Everything was good the food was good the service was good the atmosphere was good the only thing that sucks is that you can't use the app with your EBT card besides that KFC was bomb and we ate all of our leftovers bom bom bom

After a 12 hour shift and having to come home. Decided to drive by and get some food for my kids. The service was excellent, really polite and friendly. They help us out with a nice fresh badge of fries. It had been a long day and the staff made it happen and finished the night with a nice warm mealtime to enjoy with my family. It’s the small things that count but make a huge difference to people. Thank you to the 3 employees that made our day. Especially the one that took our order in the drive thru. God bless them and their families.

I was OTR and KFC Tuesday, and the special $10 in AZ doesn't apply in California. Paid much more for the chicken and 2 sides. (Mashed potatoes, macaroni). The food tasted the same, good Ole recipe 😋

I went to the drive thru and they made a big deal to come inside the store. Upon entering they made me reorder everything and then i paid with EBT, and they wanted me to have ID presenr as well. Then when the given the food its was shredded, overly cooked, deformed, thr biscuits were undercooked and soggy, and everything with food was horrible. Also i orderes 8 piece family meal and only got 6 pieces. I came back to get a full refund and the manager named Ruben said that only can give me partial. Upon arrival everyone was hiding and making themselves scarce. They did noy give me any refund and threaten on calling the police just to get me off their backs. The food thing is a huge concern adn food code violationbeyond belief. Plus showing a customer prejudice, stigma, discrimination, and refusal common curtesy i dont know if this poor behavior only this location or every KFC is the same. I was humiliated, ripped off, degraded, demoralized, and caused my trauma and mental health to be impacted negatively and profoundly. If this event does not get resolved to my favor i am going to sue. Nobody is suppose to be treated with such disrespect, hatred, and inhuman. I want those people fired, my funds refunded, compensated for that ordeal, and a huge apology. Im not the only one they have done that to. Just because i use EBT it doesnt mean im less than. Plus im a Nurse, Mental Health Advocate, and Part of NAMI. This violates my civil rights, my human rights, and my reputation. I want justice.

The worst experience of my life. Expect an inspection from the Health Department. I have never felt food poisoning this bad in my entire life. This is pure incompetence — how is it even possible to cook food this poorly? How are you still in business? DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE.

This chicken is colorless and not appetizing. No Mac n cheese because they ran out. It's disgusting and I don't recommend going here. This is not good service, let alone delicious food.

This location won't honor the Tuesday 8 piece special unless I purchase online. I'll just go to another KFC harbor they never have any issue.

Never come to this KFC you will run into Maria the shift lead who will blowoff your concerns with your food even if it’s clearly raw and then continue to put her hand in your face almost committing assault

They just decriminated my dad really badly for being disabled they got him very upset they made him get out of his car even tho he had told them he was disabled and hard for him to walk they told to come in to the store and pick up his order and when he went in they had canceled his order and told him they weren't going to give it to them. This people shouldn't be allowed to work in a fast paste fast food place if they can't help the people who come and eat!!!
