Ten minute wait to get to pick up window after paying with 2 cars ahead, ten more minutes at pick up window, asked for ketchup, figured wow they must be making everything fresh with it taking so long, live 2 minutes away. Get home and no ketchup included and the fries were cold limp, gross and cold. The big Mac was dark colored and was stale and hard and fell apart when I took one bite and spit it out. It was like they took dumped food out of the trash can and served it or found it sitting in some corner and still served it. I have swore off this McDonald's over and over hoping it will get better and it is the most horrible one in the nation, it is garbage and there is nothing good about this place. Don't waste your time or money.

The manager, April, was very sweet, and she was working her tail off, while her crew was busy playing. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and after almost 30 minutes, our food came out cold and they sat it down like we should be grateful. Never again. They only had 2 customers the whole time.

It was so backed up at the drive through. I went in to try to get it faster. The blonde lady that was helping us. Last night Monday, the 22nd of December. At 7 PM. Seem like she was on drugs. She forgot a lot of things in the bag. After it taken 25 minutes, then they didn't have 3 cookies. That I ordered 25 minutes ago. They forgot the fries. They didn't give me my drink. When my daughter received the food, she didn't eat, but one bite it was terrible. She said it tastes burnt. I said it don't look burnt. She said I'm not eating that after waiting. In 25 minutes. The lighting that was talking to us. I could not understand she was trying hard. She looked lost, she looked high bad management. I won't be back. No straws for the drinks

The staff are the worst. Like maybe one or two that speak english. They will repeat the wrong thing back multiple times until I just give up and leave. I tried to order grinch meal they are out not a big deal tried to order a sweet tea half cut they read off three different things I did not say. Also went inside to use bathroom it's always dirty the trash cans don't even have bags. And this one doesn't have a play area come in bonham... Do better lol

Just got food for dinner tonight and I have never had a worse experience with a restaurant. My boyfriend went in and got a grinch meal and got me chicken nuggets and fries. When he returned to the truck only my meal was in there. I then went in to go ask them for our other meal, thinking they were just busy and forgot it. When I asked about the other food I was immediately shut down and told that they put it in there. They wouldnt give me a refund or any of the food that we paid for claiming I took it out and came back. I told the employees they could go through my vehicle if they were that concerned about it but they wouldn’t. I ended up talking myself into getting a single big mac that was cold but I wanted my boyfriend to eat something tonight. Will never understand complete and utter disregard for someone telling the truth. 0/10 experience never going back.

If you go around 540 am traveling through get ready to be greeted by a rude woman working the drive thru and the only thing available to order are sausage biscuits and breakfast burritos. Everything we asked the woman her reply was very sarcastic. Don't open at 5 am if you aren't going to be prepared to serve customers! We apologize for stopping by and purchasing food through the McDonald's app and bothering you.

I ordered my food not knowing that it was going to take over 40min. I just gave up and left because the person arguing with the manager was waiting more that 40 min. The people next to me said they have been waiting for about 20 min. I just walked out because its not worth waiting that long for fast food! If you are looking to get food fast this is not the place.

I am legitimately impressed at how terrible this location has been since we moved here. They are incapable of getting your order correct. You are more likely to get what you want by ordering it wrong. Every time we've ordered anything from here they forget something or multiple things. Good luck at the drive thru, they only know how to handle 1 car at a time and if any more show up while they're waiting for their food, it's going to turn into an ordeal. If you get ice cream they let it melt in the sun while they fail to make the rest of your food correctly. I'm currently on minute 33 of sitting in the drive thru, and they decided to stay only taking orders from 1 lane while I sat there wondering why 6 cars that showed up after me got to go first. All i wanted was a kids meal for my daughter, and they're almost certainly going to get it wrong somehow. I genuinely wish whoever runs this place can turn things around, because there is nothing positive to say about this place.

My god this is the worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. Half of the time the people working the window and taking orders can't speak English, our orders are almost ALWAYS messed up, and so ungodly slow. Just watched our line move on only one side, 4 people ordered and went while the person waiting on our side waited for 20 minutes. My partner had to go inside to tell yall you're not doing your job. It's pathetic and I wish we had a GOOD McDonald's anywhere in this town.

This McDonalds was pretty dirty inside and the bathrooms were not much better. Behind the counter seemed like they were having fun with themselves and customers just have to wait till you get noticed from there having fun with each other. It certainly looked like there was no manager on duty.

I went to drive through. They have two lanes. The right lane was moving the left lane wasn't. I was there for ten minutes behind 1 car that was ordering at the speaker. When I finally reached to order it was extremely hard to hear, the person kept repeating my order wrong. I left and went elsewhere.

It seems every time I go to the McDonald’s in Bonham, they NEVER fill my fries. I politely asked the window people to make sure my fries were full and explained my past experienceS, only to pull fries out that are half full AGAIN. At this point , upsizing shouldn't even be an option if I’m getting the same , if not less than a medium fry when I ordered a Large. It’s ridiculous that this happens every single time. It’s not worth going to if I’m not getting my moneys worth. Very disappointing. Definitely not recommending this Bonham McDonald’s.

This has happened too many times to count!! But tonight was the worst! We drove up, only two other vehicles in line. Ordered our food and was told at the pay window, “sorry no receipt… ask them at the food window, they can give you one.” Strike 1 Then we pull up to food window, and we are told “sorry, we can’t give you a receipt our machines aren’t working “… and “can you please pull up and wait?” Strike 2 Then, we wait almost ten minutes (along with now, 5 other vehicles)… I have to go inside to see several bags in a row on the counter, food getting cold. I am ignored. I speak up, and ask if one of those bags is my food? The first girl responds “I dont know, it’s not my job!” The other woman steps up, says something in Spanish then reaches in the bag (NO gloves) and pulls out my sandwich, which starts to fall out! Her fingers are going into the sandwich!! She says what’s in the bag, and I said that’s mine. She starts to hand me the messed up bag… I said no way! She went to the back, and put the same sandwich in a new container and gave me the bag! (see photos). Ridiculous! … you can see her fingerprints on the food container! Strike 3! Couldn’t and would not eat it!

I went through the drive thru at McDonald’s in bonham tonight. I got home and my chicken is so dark. Along with my French fries. And taste just awful. Like they haven’t changed their grease in weeks. I took another bite of the chicken nuggets and got poked in my mouth by something that looks like a bone the roof of my mouth even started to bleed!! It was sharp. Can’t get on the phone with anyone up at the store. And my sister has the car now so I can’t go back up there. But I have pictures of it all. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTED
