Pizza usually good only if you get a personal pan. But there hours are all messed up. It says 10 online and on the front door but the employees will not unlock the door or even take a phone order until 11:30

Pizza looked like everything had been pushed or slid to one side of the pizza. Was not good at all. And I usually love Pizza Hut!!!

Well my medium pizza is doughy, I got broken apple pies that seem to be old, bread sticks that are burnt, and my "cheesy pasta" is not in fact cheesy! The only thing done right was a personal pan pizza! What a waste of time, money, and gas. Where is the management at this Pizza Hut? Definitely not watching the food being prepared and sent out. Never serve food you wouldn't eat or give your family! Now I have to cook dinner and that was not the plan for me tonight. In the photos that IS NOT cheese on my fingers... it is undercooked dough!

Guy making pizza must be new or needs additional training. I even took a pizza back they still couldnt make it right. Waist of my money. Maybe it's because I complained they made it the exact same way as the first ones ? Horrible service ... better off getting a hot and ready and little Caesars. You lift the pepperoni all you see is cheese and dough.

Nasty pizza . Pizza was flat and limp cheese was burnt . Looks like the dough didn't rise. I love Pizza Hut ....but I'll never buy another pizza at this location. Stay away .Very little toppings on pizza.

I don’t make reviews often. But this thing is barely cooked. Will not be going to Pizza Hut again. I mean it is Pizza Hut lmao… not sure what I was expecting. But I could go to the pilot (gas station) and get better quality pizza for less

Was yelled at by the store manager who said he convinced the RGM to ban me threw the food at me through the drive thru window and he slammed the window as hard as he could. The issue I am having is that the food wasn't even for me I was ordering food for someone else.

I wanted to place an order, but they said “we don’t have any cooks.” Yet they weren’t closed???

I waited an hour for an expensive and very bad pizza.

I'm given someone else's order and when I try to call, a call center answers. They're no help. I drive up and others have been waiting hours for theirs. People in back are scrambling saying they can't handle this. How about you don't take on more work than you can handle?

I just ordered a pizza asked the guy if it was gonna be through door dash and he says, oh no.It's not because i've had a bad experience in the past with that.And I just get a text message from door dash, I never order pizza from pizza Hut again. Liar.

Horrible customer service. After being told 25 minutes, our pizzas were delivered an hour and half later. I overlooked that figuring it got busy. However, one of the pizzas was made wrong; this after correcting and confirming the order taker on the phone. I called to see if they could send another one or be compensated somehow. I heard the manager ask if she repeated the order and the cashier said yes, but failed to explain that it was wrong (and came the way she originally repeated to me which I corrected). I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to get on the phone telling her to tell me to come in tomorrow. I'm traveling across country so this is not feasible. I asked to speak to someone else there, and again the manager told her to tell me that she was the cashier right now so no. I asked for the district manager's number and was told she didn't have that. I made a complaint on the corporate site. We'll set how that goes. The pizza that was right was actually pretty good tasting but I would not go back. Customer service is everything to me.

They were all cussing, and being dismissive of all of us that walked in besides one man who had a large order.
