Ein wunderschönes Ambiente mit hervorragendem Essen. Die Preise sind für diese Ambiente angemessen. Wir hatten ein kleine Problem mit den Kinder-Essen welches die Chefin persönlich vollumfänglich und sehr freundlich gelöst hat, sowas erlebt man selten. Rundum können wir das Al Citta für Paare aber auch für Familien mit kulinarischem Anspruch nur empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen…

Had a delicious meal including spinach schlutzkrapfen followed by yogurt moose with gratinated berries. Service was impeccable.

Dîner délicieux et service impeccable ! Viande parfaitement cuite. Merci à Roberta qui nous a très bien conseillé notamment sur les vins.

Brasserie dell'omonimo hotel, condotta da un giovane chef. Location molto accogliente, ci sono anche dei tavoli fuori riscaldati. Ovviamente è una cucina di livello e vi consiglio di andare prima che arrivino dei riconoscimenti che possano far lievitare i prezzi. Abbiamo optato per il menu degustazione dello chef abbinato con dei vini scelti dal sommelier. Servizio impeccabile e qualità delle materie prime eccellenti che giustificano il prezzo. Si parte dalla zuppetta di castagne speck e cozze fresche, gnocchi di patate ripieni di ragù di cervo, filetto di cervo al tartufo e salsa al cognac, per finire una creme brulee allo zafferano. Bravi complimenti

Piatti ottimi e ricercati. Abbiamo fatto il menù di tre portate con abbinamento di due calici di vino e la scelta é stata perfetta. Assolutamente consigliato.

Unter neuer Führung seit heuer [2023]. Fantastisches Ambiente. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr erlesen. Unbedingt nachfragen! Mittagessen sehr lecker.

Sehr schönes Café, gut gelegen am Waltherplatz. Nettes Ambiente, schön eingerichtet und auch die Bedienungen sind alle sehr freundlich und lustig drauf. Hat einen vorzügliche Joghurt-Sahne Torte, der 1913-Toast ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Am allerleckersten war aber der Latte Macchiato, wahrscheinlich einer der besten in meinem Leben. Unbedingt besuchen!!

Sehr nette Ambiente im Freien. Essen übersichtlich aber sehr, sehr gut. Sehr guter Service. Preis/Leistung passt. Zu empfehlen.

Esperienza eccellente per un ambiente confortevole ed elegante, i camerieri, fiore all’occhiello, bravi, preparati e sempre pronti ad esaudire le richieste del cliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Dimenticavo, ho gustato un fantastico brunch !

Sono stata in questo ristorante e mi sono trovata molto bene. Il cibo era davvero buono e di ottima qualità. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre attento ai clienti. L’ambiente è accogliente e piacevole. Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei volentieri.

Cibo ottimo, ambiente confortevole ed elegante. Particolare plauso a Kevin, il sommelier, che riesce ad essere molto simpatico ed alla mano pur non mancando di competenza e professionalità. Ci ha consigliato degli ottimi vini. Dovessimo ripassare per Bolzano sicuramente verremmo qui a mangiare. Consigliato!

Pranzo di ferragosto. Pranzo delizioso, antipasto millefoglie di melanzane squisite, seguendo con polipo arrostito sul letto di patate e pomodorini ottimo, in abbinamento bianco Sauvignon. Bellissimo ambiente molto pulito, Servito da Roberta servizio impeccabile. Ci torno volentieri.

Ich war heute 2 mal dort; ein Mal nachmittags zum Kaffee und Kuchen und das zweite Mal zum Abendessen. Nachmittags direkt am Waltherplatz einen Kaffee genießen war schön. Dazu das ganze Personal, das für diesen Außenbereich zuständig ist, war sehr freundlich, nett, hat die ganze Zeit gelächelt und meinen beiden Hunden ständig Streichelneinheiten geschenkt. Abends im Restaurant war ich erstaunt, wie schön es drin ist. Dazu leckere Ravioli. Toll! Nur die Bedienung ist bisschen steif. Sie sollen von ihren Kollegen vom Cafébereich lernen, dass man auch nett lächeln darf.

I never expected this restaurant to be so good facing it's located directly at Waltherplatz. Our waiter was super friendly. We ate regional dishes made perfect. We are every year in Bolzano and will definitely come back. Thanks for this great evening. I really liked everythin about the restaurant!

Alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Ristorante all' interno dell' hotel Stadt( per essere piu' precisi ora e' un bistrot dove servono insieme ai tavoli del bar con vista sulla piazza principale ) menu' con poca scelta e proposte del luogo come i Canederli cibo discreto ma niente di spettacolare, la torta Sacher era parecchio secca ,servizio veloce e molto semplice mi aspettavo molto di piu' da un' albergo a 4 stelle.

Sinceramente: avevo prenotato con largo anticipo e per un'occasione importante. La location è molto bella, il cibo non è da meno e ci sta, che in pieno centro a Bolzano i prezzi siano più alti del normale... Ma abbiamo aspettato 30 min per la cena e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare per aver riscontro su dove fossero i piatti. Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il conto tanto gentile ma forse troppo stanco o distratto....

Very mediocre food. We had tasting menu and I have to say it was nothing special.

המסעדה מהווה חלק מהמלון, בבוקר מוגשת ארוחת הבוקר ובערב מי שהזמין חצי פנסיון או אורחים מן החוץ. המקום נקי מאוד ונעים מאד. האוכל מוגש בצורה אסטתית ומוקפדת אבל לצערנו בהבט הטעם הוא היה בסדר ולא יותר מזה. המנות קטנות מידי, מרק עם בצקיות היה בטעם של מים, הסלט כפי שמופיע בתמונה מאורגן יפה אבל בגודל מניטורי…מנת פילה הדג בתנור היתה עשויה באופן חלקי ועם מעין טעם מעושן לא מזמין במיוחד. השטרודל מוגש יפה אבל הבצק בתחתית היה לא אפוי. השרות היה איטי אבל נעים. אכלנו בבולצנו במספר מסעדות שונות וכאן הארוחה היתה הכי פחות טובה. חבל.

Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe. In Italien habe ich seit langem nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen. Ein schönes Restaurant und leider so schlechte Erfahrung. Sorry, nie wieder.

We would not return here because of the non-delicious food and the poor service. One dish was "ok", one was so bad neither of us could stand more than 1 bite, and third left a bad taste in our mouthes. They did not take the dish we did not eat off the bill. Not once did anyone ask how the meal was, get us more bread, or take any interest in us. Their menu is written as if it a higher end restaurant, but no aspect of our experience was high end, or even average. On the plus side, its a beautiful room. Although we had horrible and rude service from a woman with masculine styling, the other waiter that was working seemed to give very good service to his tables. Our splurge to have a nice dinner turned out to be the worst meal we have in Italy for a long time.

Kann nur für das Restaurant sprechen... Noch nie so schlecht italienisch gegessen... Mega enttäuscht... 😰 Und über den Service sprechen wir besser gar nicht....

Service spoiled the impression from good meal

Made a reservation a month ago + in advance for Christmas Day. Arrived and the menu for the fine dining restaurant was the cafe menu - pancakes, snacks, sandwiches - not the fine dining and tasting menus online. We tried to order pizzas after finding out there was little else available - for Christmas dinner! - and were told pizzas were not available. The food we got was terrible - worst we ever had in Italy in many years of traveling here. The wine glass I got was chipped all around the time and sliced my lip. Tables around us seemed equally disappointed.
