They have very authentic Colombian food and juices. The only time I have been disappointed is when they are out of my favorite juice.

I have been in this restaurant at least 3 times. Never disappointed. Today We had a very pleasant experience. As usual the restaurant is clean, organized with nice decor. The chicken with beans and salad is very tasty We tried their buñuelos and we loved them and finally their juices are also delicious. I want to highlight NATALIA’s service - she was very good. She is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable making our experience even better. Thank you guys your food and your service is good. Keep the good work 👍

First time trying this Colombian restaurant opened on May 2018. Is near Convention Center and Sahara. The place is spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious and don't need to wait so long as other places. We tried Bandeja Paisa ($16.55) and chicken special with a special price too ($4.95), mora juice with no sugar as I asked. I wanted Colombian coffee but I didn't see at the menu so I didn't ask it.

I come to vegas pretty often for work and many places here are very expensive and not even the best quality. HOWEVER, this spot is amazing, delicious and definitely affordable. My go to spot to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner daily. Ive come here 2-3 times daily when im in town for work. The Huevos Pericos for breakfast is only $3.95 and its definitely satisfying.

Our visit to Brasa Roja in Las Vegas was a delightful culinary adventure, even though it involved quite a journey. We traveled from the MGM Grand via the monorail and then took a long 20-minute walk, but the meal made it all worthwhile. We started with some empanadas, which were very good, though the ají lacked the expected kick. Next, we tried an arepa with cheese, which was a tasty and satisfying choice. For our main course, we ordered two bandejas paisas. While the meal itself was sufficient and flavorful, the plates were small in size compared to the generous portions. This lack of sufficient room on the plate made the presentation less inviting. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was positive. The flavors and quality of the food made it a worthwhile visit. Brasa Roja has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. In summary, although the plate size could be improved to better accommodate the portions and the ají spicier, Brasa Roja offers a satisfying meal that’s worth the trip. We would definitely go again when in Vegas.

Delicious Affordable (super low prices) I've learned to make a lot of Colombian food after having an au pair from there and making friends with several other Colombians over the past few years The ingredients they use cost so much, they have authentic drinks too I've been here every trip to Vegas since my first time here and I'll return every trip Barely managed a picture of the chicharones

This place is always so yummy! It is a go-to spot for my family and I every time we visit Vegas. Fresh food, great portions, and a welcoming environment. Plus they have live music sometimes!! We usually order different dishes and then share everything

I thought I had already done a review about this place, but I guess not. At any rate, the 5 stars are worth it here. Every time I eat here the food and service are great. Even the specials which are like $6 for chicken or beef, rice, beans and a little salad are great and cheap. I usually get the passion fruit drink either made with water or milk and those are good too. The place looks like it should be a bar with a dance floor at night... and speaking of night, the area isn't the best so don't go walking from the strip or anything like that and I probably wouldn't suggest you linger around in your car too much at night.

Food taste was magical, I really enjoyed my food, all you see on the picture I ate it by myself in 1 visit to the store, the churrasco meat was well cooked and magnifícale taste, the empanada was very tasty also and I really enjoy the natural home made chorizo they have, is not your typical chorizo you buy on the store, this is the first time in my life I tried a natural chorizo. The juices were delicious, I really enjoy every single piece of food I got from here and I’ll be coming back on my next visit to Las Vegas. Thanks for the excellent customer service from the guy in that morning, I really appreciate!

Friendly staff Waiter did not speak English so my Spanish speaking friend did which helped. I wanted all Vegan with the exception of a little chicken which I brought back because it was charred too black . Never recd my side order of garlic. I asked multiple times if they could just simmer the meat in a little bit of water, but they just couldn’t get it and or the chef was not able to do that which would’ve been very simple. So when I got it back the second time it was brown rather than black. The waiter never did return to the table and when I asked if they had a military discount and handed on my VA card, I thought they understood but they do not have military discounts which usually all food places do. Experience would’ve been better if they could speak English like they did last time I did a review. The prices are very good. Food is ok but it’s far from being a gourmet restaurant which of course would make food cost go through the roof. The beans and rice are very tasty and the salad very simple. Enjoy. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thoroughly enjoyed the spices and new Columbia style foods. Service here was very good, warm sincere smiles and hard working ladies and sincere management creative business ideas forthcoming and current to succeed in this older but upcoming neighborhood. It's is nice having such a wide variety of cooking styles here at the Commercial Center here at the 953 E Sahara location. Thank you Brasa Roja for your hard work and dedication and thank you Ron Mc Menemy leasing agent for your hard working team..

This review is for the buñuelos (cheese fritter) and beef empanada. The buñuelos was tasty…crispy exterior and a light, slightly sweet and cheesy inside. I would go back for this only. The empanada was meh. Counter service was non-English and friendly.

Food was ok. It lacked flavor. From everything we ordered the churrasco and empanadas were good. I didn't like that they did not serve aji with the food you had to pay extra. We got one small container of aji for 3 empanadas. The service was ok also. We had to get up from the table to ask for items.

I love food here, but service very very very slow, it will feels like you forever waiting your food, and we came in the middle of days with only few table around. I couldn’t understand why it’s took them so long with food…..

Food is ok, not flavor at all, not the best... service is bad, the food wasn't on time, people started eating and others have to wait 15 min later, the waitress forget our appetizers twice, no napkins, no water... first and last time here...

They gave me a tiny piece of stake, and there was a very long hair in the good. Very disappointed and will never go here again. Just about $20 for the plate and this is what they give me LOL go somewhere else with your money!

I waited for 15 min with no body attending us, waitress wete ignoring us the whole time, they attended other tables that arrived after us. Horrible experience. Nos ignoraron las mesetas todo el tiempo si no eres de las Vegas no pierdas tu tiempo visitation este restaurante. IF YOU ARE NOT FROM VEGAS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

WAY too expensive for this one plate: $24 + tax and 20% tip = $32+; their homepage online prices are outdated and inaccurate once your arrive in person; a one-inch, black, HUMAN hair was on our tortilla (SEE photo); their sliced avocado was DISGUSTINGLY old and UNACCEPTABLE (SEE photo); they only gave a single, 4-inch slice of chicharron (SEE photos); the tortilla was not fully cooked, was pasty, and had no flavor or salt to it; the fried-platino was too soft and had no crisp on the edges of it; and, the presentation of the food was non-existent (SEE photo). Long story short, we wont be returning, and you shouldn’t bother coming here either…as they half-ass their product and appear to take no pride in their product. On the bright side of things: the steak; sausage; and chicharron were all flavorful and delicious — and the beans and salsa were good too.

We had an awful experience at this restaurant. The food was so bad we couldn’t even eat it. When we mentioned it to the waitress, her only response was, “It depends who is cooking, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad.” Seriously? That’s unacceptable. A restaurant should have consistent quality, and it’s shocking that even the staff admit the food might be bad depending on the day. We left hungry and very disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back

This was our first time here, and unfortunately, it will be our last. From the moment we walked in, the service was disorganized and inattentive. We weren’t sure if we should wait to be seated or just grab a table, and it took a while before anyone even acknowledged us. Once seated, our server took our order but never came back to check on us—not once. I had to get up and go to the counter just to ask for things, including the check. Someone else eventually came by to clear our table, and when I asked about the check and whether we paid at the table or counter, I was told either was fine. We left our card at the table, but after waiting too long with no one returning, we ended up walking it up ourselves. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered an arepa with cheese and it was dry, bland, and had the texture of a pancake. Definitely not what I was expecting. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place.
