Everything was perfect. Just a few kilometers from the Oropa Sanctuary, perfect for those seeking a more intimate and family-friendly atmosphere than the facilities within the sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and generous, including local cheese in my case. I especially appreciate the kindness of the two sisters who own it, who truly make you feel at home. A welcome from days gone by that's rare nowadays. I also recommend the restaurant, which is also owned and located next to the rooms.

Wonderful two night stay here. Gorgeous rooms and truly wonderful service the whole time with the team going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and welcome. Delicious breakfast well worth the price and in a beautiful and scenic outer suburb area of Biella with a 20 minute bus into the centre stopping 10 metres outside the door. Bravo!

Location: Once inside, you're enveloped in a magical, one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Staff: The two owners of this business are very kind and make you feel at home. The cuisine is something you must try, featuring typical local products revisited with their great Mantuan culinary talent. I recommend this place to all individuals and families who are lucky enough, like me, or have the opportunity to stop by and try this experience. Fair prices for the quality of the products. It's best to book so you don't miss out on the delectable treats that come out of the kitchen, with very tasty products for the most refined palates. And don't think you'll still be hungry once you leave the table, that would be a lie. The experience is there, and it shows. The owners, with their customer service, the way they treat their customers, and what they believe in, deserve a job. Recommended, and worth returning to ;-)

I had the opportunity to have lunch at "una Franca" and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is warm and original, and the food is truly excellent. The staff's courtesy is truly exquisite. I recommend it and hope to return.

We only went for lunch, so I don't know what the rooms are like, but for lunch or dinner, it's wonderful. I recommend everyone go with a very empty stomach and a very hungry stomach, because the quantity of dishes and the deliciousness will fill you up. The two sisters who run it are very kind and talented, and they will make you feel wonderful.

Infinite kindness with a super welcome that was immediately appreciated. The restaurant is open especially in the evening and welcomed us warmly even though the two of us were alone for lunch. The person who runs and serves it (the cook's sister) was sublime in her role. We ate a trio of various appetizers (cold cuts, pumpkin, eggplant, etc. etc.), then a first course of agnolotti with butter and sage for me, and a second course of meat and mushrooms for my partner (which he really enjoyed). The location is very rich in everything and more, even if it is a bit over the top, but I loved it very much. I appreciated everything and thank you for the infinite kindness, friendliness, and very welcome welcome.

You enter a fairytale, it feels like you're at Grandma Duck's house when she prepares delicacies for Ciccio. The beauty of this restaurant for me is the surprise factor: you don't know what you're eating until you see it. The menu is secret but delicious. The dishes are a little too flavorful if I really have to find a flaw. The ingredients are excellent quality and the portions are generous. A pleasant surprise that deserves a second try next time.
