So first my husband and I sat in line for 45 minutes (which we understand the food is made to order) but our food sat in the kitchen window for over 10 minutes so our food was cold when it got to us. Second we ordered the mild wings, which were good but it tasted more like BBQ sauce than it did mild, didn't have any kick to it. Third the fries were under cooked. And fourth the funnel cake was over cooked. They are suppose to br soft, half of ours was crunchy. Overall the flavor of everything was pretty good but most likely won't go again.

The quality in how they cook the food has changed. Only leaving this review in hopes it inspires positive change. This used to be my go to spot. They have affordable pricing, family meals, staff is friendly and cool (especially if you go there a lot they remember you) but they have been serving HALF DONE FRIES all year and i hope they stop it in 2025. You can ask them to make sure your fries are cooked all the way then they will overcook them. Whoever they hired this year to cook fries has to go as they either make them to half done or burned and that’s not right. Imagine only half of your meal being good because they messed up your fries. Also there was a time when you can say “fried hard” for the wings and they will do it but now they will still try to serve it to you regular then you seem problematic when you ask for a remake when it could’ve been avoided. I didn’t mind the wait times because if you’re from the area you know but if I’m waiting let it be good and i also miss when they did call ins but fix the fries please.

They gave me COLE SLAW instead of Potato salad and 3 BABY pieces of fish for their “Whiting dinner” (I bit one of the pieces.)

Order taken at 3:50pm at drive thru. I sat in the drive thru at the window waiting for 3pieces of fish until 4:22pm I'm very upset. Then I get to my office with two half pieces of fish.

We called to place a pickup order. The lady who answered was very kind and took our order efficiently. Everything was ready when we got to the place, so we called inside so they could bring the order out to us per instructions from talking on the phone. We called 16 times. Every single time we were either hung up on or someone answered then put the phone down. We went inside to get the order and received the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. The lady at the counter had an attitude from the start of the interaction. After she was insanely rude to us we handed her the card and told her to just complete the transaction so we could leave. She took it but kept mouthing off. We told her we could do without the lip, and at that she literally threw our debit card at us and said to leave. Let me just say, we gladly left our entire $70 order and will never be back. Kings Wings used to be our favorite place, it's sad to see this happening to what was a great spot to eat.

Whoever cooked the pork chops took a whole tooth out of my mouth and they baked beans taste coke of cola in them okra had no seasoning I bit down on that porkchop and my tooth was out and the meat was still together like I didn’t leave a print on it my first and last time eating here

They had put rent this ranch garbage all over my wings even the lemon pepper ones. They poured ranch on what they call ranch taste like mayonnaise and pepper put together and dumped on my food. I was very unhappy about it. I wouldn’t eat their again if they paid me too I’m gonna call the Better Business Bureau and the health department.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. Do not waste your time or money. Took an hour to get my food and the boneless wings turned out to be soggy chicken nuggets. The sauces were terrible as well, too watery. Awful service; incredibly rude, thoughtless, lazy staff. Absolute disgrace of a restaurant. I’m never going back and will certainly be sure to share my experience whenever an opportunity presents itself.

Trash... I ordered a wing and philly combo on doordash. Wings had no flavor and over cooked.. The philly lacks meat and flavor, the fries was old.. I ordered right b4 closing maybe that's why they gave me garbage. I was passing through, but if Im ever back in town I would never try this place again..

This is the third time I’ve had a problem with my gizzards. Idk if they changed cooks or what but each time if they’re cooked right, they’re bland. If they’re seasoned then they’re so hard I can’t chew them. Now they don’t even bother draining the grease. It’s just as much grease in here as there is gizzards. I’m over it!!! Oh yes wings from now on, truly disappointed. This was one of my favorite chicken joints.

I ordered a 15 piece lemon pepper. They gave me a 13 piece plain. I went back to get the order corrected. The guy at the window went in the kitchen and poured lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken and gave it back to me. 😒😡😡😡💀💀💀needless to say I will never patronize this restaurant again. Not to mention the last time before today's incident there was hair in my order 🤢 I thought it was just a fluke but this last visit today sealed the deal for me. I'm taking my taste buds elsewhere
