Nice place, very friendly and welcoming staff. Upon arrival, they bring nachos with salsa to your table as an appetizer. I went to the restaurant for the all-you-can-eat chicken wings, and I had a great time. Both the wings and the tenders were good. As for the all-you-can-eat option, the first portion is generous, while the second portion and beyond are half the size of the first. A plus is that mayonnaise and ketchup are available at the table free of charge.

Gattico, October 17, 2023 A quick lunch at this franchise restaurant with modern and tasteful decor. It's a shame that the restaurant is located on a busy, noisy provincial road, which detracts from the restaurant's visibility, despite the numerous advertising billboards in the area. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The service was attentive and fast. The food was decent and plentiful. The only drawback was that one course, which we chose, was a little less appreciated than the others due to the meat's cooking. Otherwise, prices were in line with other similar restaurants in the area, and the acoustics were quite good, as the restaurant wasn't very busy at that time. Overall, a good rating.

I was there on a Sunday for the ribs special, despite the fact that they bring you a small portion as a first course and then start reducing the portions if you ask for more. They arrived in record time, not even a minute after I took the order, and they were reheated in the microwave, since the dish was hot and the ribs were probably lukewarm. The place was empty and there was no hot air, just COLD AIR, like any other Road House. Perhaps the only positive note was the service from the staff. Otherwise, everything else needs to be reviewed.

Nice and friendly waitress. There were four of us at the table, and all the dishes had a minimal amount of meat. My €15 burger was very thin, and the side fries were flavorless. We spent a total of €80, including €56 for the meat dishes and €24 (too much!) for two bottles of water, four coffees, and a cover charge. The bill was cumulative, but there was no itemization. Poor value for money.

Unfortunately, I can't review the food. After a long wait for a table in a NOT-full restaurant and many free tables, the time finally came to sit down. After 30 minutes, no one had yet come to ask us what we wanted to drink. We left.

For the price, the meat was truly awful. I wonder how they could charge 18 euros for six slices of inedible tagliata that tasted like stale meat. I returned it almost intact and pointed it out to the waitress, but she didn't even offer a solution. At least I took it home for the dog.

Sunday, 2:00 PM. There were five of us in the family, and we asked if we could have lunch, knowing they'd be closing in an hour. After mentioning that the place was practically empty and the few occupied tables were already eating, we were met with LAUGHING in the face by the wait staff. The manager was slightly more polite, at least making up the excuse that the kitchen was busy (the place was half empty, I repeat). We knew it was late, but laughing in our faces was incredibly rude.

After 50 minutes of waiting, with the restaurant half empty, a hamburger arrives at our table that looks like someone is sitting on it. The bun was clearly the one you find in supermarkets in bags of 4 and also badly cut. The filling was unwatchable. The ribs on the other hand were half burnt with a sweetish taste. Both fries were so salty they were inedible. With a small beer and a coke, I paid the modest €57. Never again.

The place is supposed to eat fast in the middle of road rest, but in reality we waited 55mins! and all people around us are complaining about suffering from hungry! This is no sense for a restaurant. Should relocated what you are, fast-food or? Besides, the ribs we ordered are full of bones, it should be 4 pieces but 2 are bones linked with a little piece(or better to say nothing) The beef is low quality, cooked not so well. Most importantly, it is totally looks different from the menu photo! Smaller size, disappeared potatoes, I could consider it a FRAUD Anyway coming out with angry and hungry was the worst eating experience I ever had. I think I will Never stop by roadhouse. Ciao
