Round Table Pizza

It's been awhile since my family and I had Round Table Pizza and we're pleasantly surprised with the yummy pizza, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. We will be ordering again soon. Great job.🥰🥰🥰

Everybody that I have encountered that work here are remarkably helpful and happy and makes me want to go back......The food is also amazing it's pizza but it's delicious. The only complaint I have is getting a salad to go is a pre-made salad as opposed to being able to buy a single trip to the salad bar.

round table in Benicia has a very good salad bar. there are very few around, post covid. We appreciate the variety of vegetables and the personal pizza (gourmet veggie in our case) that we add to the order

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Round Table Pizza in Benicia, California, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. They were quick to take our order and offered helpful suggestions from the menu, which was much appreciated. As for the food, the pizzas were delicious! They had a wide variety of toppings and combinations to choose from, all made with fresh ingredients. The crust was perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also tried some of their appetizers, which were tasty and complemented our meal nicely. Overall, Round Table Pizza in Benicia offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, a pleasant environment, and a staff that genuinely cares about their customers. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza place in the area!

I just had to write a review after my experience with Round Table Pizza tonight! The pizza was spot-on, just like always—super tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. But what really made the experience was our delivery driver, Gil. He was awesome! Friendly, on time, and made sure everything got to us piping hot. It’s not every day you get someone who goes the extra mile like that. Seriously, if you’re thinking about ordering from here, do it—and I hope you get Gil as your driver!

We like the all you can eat salad bar. Add a personal size Gourmet Veggie pizza to have a couple small slices, for the taste of it. A very nice lunch, and filling if you eat a couple servings of salad.

I’ve been coming to this location since the late 90’s I think. The pizza is one of the best I think. The salad bar is awesome too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The new beer tap….is horrible. It’s like 20 taps. 16 taps of beer and 4 of wine. This is tech that is simply not needed. Want a white wine? Nope. Not working. Want a red wine,…nope the tap says get assistance. A pitcher of beer,….nope you’ll get a half pitcher and like it. It has never worked. You have to use a bracelet and give them a credit card to hold. Who came up with this???? What happen to “can I have a beer please?”, “yes. Here you go.” Now it’s “can I have a bear please? “Sure, please see the 20 taps and find out what’s working. Oh be sure to carry the shame bracelet and give us your credit card to hold”. Please get rid of it.

It feels like they ran out of a large portion of dough and instead used a small portion and rolled it out as thin as possible. A Ritz cracker has more volume than this crust. The service was ok, there was no offer of cheese, peppers or plates. The atmosphere, although recently renovated was kinda sad since a lot of the taps display sad faces for I'm guessing being out of stock.

Management and Customer Service: (less than professional) The manager with the single golden earring, is "as green and wet behind the ears" as some of the personnel who take a phone order. 12-15-25 I arrived to the ordering register and as I started to place my order, one rude Linda started firing question after question at me before I finished what I am saying. When I asked if she was able to hear and note what I was trying to order, she looked at me, paused for 2 seconds and said "you are raising your voice, I am not going to let you"!!! At that point, I requested to talk the manager who was away from the store, so I requested another personnel to take my order. We have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service at the order desk, ever before. August 2025. Ordered the "Vegetarian" pizza for pickup. When arrived home discovered it is a "Pepperoni" pizza. When contacted the manager, he looked up the order and says the order was placed for "pepperoni". How could I order a pepperoni pizza when I am vegeterian?! He would not take responsibility for their mistake. - Atmosphere/Energy: (less than inviting) NO true restaurant dining experience atmosphere.

Quality has really gone down hill. The last few times the crust has been super thin and dry. Decided to give them a try again today and called in a to go order. They say 30 minutes and the fam was starving so I load everyone in the car and go pick it up. I pay for it and check the pizza, it was hacked to bits. They had cut all of the crust off the pizza. The manager tried to tell me that was totally normal, it happens when the crust gets a little “well done”. The medium I had ordered looked barely like a small, made of small triangles of dry crustless pizza. I say it’s not right and he says “what do you want me to do?” He keeps trying to tell me it’s normal for them to cut all the crust off the pizza and eventually says if I want he could remake the pizza. Unfortunately I had my husband and 10 year old desperately waiting and knew they wouldn’t want to wait another 30 minutes, plus my 3 month old was about to melt down so I finally just took the pizza and left. The manager never apologized for burning then chopping off half my pizza, never offered a discount or a coupon for my next pizza, nothing. We won’t be coming back

I ordered medium pizza and 6 classic wings with mild buffalo sauce. The girl told me 30 to 45 minutes. I ordered at 4:41pm and it got to my door at 6:20pm. The pizza was cold and the wings had no sauce on it. Honestly this has never happened and it's the first time they do this but the time they took to deliver was ridiculous. When I called the manager seemed like ah no biggy it will get there soon. Really almost 2 damn hours waiting on a medium pizza. You guys failed terribly last time I order from you guys.
