Siempre me han gustados los pasteles de este lugar, son deliciosos, 💯 % recomendados, hoy fui en la tarde y lo malo fue el pésimo servicio al cliente, la mujer que me atendió me hizo hablarle en varias ocasiones y simplemente me ignoró, cuando quiso atenderme me hablo con mala actitud, según me iba a dar la prueba de un cake y ya cuando le iba a pagar el cake que compre le pregunté sobre la prueba que me ofreció y sin mirarme a la cara me dijo ya no hay ( me la negó ) Me imagino que tiene tiempo trabajando ahí por que se siente dueña. 🤦🏻‍♀️ La próxima vez que vallá si veo que está ella simplemente no entro, tendré que buscar el momento que no esté 😒

The seasonal pecan cake was good. An issue I have are that the cakes in the display are not labeled.

Fui una vez a comprar un pastel ahí me dieron el que tenían de muestra ya la fruta estaba toda descolorida porque ese pastel le daba el sol ahí donde lo tenían y así me lo dieron

Le voy a dar una estrella en servicio al cliente, la mujer que está de encargada tiene pésima actitud. Los cakes son muy buenos, soy cliente frecuente porque es la sucursal más cercana a mi dirección, pero de verdad el manager tiene que tener en cuenta el servicio que proporciona la chica que tiene más tiempo ahí, las otras ayudantes bien, pero la mujer que les da las indicaciones tiene que mejorar la atención que proporciona al cliente.

compre un pastel tres leches para un baby shower y salió incompleto por la parte de abajo. les notifique donde lo compre y con fotos de prueba. y no les importo. Esperaba una respuesta mucho mejor.

Hoy pedí un pastel y la chica del día ni siquiera tiene ganas de atender tiene uno que pedirle que te enseñe la carta de pasteles le quise ordenar un pastel y muy despota contesta tiene que pedirlo 3 días antes así no se lo van hacer vuelvo a pedir que si puede ver si lo hacen vuelve a decir no creo. Pésimo servicio me salí molesta entiendo las políticas de la compañía pero no tienen porque tratar de mala manera a los clientes.
