Avis sur Nobu Beverly Hills
Great dinner at Nobu Los Angeles. The food was excellent, especially the nigiris which were fresh and perfectly prepared. The vibe in the restaurant is stylish but relaxed, and the location is super convenient. Service was attentive and professional throughout the night. Overall a really solid experience and I would definitely come back.
Really nice place in downtown Los angles. The server was amazing. Went with his recommendations and it definitely did not dissapoint. Food quality was amazing. Definitely recommend
Nobu never disappoints 🔥 West Hollywood is a must go 👏🏻 ⭐️ The Fish 🐟 was hyper fresh, particularly the Toro and Scallops sashimi’s 🍣 were 🔝 literally melt on your mouth 🤤 Cocktails were brilliant 🍸 Service is always excellent, it’s a no brainer 🧠 Should have captured more 📸
I haven’t eaten here yet but I made a birthday reservation a month in advance, changed it 4 days in advance bcuz of my flight being delayed and then had to cancel it altogether 2 days in advance bcuz the blizzard in New York canceled my trip. Every single hostess I talked to on the phone was so kind. Even when I called to cancel. Yall hire great staff and as a fellow service worker I would’ve loved to dine here and experience the full customer service experience. 10/10 great job
Thank you to Josh for steering me in the right direction and your recommendations! This was a nice treat. Enjoyed my experience and being taken care of by someone with experience and knowledge of the menu. Tried hamachi, toro, albacore and lobster tacos. For a large restaurant, attention was personalized and warm hospitality.
One of the best meals we’ve ever had. I love taking my kids to notable restaurants, and this absolutely lived up to every Nobu expectation. We tried a little bit of everything—lobster tempura, dry-aged prime ribeye, pristine sushi, oysters, and wagyu—and I’m honestly speechless. Every dish was balanced, beautiful, and bursting with flavor. The hosts were amazing—warm, organized, and welcoming—and our servers were equally outstanding: attentive without hovering. Customer service was top-tier from start to finish. I even meant to take more photos, but the food was so good I forgot and just enjoyed it. Flawless experience. Can’t wait to come back!
Nobu LA’s Tanoshi Hour is a great way to enjoy the Nobu experience without the full splurge. The cocktails and small bites — like the crispy rice with spicy tuna and yellowtail jalapeño — are top-notch, and the vibe is relaxed but still upscale. Portions are small and prices still lean high, but it’s a fun, classy spot to unwind before dinner.
I got the $175 omakase 7 courses and oh my goodness, I wasn't expecting full plates here. We start with a vegetable wrap which doesn't count as a course. 1st was salmon tartar, oyster in some delightful sauce and Japanese pear. The pear was amazingly sweet. 2nd was various nigori, uchi with roe and rice. 3rd was various white fish, but the center was my favorite, blue fin toro with truffle shavings and I believe it was a spicy ponzu sauce (don't quote me on this), but it was the best thing I tasted at course 3. Course 4 came with a watercress salad, i don't remember what fish it was because I was starting to hit a wall and I still have 3 more left. 5th course was miso cod and the filet was a decent size, that's one of those long plates they put rolls on, so don't let the close up fool you. 6th was delightful, A5 wagyu in truffle butter and Crispy onion! They server left me along for like 20 mins so I can get through this course lol I was like, I might take this home. Then as I sat and digested, I was like, it's too good. 7th course was miso soup, i didn't finish it but it was refreshing. The dessert, it was a flakley brownie with matcha ice cream. The drinks were about $23 each and it was ok, it was a speciality cocktail and one that wasn't on the menu. Overall I've never had an omakase like this before. It was well worth the price in my opinion.
Such a wonderful place. At first I was opposed to going there, because I was reading the reviews and so many people said it's extremely expensive, and that portion sizes were small. But me and my wife bit the bullet, decided we were going to do it after all. We went there, had the car parked by the valet for $17 for the day. We only had a slot of 1 hour and a half for our dinner, but we ended up being there for nearly 3 hours. Our waiter, "T", was absolutely phenomenal. He has Okinawan lineage. His father is in Osaka. We chatted about Japan each time he came by our table. It was our anniversary, and they treated us like royalty in here. The food was amazing. And the food was worth every dollar spent. Be sure to park on the road and walk down to there, or use their valet service.
