A pochi metri da Piazza Maggiore questo ristorante a tre piani gode di un' ottima vista sulla citta' grazie alle ampie vetrate l' ambiente risulta informale e accogliente (quando era un negozio passo' di qui' anche Tazio Nuvolari) cibo di qualita' menu' tipico bolognese ottime le paste fatte in casa e i sughi fantastica anche la cotoletta alla bolognese servizio veloce e tipicamente emiliano ovvero personale molto simpatico che ti fa' sentire come a casa prezzi giusti vista la posizione.
In pieno centro a Bologna, all'interno di quello che era un negozio storico, Adesso Pasta accoglie i clienti su tre piani e con un menù soprattutto di paste ma non solo. Rapido il servizio. Ottima, secondo me, la soluzione di diversificare le porzioni di pasta (small sui 100 grammi, medium sui 200 grammi e large sui 300 grammi) e quindi i costi. La porzione di pasta più economica è una small di penne all'olio e Parmigiano Reggiano, 7.50 euro. Se si considera che il coperto costa 1.50 euro e che l'acqua è gratis, una persona può mangiare tranquillamente e bene, con una bella veduta sullo spazio esterno, con 9 euro. Per tre persone, per un tagliere misto con gnocchi fritti, un piatto small di spaghetti ai pomodorini freschi e basilico, due piatti di tagliatelle al ragù, uno small e uno medium, mezzo litro di vino della casa e due caffè, abbiamo speso 68.50 euro. Da consigliare, sono stati soldi ben spesi.
Locale arredato in stile moderno, molto carino, accogliente e silenzioso. I tavoli sono piccoli e presenti anche all'esterno. Le cameriere sono gentili e attente. Abbiamo preso 3 tagliatelle al ragù small, erano molto saporite. Consigliato.

Ho preso il classico ragù alla bolognese e non mi posso lamentare! Location molto centrale e servizio eccellente. Il costo è contenuto, considerando la centralità del locale! Forse un po' "turistico", ma se sei in centro, va più che bene! Lo consiglio.
In centro a Bologna buona varietà di pasta con tortellini eccellenti. Prezzi allineati a quelli che si trovano in centro. Cameriera gentile. Una buona soluzione per una cena o un pranzo veloce.personale molto gentile e simpatico come il proprietario da ritornarci sicuramente.
Un’esperienza davvero eccellente da Adesso Pasta! Piatti autentici, sapori genuini e qualità altissima, proprio come nella tradizione bolognese più vera. La lasagna era semplicemente perfetta — ricca, gustosa e servita con grande cura. Complimenti sinceri al titolare Francesco Mafaro, un grande professionista e ristoratore che sa accogliere i clienti con passione e attenzione ai dettagli. Siamo venuti a Bologna per una mini vacanza di un giorno, abbiamo visto questo ristorante molto particolare con questa entrata sul verde e subito il menù scritto sulla vetrina ci ha ingolosito. Io ho mangiato 1 piatto piccolo di Lasagna e 1 piccolo di tagliatelle. La mia ragazza Vegana ha preso la pasta alla norma senza formaggio e una pinsa al pomodoro. Uno dei ragù più buoni mai mangiati in vita mia. Era uno dei miei sogni assaggiare il ragù proprio qui a Bologna e devo dire che non ha deluso le mie aspettative. Lasagne buonissime con la pasta verde (credo agli spinaci), tagliatelle una prelibatezza e anche il tiramisù fatto a modo, con tanto caffè. Belle le scelte anche per la gente che non mangia carne e derivati animali. Se venite a Bologna e cercate qualche posto in cui pranzare, ve lo stra-consiglio! Perfetto!!!
Ho sentito la pasta alla carbonara era buona poi si sa è pesante però è così..i prezzi sono in linea con gli altri ristoranti magari un qualcosa in più perché sei vicino al centro storico (anche se io non condivido Questa idea)
Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso girando per il centro di Bologna..senza prenotazione e in orario di punta ma ci hanno trovato comunque posto. Il locale è specializzato sui primi ma hanno anche altro. Abbiamo preso dei tortelli ricotta e spinaci buonissimi sia la pasta che il ripoeno, una cotoletta alla milanese e delle patate al forno stratosferiche. Servizio velocissimo...le cameriere molto carine e gentili e anche il proprietario. Accettano animali. I servizi igienici belli e molto puliti.
Ristorante specializzato nei primi, soprattutto pasta bolognese, veramente ottima: tagliatelle con la giusta consistenza, ragù asciutto e non unto, e lasagna davvero gustosa. Ottima l'idea di proporre, per molti primi, le tre versioni small, medium e large, per dare la possibilità di scegliere la quantità desiderata evitando gli sprechi. Oltre alla saletta al piano terra, sono presenti tavoli anche al piano superiore. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo, e senza odori perché la cucina è al terzo piano. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Prezzi nella norma.
Il locale ha un'atmosfera rilassata, con buona musica e un servizio molto cordiale. Sono stato servito velocemente e con un sorriso, cosa sempre apprezzata. Il cibo era molto ben preparato; si vede che usano ingredienti di qualità e prestano attenzione ai dettagli. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi sono abbastanza ragionevoli. Ho trovato il posto perfetto per godersi un pasto tranquillo con un servizio eccellente. Senza dubbio, è un posto che consiglierei e in cui tornerei.
The lasagna was amazing. Nice selection of traditional bolognese dishes. Service was great too. There's outdoor seating but it wasnt open when we were there. Inside the vibe was not the best, but the food made up for it.
My waitress Sooty is very professional, kind and pleasant. I had a Semplice salad, it was great, and all the ingredients very fresh. And it was also a very big portion 😊 Then I had Tortellini ricotta and spinach, it was delicious. Even the bread was excellent, and also the coffee. The terrace is very cozy. And it's located just one square from the Piazza Maggiore. Excellent prices.
Wide choice of pasta and a few other bits. Good tagliatelle ragu - medium is big enough for a normal person. Excellent spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. The tagliatelle al ragu was rich and meaty. Lovely roast potatoes. Great Pistachio Ice cream. And the litre of beer was a steal at 12 euros.

