Amazing!! Honestly not sure why this place isn’t ranked better. The staff were lovely, my latte was super flavorful and really nice- you could tell the espresso was quality. My boyfriend got the specialty coffee “campfire” and loved it too. Will definitely be going back.

A coffee shop is all about the coffee. My friend Carolyn and I loved this location and really enjoyed the previous bakery and were excited to try The Commissary out. OMG the coffee is fantastic. Sam was a delight behind the counter and the Pantone Mocha walls and comfortable atmosphere were perfect. Please go we want this place to thrive so we can drink lattes here for ever.

We had Cortado and Chocolate Chips cookies. The coffee beans were freshly grounded and good quality chocolate was used for the cookie. The lady serving us was friendly, pleasant and took the effort to clean the table before we sat down. We also enjoyed the view from the cafe sitting area.

Weird reviews but as for my visit, not too crowded, simple service (which was fine), nice guy who made my coffee and was nice to my kiddo, and yummy tater tots she liked. Going again, told a friend.

Okay so I use to love this place so much, but now the avocado doesn’t seem to look fresh however the burrito is still very delicious. The coffee is a 5/10 . The burrito 8/10 I still loved it. Located on the Macy’s wing inside the Beverly Center overlooking La Cienega Boulevard, it’s a great location for a cafe. They have multiple tables lined up by the window for people to dine-in. Service is not great, but coffee is good. I’ve ordered hot caramel latte with oat milk on two different occasions and they’ve both been consistent and good so far. Parking starts at $1.00 for the first hour and it goes up.

Lots of options for snacks and coffee. Morning bun and cold brew are great. Prices are reasonable based on the location, but the quality of food and coffee isn’t the best.

I gave them 2 stars because their coffee is actually decent. However, I’ve never seen staff so non punctual my entire life !!! The photo I uploaded was 9:10 AM when they’re supposed to be open at 9 AM, literally no one to be found, lights closed. I pass by on my way to work. I waited for a good 15 minutes (until 9:18 AM) and no one was there (or even arriving yet….) Unreliable And always horrible service. If you’re serious about your coffee this is NOT the place .

The hot chocolate was not too hot and didn't taste that well. The staff was very polite and friendly though.

The girl was so rude. I left this person a 20 percent tip on a 18.00 burrito my food had been ready and she didn’t call my name I sat there 3 feet from her after 45 mins I asked where my food was she said it’s been here waiting I replied you couldn’t have let me know. What a bummer this place used to be my favorite now I will go somewhere else. Horrible customer experience and I will be disputing my card I am not satisfied. Please reach out management team to me

It’s a great location the location was clean the staff seemed like they were on Quaaludes the menu had a lot to offer but again the staff were not very helpful ended up with just a hot chocolate and poured half of it out way too much cinnamon. Extremely disappointing. The guy that was helping us I’m sure he was trying to be nice but he seriously looked like he was drunk and was talking like he was drunk. The gal that was working there she didn’t seem very interested in being there at all. It’s a great location conveniently located with a great little view and a bunch of seating in the mall giving customers an opportunity to be able to rest and just relax with their packages before having to go home or shop more. Would not recommend there’s several other places that have much better service and food.

And the cashier attempted to give herself a tip on my card, she told me the price and flipped the screen, before I proceeded to complete the transaction I noticed the price was different from what she stated, I noticed a tip option selected which increased the price, when I inquired about the price she simply said oh I guess thats with the tip, extremely dismissive. It’s so unprofessional and in my option it’s theft. How many people has she done this to, without their knowledge? Based on that I would be hesitant to patronize this business again.
