Ci sono stato in due diverse occasioni e mi sono trovato benissimo, per l'accoglienza e sopratutto per l'ottima cucina, tutto perfetto dall'antipasto al dolce. Sicuramente quando ricapiterò in zona ci tornerò.

È la terza volta che vado in questo ristorante portando ogni volta persone diverse che escono soddisfatte e contente di avergli fatto conoscere questo posto. Il format è molto particolare, lo definirei un pub-ristorante dove puoi tranquillamente portarci sia amici e che il partner… sa essere intimo ma allo stesso tempo informale e il cibo è veramente ottimo. Complimenti per aver preso in gestione questo locale e averlo ribaltato come un calzino… ci ritornerò sicuramente tante altre volte.
Locale accogliente, il cibo ricercato ma che sa anche di casa, ho molto apprezzato il menù, vario. Personale educato, sorridente e disponibile. Non delude mai!
Non è mia abitudine fare recensioni, ma il motivo per cui lo faccio è particolare. Sono passato in questo ristorante a settembre del 2023 quando mi trovavo in quella zona. Amando la cucina e volendo provare più piatti ho optato per il menù degustazione che era ad un prezzo conveniente, ancor di più visti i prezzi in giro e in relazione alla qualità che ho trovato poi. I piatti mi avevano colpito per la cura e per le idee dietro, che avevano un solo obietttivo: quello di dare un sapore pieno utilizzando ingredienti e tecniche moderne, talvolta azzardate, ma mai fini a se stesse. Ho sempre pensato che lo chef avesse un gran talento e che avrebbe fatto strada e sono stato contento quando ieri mi è capitato di vedere la puntata di Foodish in cui partecipava e che ha vinto con una sua rivisitazione dei casoncelli. Mi sono tornati in mente quei piatti ritrovandomi nelle parole di un Bastianich estasiato. L'unico peccato è che ai tempi quel piatto non c'era, ma prima o poi ci tornerò, alla fine sono solo 600 km. 😅 P.s. visto che non faceva parte del menù, ho ordinato anche una mezza porzione di "casonsei" classici che non avevo mai mangiato, ed erano buonissimi anche loro. Nel menù c'era anche un secondo che però mi sono dimenticato di fotografare. P.p.s. il locale è molto curato ma informale, il servizio è adeguato al livello della cucina. Lo consiglio decisamente.
Esperienza fantastica. Il locale è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino al polo culturale zona Carrara/Gamec. Aperto fino a tardi. Staff gentile, cordiale, preparato. I piatti sono una delizia per il palato e per gli occhi. I prezzi? Inaspettati. Più che onesti, considerata la qualità delle portate. Consiglio assolutamente, spero di tornarvi presto!

Locale spettacolare sembra di essere a casa da amici. Si mangia benissimo si beve meglio e i casoncelli in brodo ( quelli che hanno preso il massimo dei voti su foodish) sono una favola. Hanno anche casoncelli tradizionali ma questi sono da provare.. Aprite la mente ogni tanto.. Voto 10

An amazing experience at La Gasthaus Bistrot - Dal Pistis in Bergamo! We arrived from Israel in Bergamo about three years ago, very late at night, tired and hungry. We found this charming place completely by chance. Despite the late hour, the owner gave us exceptional service—far beyond our expectations. My wife, who doesn't eat much, asked for a smaller portion, and they kindly prepared a special smaller dish just for her. We also received a recommendation for a fantastic local wine, whose name unfortunately escapes me, but its taste remains unforgettable. It's a small, lovely place where service is everything. Highly recommended!

Very nice and pleasent staff. It is open until 3 am, so you can come here for a one more round. Also, kitchen works until 2 am and they inform everyone about that, so you can order on time

Nice place, interesting pasta revipies as for me.. never tried fried sage before.. bergamisu for dessert was kind of strange.. chocolate tarta was good. We had to wait a bit long, but as for vacation it was not a problem

Stopped by this restaurant randomly while transiting Bergamo and I was very pleasantly surprised. The hamburger that I ate was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had and so were the fries that came with it. The atmosphere was very friendly and it made for an enjoyable experience. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!
Homemade pastas were superb and the cheesecake with caramel we ordered was simply heavenly! Was recommended by our local friends we just met to eat here and it is such a good choice, pastas about €12-16 each and is so good! Great service, complimentary starter, and finishing dessert with some limoncello and liquorice. Italy is amazing ❤️

