This is a good location The staff in and the manager is very nice at this location in the food is good and the place is clean and the restroom is clean I wish all Taco was a clean and nice like this location

I went through the drive through and got my food very quickly. Nothing was missing and the drive through specialist even asked me what salsa that I wanted. I got it home and it was made perfectly. The party burritos are so good!

This is by far the one of the best taco buenos me & my family have been going to. Excellent customer service, food is always fresh and taste great. The staff is always super pleasant, overall consistent great customer service. Very clean environment.

It was 85 degrees inside. The Food was okay I realize it's fast food but I know that taco Bueno still has a standard. I probably wouldn't come back here.

This location almost looks like it's abandoned.. the food is always okay.. you pull up and wonder if they're even open.. they must not get a lot of business here

I ordered 3 crispy tacos with added sour cream and extra tomatoes, through the drive thru. I paid $3.24 for extra tomatoes and sour cream. Although, the tacos tasted good, I received zero sour cream and no extra tomatoes on ANY of the tacos. No one else was in line. The parking lot was empty, late afternoon. . I got 3 small diced tomatoes on each taco. And no napkins in the bag. Obviously, this store doesn’t care about getting bad reviews. It’s not like they were so busy that they just got it wrong. I mean…. They just didn’t CARE AT ALL about customer satisfaction!

Very slow drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes Edit: when I wrote this i assumed I was close to getting my food it actually took over 25 minutes to get my 2 party burritos. This is definitely the worst taco bueno location.

Very, very little ingredients in tacos, burritos, etc. Always the same. It's like the employees are caching ingredients so they take home. Why else would a legitimate brand put hardly any ingredients in their menu items? Last beef burrito I got had about a tablespoon of beef in it and that's it. Employees are always inattentive, distracted by each other, and provide minimal service. I've stopped going. I'd post a photo but can't see how to in the new beta rating system.

Not the best experience. Asked what choices of meat were available for the mucho nachos ( menu states with your choice of meat ) and were told ground beef. So we ordered the mucho nachos and a cheeseburger quesadilla. If someone likes chips with little to no cheese sauce, a sprinkle of meat and a squirt of sour cream, they might like the nachos. I was not impressed. The cheeseburger quesadilla was gross looking and the beef patty was about a 1/4 the size of the tortillas. Every others fast food place nearby had lines in the drive thru...we were the only ones at Taco No Bueno. I don't expect a gourmet meal from a taco place, but got to at least try a little bit harder.

The only thing I bought was the chicken mucho nachos. No tomatoes and no sour cream. No one answer the phone at the location. Super disappointing. Won't be back.

Price on drive thru menu and price you get charged at window is different $1.70 more. Drive thru guy implies I can't add. He gives me my receipt and says see and totally dismisses what I was telling him, even tells me some one else said same thing. But lets not look in to it. Never again!!!

Tonight the drive thru guy was so busy on his phone he barely could take an order, he took over 5 minutes to open the window to get money from us, and he didn't even see me take a picture of him on his phone.. lol..

Gross, bean burritos named as a party burrito should be a crime. Straight to the trash they go. Flavorless brown paste is all it is.

We went through the drive through and the lady asked us twice if that was correct and we had to correct her both times, wasn’t listening and didn’t care!!! Got to the window and waited while they were counting the drawer , never acknowledged customers were there waiting, finally opened the window only to hear the lady taking orders cussing and complaining about the situation. We finally were handed our items to be told “here ya go “ and didn’t look at us!! This is ridiculous!!! We won’t be back, EVER!!!

Dear Miss Ramona Although the burritos I purchased were up to par your attitude on the other hand was not. You asked if I'd like to round up for domestic violence and I politely declined, the smacking of your gums and eye roll I don't feel was necessary.

The cashier just took my order. The manager was so rude to the empoyee. After taking my order, the manger almost pushed her away from the cash register so another employee could clock in. There is another register for employees to clock in. Really made me upset the way the manger on duty handled and treated the employee. She does not need to be a manger.
