I got a burger pretty late at night with a friend. He got the strawberry cheesecake shake. There was a lot of confusion over the intercom about what shake he was talking about even though it was plainly listed on the menu. There seemed to only be one employee running the food around and he brought us an order that wasn't ours by mistake, and the parking lot we waited in was covered with garbage. It was an unpleasant experience, and the food was not worth it.

Ordered a Frito pie this evening and they must have been short on chili, bc it was dang near all Fritos!!! Very disappointed very little cheese also

I live near this sonic, its always a hit ot miss with food quality and service. But it takes alot for me to leave a review and today, gave it another chance, and once again the smasher is absolutely trash, no season, no sear/browning on it, which is the whole point and where a big part of the flavor comes from..once again for like the 4th time trying to give this location another chance, bc yes it is convenient. I took 2 bits and threw away my triple meat smashers. Just again it was absolutely disgusting.

They told my doordash driver there was no order for my name in their system, while my doordash app reflected a different scenario. When you try to call the store, all you get is a busy tone. Doordash customer service tried calling the store twice, busy tone. Doordash issued me a full refund, but the fact you cannot call the store for an easy fix, the fact my doordash driver had to sit at the store for over 15 minutes just for the order to be canceled, all of that is a problem. You need to fix your phones so we can speak to someone and receive the food we paid for, instead of having a busy tone beeping in our ear. Terrible service, especially if you can't pronounce a simple name to the point you tell my doordash driver the order doesn't exist when it clearly does. Fix your phone lines so peoplecan get in touch with the store, be more professional.

I ordered a watermelon slush online 2 weeks ago. When I got there, the car hop told me they were out of watermelon and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes so she said it would appear on my account in a few days. A week later, it still hadnt shown in my account so I called the store and spoke with Maddie. I told her what the issue was and she told me she processed the refund and it would show up in my account in a few days. Here we are 2 weeks later and I still haven't received a refund. If you say you're going to do something, you should do it!

Only giving a star because I have to. Food is gross, I'm so done, never going to this location again, got there chicken strips, if that's what you want to call them I threw it away, they always get the order wrong, messed up on my burger to. Service would have got 3 stars but if they can't even put a order together right then why should I?

Maddyy at the benbrook location messed up on my order and would not compromise with me when I was missing a 2nd patty. First, they were missing my chicken sandwhich and large tater tots. I walked up to the window and had them bring them out. Then I get home and see my double meat was a single meat. I called and she only offered me to come back up there to get the second party. I asked for a meal refund or to come back another day and she refused. I'm upset with this location, it's like they don't care about customer service at all. Definitely won't be back.

Food poisoning! Stay away!!! 2 years ago my son got food poisoning from this location and we have stayed away since. Thought it was safe to order tonight. My son’s blast was completely melted but he seems to be fine. I got a cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks and was rudely awoken around 3:30 and have been throwing up ever since! I feel like I’m dying!

One of the worst locations, $30 dollars for 2 combos and mozzarella sticks. Not fresh, not good, coke tasted watered down, food was luke warm. I specifically order onion rings instead of fries because they usually have to be made fresh. I can’t even finish half of my food. Not worth it. Mozzarella sticks had a weird taste

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The burger and bacon were some of the worst I've had—the sandwich had no flavor at all. The mozzarella sticks were especially bad, as they were extremely oily, with a lot of grease inside. Overall, the meal just wasn't good.

Last time for Sonic in Benbrook! Meat was crunchy, dry and burnt on my husbands toaster sandwich. My cheeseburger was a sloppy mess also with dry, burnt meat. Everything was cold and pre cooked way before we ordered. Unacceptable! Also saw staff digging through trash barrel inside the store, gross🤮🤢

I ordered their Frito’s chili pie and was very disappointed with the quality and portion size. As you can see from the picture, this Sonic is not up to the same standards as other locations.