Adesso Pasta Car Ristorante – What a hidden gem! Tucked away in a small alley, this place served the best Bolognese tagliatelle al ragù I’ve ever had. Authentic flavors, perfectly cooked pasta, and such a cozy, local feel. Truly a treasure worth discovering in Bologna!

This restaurant is great. The pasta tastes amazing. We had pasta with bolognese sauce and pasta with clams. On the pasta with clams they added fresh parsley. It was a quite big portion. The waitresses were nice and we did not wait long to get food. I am definitely coming here again.
Located right of the piazza maggiore, its incredibly convenient when looking for a bite to eat. It is true Italian cuisine. They offer a variety of pasta dishes that all my friends have enjoyed while enjoying our stay in Bologna for a few weeks. However their menu is not limited to pasta as I have enjoyed their salads too. I have come to eat here multiple times during my stay and would recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting the area. I have been particularly impressed with their menu as they have different size options for most of their dishes which makes the prices more reasonable depending on our appetite. My personal favorite dish is the tortellini ricotta e spinaci but their most popular enjoyed by many of my friends is tagliatelle al ragu. The tiramisu is amazing dessert option here :)
Bravissimi!!!! I'll give them 5 stars for many reasons: nice and professional staff, very tasty pasta and dishes, amazing dessert (i tried the chocolate thing) coffee was good. I like that they have 3 sizes for the pasta dishes. Side dishes: the buffala was big, fresh and super yummy! Amazing grilled vegetables, enough quantity. The place is very clean, three floors or so. very central in piazza Maggiore, nice view from upstairs. Bathroom was very clean. I forgot my belongings there, called them to keep it for me. i applaud them for all the hard work and very high service. Thank you....