Ottimi gli antipasti, la pastinaca con liquerizia ed i casoncelli in brodo, novità assoluta nel panorama gastronomico bergamasco. Il fatto che si possa scegliere, per alcune portate, la mezza porzione fa' sì che si riesca ad assaggiare un po' di tutto. Servizio eccellente.
Location semplice, abbastanza minimal. Il loro punto di forza è la calda ed accogliente atmosfera creata dai giochi di luci soffuse. Locale assolutamente pulito ed ordinato, compresa la toilette. Il personale professionale e cordiale. Il menù non offre tantissima scelta per quanto riguarda le portate di primi e secondi (circa una dozzina di scelte tra i due). Ciò non toglie che la qualità è buona. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il tagliere di salumi. Conto totale per tagliere+focaccia+patè trota+ patate forno+ 2 birre+ coperti= 54€. Un rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media, non entusiasmante. Locale consigliato Possibilità di accesso per disabilità #disabilytyyes
Ho assaggiato i casoncelli rivisitati in brodo: molto buoni, oltre le aspettative. Sapore molto particolare sia del brodo che del ripieno.
La miglior birra weiss di Bergamo! Piatti curati e abbastanza ricercati, anche se la scelta è leggermente più limitata della media, probabilmente per dedicarsi ad una qualità più concentrata... Storico locale... costeggiato dalla “morla”; punto d’incontro a tarda ora di gente proveniente un po’ da tutti gli angoli della provincia, e buon ristorante di stile elegante negli orarie canonici, frequentato anche da turisti. La quinta stella manca solo per qualche euro di troppo nel menù: altrimenti era meritata! I gnocchi all’aglio nero è un piatto eccezionale: un insieme di sapori d’estrema soddisfazione! ...ma quando ti arriva il piatto e dentro i gnocchi sono solo tre, ti senti anche un po’ preso in giro...😆Enjoy Gastaus ✌🏻
Locale con atmosfera accogliente e caratteristica, perfetto per cena o dopocena con amici. Ho apprezzato la varietà del menu e la buona qualità delle portate, specialmente piatti come risotti. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e c’è una bella energia da pub fino a tardi. Qualche dettaglio, come alcune porzioni e tempi di servizio, potrebbe essere migliorato, ma nel complesso è una ottima esperienza culinaria a Bergamo. Consigliato!
Lo frequento da almeno 3 anni perché è l'unico posto aperto fino a tardi dopo le partite serali dell'Atalanta Aperto solitamente dalle 19.00 alle 2.00 (La mia recensione non è dovuta alla vittoria di foodish.. ci tenevo a specificarlo) Detto ciò: C'è un menu alla carta che varia in base alla stagionalità Vi consiglio i risotti(cucinati express) Quindi aspettatevi i 20 min classici per un risotto Ottimi gli hamburger Buoni anche gli arrosticini di pecora bergamasca.. se disponibili! Vi auguro di avere la fortuna di poter prendere la pasta e fagioli..SEMPLICEMENTE DEVASTANTE!! Aspettatevi una cucina innovativa ma anche tradizionale Birre molto buone Vini ricercati "CONSIGLIATISSIMISSIMO"
Frequentavo il locale quando era birreria e con piacere ci torno a distanza di anni. Bello il locale rinnovato, cibo ottimo (da provare i casoncelli in brodo) e servizio all altezza delle aspettative. Bravi
We sat at the terrace, more like a balcony over the river, of this cosy restaurant. The menue looks avarage at first but isn't on closer look, so we could choose some interesting variants of well known dishes. Small portions with great taste. You don't go here to stuff your stomach. This place is to enjoy every bite you taste. Be aware: the blue cheesecake desert is full of Gorgonzola taste!

Simply menu, options for half or full servings rather than 1st and 2nd dishes. Ragu tortellini was delicious. Risotto is to the “chefs taste”, this time was pea sprinkled with bee pollen. Interesting and tasty flavours. They have mosquito repellent so you can enjoy dinner next to the river without becoming a meal yourself

Tagliere, stuzzichini, piatti di cucina semplici, a tratti sfiziosi, gustosi ma non memorabili. Locale per il più classico ritrovarsi.
We went there for a dinner really late at night, so I would describe this bar as just an option for late night dining with wine. Actually, food was terrible, we ordered pork loins but got very fat pork ribs instead, also ordered beef ravioli, it was also fat and couldn't even understand the taste. Wine and beer was OK. The waiter spoke very little English, so couldn't communicate freely and get more information about their menu. Overpriced.
Disappointing. English menu after 20 minutes that we asked for it , service for laughs , bad quality of food. Price quality ratio not worth it.