I had a fantastic time at Nobu. It was my first time here and it was very memorable. Even waiting outside and finally being allowed to go inside was really cool lol (they had a really big door). The food was amazing and very fresh. You cant miss with the sushi. I also got some drinks for us. Their cocktails were nice and they have a Japanese beer called Hakone Kohaku that you cannot find anywhere else in the states. I believe its imported specifically for Nobu. Ive looked online and the only way to get some is to have it be shipped from Japan directly to your door step. It was an amazing beer and I look forward to coming back in the future!
Everything about Nobu LA is just perfect. Staff is amazing all around - servers are so attentive and wonderful, sushi chefs are fun and have a great time throughout your meal. We ate and drank so much I don't know if I can remember it all but here are the highlights - Espresso Martini - best I've ever had Lychee Martini - slightly sweet, tart, and so good Nobu house tequila - we tried both available, a "clear" and a "dark". Both are rich, smooth, and potent Nobu house sake - some of the best in town Now for the sushi and food! Wagyu skewers - absolutely outstanding, melt in your mouth delishousness Wagyu Shabu Shabu - I haven't enjoyed shabu until now Toro nigiri - insane Salmon nigiri - so buttery Yellowtail nigiri - firm, light, delicious Yellowtail Jalapeno - that sauce and jalapeno kick are amazing Toro caviar - simply WOW Caviar taco - incredible scallion tuna cut roll - delectable salmon cut roll - sublime lamb chops - wonderful crab taco - amazing salmon avocado hand roll - one of the best tuna hand roll - simply the best Black sesame cream puff - who does it like this?? Nobody!! Chef Nobu san - THANK YOU
Highlights: - Wagyu beef tacos: amazing soft texture, big beefy flavours, a fantastic bite of food - White truffle steak: Cooked beautifully with the fried flowered onion on top, a perfect pairing Good: - Miso black cod: very flaky, beautiful to eat. It’s just not something special anymore, many restaurants are now serving this dish to the same or similar quality. Would be great to see some innovation here. - I enjoyed the fried chilli’s, nice appetisers, good hint of spice paired with the sweetness of the sauce. Overall: Good environment, good food, great service. Overall I just feel Nobu is lacking that ‘oomph’ that makes it stand out. The white truffle steak is holding its ground, for the moment. Still, a good place to take friends or a date.
It was my first time here and the vibe was great! The restaurant was quite busy, so I definitely recommend booking in advance. The food was absolutely delicious — seriously mouthwatering! But the prices are on the higher side, so be prepared for that. Highly Recommended Dishes: • Yellowtail Jalapeño (must-try!) • Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna • Bluefin Toro Sashimi • Lobster Tempura Truffle Amazu – the portion is huge! The dishes came out one by one, and the wait between each course was a bit too long. But overall, the staff were super friendly and provided great service.
Decent food. Spicy tuna and ribeye was great. Decent atmosphere with curtains and candles doing the heavy lifting. Bussers and expos were amazing and friendly. Server must've been coked up -Tried hitting on my girlfriend while I was in the bathroom, otherwise he never checked on us. Then he accused us of lying about not getting an appetizer. Go to nobu malibu if you want your money's worth. Or Yamashiro for insanely superior ambience and service.
Went to Nobu expecting delicate, melt-in-your-mouth fish. Got fish so fishy it could’ve told me its life story. I swear it winked at me. Sent it back before it swam off my plate. At least the miso soup didn’t try to make eye contact. For the money they charged they need to get it together
Food was what I expected. Nothing mindblowing. Service could be a lot better. The server was friendly but not very attentive. Very busy for the price I'm paying. We had to pay for the birthday Dessert that they said they will provide for free. Spent about $400usd for not the best experience. The yellowtail tuna was nice, the caviar was good. The black miso cod was nice. The lobster was not worth it, over cooked. The waygu tacos was over cooked. I will not be back again, Nobu used to be better, they need to go back to the drawing board and get their menu in order. The fame definitely brought down their standards
This place should be stripped of the name Nobu. I have dined in every Nobu all over the world and this is by far the worst place I have ever been to. I bet your corner sushi spot that’s known for its California rolls has better service than this place. And less cocky waiters too. Don’t get fooled by the good reviews of a tourist that couldn’t make it out to Malibu and a flaunt “Nobu “ there is a bunch of amazing sushi spots in LA That have better food, but when you’re going to Nobu You’re paying for an experience as well , which this place does not deliver at all. Also rude Valet parking.