Locale nel centro di Bologna. Il menu è abbastanza vario, anche se, come dice il nome stesso, il cavallo di battaglia è la pasta. Offre sia piatti tipici bolognesi, sia di altre città, come la carbonara. Ci sono anche diverse opzioni vegetariane e senza glutine, quindi è adatto proprio a tutti. Abbiamo provato diversi tipi di pasta e la qualità è medio-alta, nello specifico sono stati particolarmente apprezzati la gramigna con salsiccia e la pasta alla norma. Inoltre è possibile scegliere la dimensione del piatto, tra small, medium e large, il che è particolarmente gradito. Lo consigliamo per un pranzo/cena veloce a Bologna
Cercando un posto dove consumare un pasto a Bologna è facile imbattersi in una serie di tavoli nella piazza a fianco del palazzo comunale, in un posto non affollatissimo e con una bella vista, proprio sotto l'hotel Orologio. Alcuni tavoli fanno parte di questo locale ed è molto bello poter mangiare un piatto di pasta seduti lì. Carina la formula con cui si può scegliere la quantità (small, medium , large) moderando dunque il costo del conto e non sprecando. I piatti sono buoni ma senza eccellere, molto uso di panna da cucina, birre artigianali davvero care. Nel complesso però si sta bene. Ottima la possibilità di pagare in diversi modi elettronici.
Ho pranzato qui un sabato. Ambiente abbastanza spartano, così come il servizio (pure lentino). Il cibo invece è molto buono, affettati e formaggi compresi. La carbonara ha un gusto deciso anche se, purtroppo, il guanciale aveva un retrogusto di rancido. Nel complesso, per un pasto italiano, lo consiglio vivamente.
Secondo il mio parere “Adesso Pasta” è un mix di filosofie tra un rapido fast food e un ristorante tradizionale, sfornando degli ottimi piatti di pasta a prezzi accessibilissimi. I gusti sono intensi, si nota che la pasta è un prodotto della casa, non ho trovato nessuna pecca evidente. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
Adesso Pasta di Bologna è un’ottima scelta per chi vuole gustare piatti tipici della cucina bolognese. Io ho provato i gnocchi al gorgonzola, cremosi e saporiti, e le tagliatelle al ragù, davvero molto buone. Si sente la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione dei piatti. Un dettaglio divertente: per ogni piatto puoi scegliere tra tre porzioni – piccola, media e grande – a seconda della fame… o della voglia di esagerare! Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile: le ragazze del servizio ci hanno fatto accomodare al secondo piano, da dove si gode una bellissima vista su Piazza Maggiore, che ha reso il pranzo ancora più piacevole. Il locale è semplice e accogliente, senza fronzoli, ma con un servizio attento e professionale. Se siete a Bologna e volete assaporare pasta fresca fatta bene, con un servizio cortese e una vista suggestiva, Adesso Pasta di Bologna è sicuramente da provare

I'm not a native Italian, but when we visited Bologna, we knew we wanted to try the world-famous pasta ala Bolognese. So we chose Adesso Pasta Car Ristorante and I have to say that we were not particularly pleased... Not that the food wasn't good, but I expected more. To be honest, I make a better Bolognese sauce for my pasta at home... I don't really understand why there were peas in the sauce and also why we were served pasta not mixed with the sauce. Shouldn't they have the pasta rolled with the sauce to combine the flavors? As I write, I'm not Italian, but this version of my favorite dish was a slight disappointment. (small portion with one beer cost 22 euro)

Best way for me to describe this place is “mostly delicious efficiency”, as the food was mostly great and the service was attentive, but a little cold. Walked in, greeted by 4 people at once. 3 lined up and a guy behind the register. If the three were not performing at serving task, they stood in line waiting to move. Felt a bit weird and robotic to me for Italy. Food wise, the Caprese tomatoes were not ripe, so thumbs down to that. Pasta dishes we had were well prepared and tasted like they should.
We had lunch at the garden where is pretty close to piazza Magiore. Very tasty pastas, friendly and smiling service. Additional to different sorts of pastas, you’ve 3 options as small medium and big which is very helpful. You can check the next tables’ dishes as a reference :). Inside downstairs there’s an area for baby care which is very important for family with baby (and elevator for babycar). Prices are reasonable, vino casa is good, pastas are delicious.

Posto turistico, lontano da tipiche osterie bolognesi ma comunque buono e con una spesa nella norma. Il mio ragazzo è una grande forchetta e ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale perché incuriositi da porzioni large e extra large. Went there last week to grab a quick Aperol while visiting the city. Since we had no plans for dinner, we only ordered drinks. The attendant rudely asked, “So you’re not ordering food?” When we said no, she walked away sulking. Our drinks arrived shortly after, but she stopped another attendant from serving us and made a call to the reception. After about two minutes, she returned and told us we would have to pay a cover charge. We never said we wouldn’t pay it as we were already aware of the concept. Instead of sulking, making a scene, and delaying service when the drinks had already arrived, she could have politely informed us about the cover charge from the start. Quite disappointed.
This comment was deleted in response the owner because I checked the time exactly when we entered the restauran, which was 11:28. So, 2 minutes before they opened the kitchen. I think the waiters could have told us to wait 2 minutes or let us drink a coffee before we ate -- What a strange place! Compared to all the other cafés and restaurants nearby, this place was completely empty. We came yesterday at 11 am for a drink and some antipasti. The waiter asked us if we were there to eat. We told her that it was too early for lunch, but that we might stay for a drink and see how it went. However, we were then kicked out because, as they told us, 'it's a restaurant'.
