So I went in to get my coffee this morning, well first I drove through but I backed out because there was something really wrong in the Drive-Thru today. The store was busy so as I walked in I saw a table of Starbucks employees I found out they were managers now this store was busy and all the managers were sitting at the table talking. Instead of helping their team get it together they were sitting there talking! Now no meeting is more important than making the store move smoothly am I right!

This is obviously a busy location. They need more help to keep up. 20 minutes is too long for a mobile order and the drive thru traffic was well out in to the side street. I order the same drink every stop (several times a week). My coffee lacked any flavor of caramel and since it’s a caramel macchiato, that matters. Bummer stop. No interaction with staff at all.

Two Baristas, working very hard to manage the drive thru, front counter, and mobile orders. I fault management, for not hiring enough people to work this busy location, I won't be stopping here again. Lost Thirty minutes drive time on my trip, because these two workers were just overwhelmed. My hot coffee was received cold, but I couldn 't wait around I had to leave. Suggestion would be to call out names on the order when placing on the counter.

15+ minutes for two danishes! Two. Not a 12-drink mobile order. Not a catering tray. Just two pastries. For a store right off the interstate in the middle of nowhere, I didn’t realize we were stopping for a fine-dining experience. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I waited 24 minutes for a simple coffee order. That’s unacceptable. The floors and the counter where I finally received my drink were sticky and dirty. This location seriously needs better management and higher standards.

Horrible all around! 2 simple iced Cafe Americano's with almond milk took 38 mins to make with 4 people working... And they served orders to several other people before even making our drinks even though they were in line after me and my fiance! The staff acted like they didn't care at all and even ignored us after looking directly at me while I was asking about status of our order.. Starbucks really should consider cleaning house at this location!

From someone that travels, the world for work and spends thousands of dollars a year at Starbucks all over the world. This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. The young ladies were trying, but the guy with the long Afro hair in a ponytail should not be in his apparent position. I placed a mobile order while more than 15 minutes away, arrived and was the only loan car in the entire drive-through with no one inside and was told to wait for five minutes before anyone even spoke with me and then another 10 or 15 minutes while they did whatever they did besides preparing my drinks. Save your money or go to seven brew down the street or somewhere that cares

There should be a disclaimer on this Starbucks as soon as you walk in to expect a wait of 20 to 30 minutes for three drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. I will certainly avoid this location.

I came here on my way to Dallas. I waited at the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time and received 2 wrong orders. So the line was long. I thought ok, I'll go inside. I ordered the drink I wanted. Again waited a ridiculous amount of time. As I watched the guy with the beautiful hair, working while the young ladies did nothing. I even saw the girl at the window that had gotten my order wrong. Sitting on the counter. So I decided. To ask for a refund. I was talking to the girl refunding me. She behaved as though. It wasn't a problem and she didn't care. I'll never go here again. 0/10 NEVER RECOMMEND

I only asked for Carmel drizzle on top but they wanna go and drench it down with a whole bucket full of Carmel and she didn’t tell me my total so I didn’t think and I paid for the extra Carmel on both drinks when I only said Carmel drizzle on TOP smh day ruined

Me and my wife went into this establishment earlier and there were a few people in front of us and 3 cars in drive thru. We placed our order and waited over 30 minutes for them to tell us that they are now out of the ingredients to make my wife's drink. In the 30 minute wait time I watched them make 4 drinks same as what my wife ordered and ship them out through drive thru, as well as other orders. I counted over a dozen cars going by the drive tru window before we were even notified. Even the lady next to us said why are they not making drinks for the lobby which by this time was completely full and standing room only. Worst starbucks I ever been too and I've been to some bad ones. Never enough help and they are very disorganized when it comes to fulfilling orders. I don't normally do reviews but this need to be acknowledged.

Drove to Big Spring Starbucks for a coffee and WiFi. After having difficulty connecting the strength was 1mb download and .79 upload. I researched before coming here what would be the best place to get internet and Starbucks were said to have 51 mb download- SO for the record- it doesn’t at this location. ALSO- the hot tea and Passion tea I had along with cheese and salami were all fine and good quality- ranking of one star is for WiFi. Its been a whileSince I visited this location and I’M HERE TO REPORT- same, horrible WiFi- go somewhere else.
