any bacon must less extra and I’m reporting it here because I’m tired of it happening!! Horrible! I’ve placed two orders in the past two weeks with no cheese and the pizza comes with cheese. I call and they state that I have to remove the provolone cheese in toppings. The first order I just ate the money because I believed this to be my fault. The second time I was told by the manager that I have to remove provolone cheese under toppings, but that option doesn’t exist. They offered to make me another one, but I refused as I didn’t want it coming with spit on it. Will never order from them again
Never had a problem with this particular Domino close to my house till now . Pizza was piping hot with first bite and so was the HAIR ! Do they not wear something over their hair when preparing food ! The first bite and entire pizza in the trash !
We have ordered from this location before and it has been great. We carried out every time. Tonight we ordered a pizza at 7:30 and were told it would be 30-45 minutes. After an hour we called and were told they got busy. I completely understand that. The representative told me the delivery driver was right around the corner and would be there any minute. 15 minutes later I called again because the pizza was still not there. I asked if we could simply cancel the order because it had taken so long. The man on the phone said okay, but the driver pulled up at the same time. Seconds after cancelling the order the man on the phone hung up on me. The driver got a call telling him not to give us the pizza. We tipped the driver anyway because it is in no way his fault. Having worked in the service industry in the past I understand it can get busy, but the service we got tonight was very unfortunate. If it was going to be as late as it was, the store needs to be responsible and call us to let us know the situation. We won’t be ordering from this location again.
I am done ordering from this location. We have received multiple orders that were not ours. And today I ordered a medium cheese pizza for our kids at 3:30pm for a 5:00 carry out. I walked into the store at 5:08pm and I was IGNORED BY ALL 7 EMPLOYEES FOR NEARLY 10 MINUTES. I watched them talk to each other and make pizzas, while not a single person walked over to simply see why I’m in the store. I finally hollered at the entire staff and told them I just need to pick up my carry out order of one pizza that is already paid for. Finally a young man asked what my name was, he walked the pizza over to me, and I was able to leave. All Benbrook, ORDER FROM MARCO’S PIZZA! The customer service has been amazing, and their pizza is 10 times better quality. Sorry, Domino’s, but you can only mess up so many times before you lose my business, and you reached it.
Sunday 6:21pm I ordered pizza online. i have never had a bad experience until today. Placed my order online as usual. It said 38 minutes. After 40 mins, I checked the tracker. Said it was still in the "Prep" mode. So I called. First time I was placed on hold until the line disconnected. The second time I was told my order had been bumped to the back of the line and wouldn't be delivered until 9:00pm. So they are unable to make my pizza until 9pm? Something is very wrong with that and I am headed up there now to speak to a manager as they have already charged my card and you can't get your money back for 5-10 business days. What a rip.
I had an issue with my order using the app. So I called this location just to get some help . LATOYA answered and she was pretty rude from the start . I would not be surprised if others have complained about her . So if you get rude service from LATOYA if you call then this place doesn’t care about customer service . Update .. I ordered from the camp Bowie location. And my order was ready right away
Ordered online the night before and needed ten things by a certain time. Got email saying the order went through then went to store at designated time and somehow our order got clouded without us knowing or being told. Wouldn’t give us a deal, wouldn’t deliver instead, and wouldn’t put our order before anyone else’s. Didn’t seem sorry in the least; almost seemed like they were relieved when we just left and went to Lil Caesars instead. Love their pizza but probably won’t trust them again, sadly.

I finally had time to go to the store to see what the problem was, they were understaffed which I understand but for them to not answer the phones, not call people to tell them what's going on with their orders, that's ridiculous. Not even an apology either, she just refunded it and that was it, no coupon for next time or anything. Will definitely not be ordering from here ever again.
