Esperenzia molto positiva, proprietari e personale molto preparato, cordiale e simpatico. Ci torneremo sicuramente!! Grazie per tutto!!
The place is small, but well-decorated and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, even though I hadn't booked. The pizza is light and not too salty. Excellent value for money.
A historic restaurant in Borno. Traditional interior dining and a few tables outside. During our short stay, we dined outdoors three evenings. The owner and staff were friendly and efficient. The first evening I had a venison appetizer with a warm pie and foiade (a typical local pasta dish) for the first course. The second evening, I shared an appetizer between four: Eugenio's bicycle (four panzerotti filled with mozzarella and Zola cheese, topped with speck) and venison stew with polenta and porcini mushrooms. The last evening, pizza. Exactly how I like it: very thin, crispy, and well-filled. Good selection of wines. For beer, I recommend the 75ml Viola, served in an ice bucket. The quality of the ingredients combined with generous portions is noteworthy. Prices are reasonable for the location. Highly recommended.
Excellent service and food at a reasonable price, bellisimo.
Great food and atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
Excellent !!!
Very good restaurant. Great service and food.
The pizza was average, good, and the location was nice. Attentive service.
This small restaurant with about a dozen tables is located in the Camonica Valley, in Borno. The staff is helpful and courteous, making you feel immediately at ease. The menu offers a variety of choices, including many typical local dishes. I had braised beef with polenta and wild boar with porcini mushrooms and polenta. Both dishes were truly delicious, the meat incredibly tender and the polenta perfectly cooked. The porcini mushrooms were fresh and well-cooked. Everything is served on a large rectangular plate accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks. It leaves an explosion of typical mountain flavors in your mouth, making you shake your head in satisfaction. For dessert, a fig parfait, smoked on the spot, served with toffee cream. The dessert was also made to order, and from the first spoonful, you immediately realize you'll never want to see it end: delicate and balanced flavor, not too sweet. The restaurant is accessible to disabled guests and accepts credit card payments. A good point regarding the cleaning and sanitization of tables and chairs after each customer changeover, which is important to consider during the Covid period. If you want to eat well with the guarantee of fresh produce, I highly recommend it. For two, we spent €40.00, including a bottle of water for both of us. The portions were perfect, and I vouch for the digestibility of the food, obviously related to these dishes. 4 stars because, in my opinion, the restaurant has some under-exploited aesthetic potential. Compliments to the Chef!
I really liked the welcoming, simple, well-kept, and spotlessly clean family atmosphere. The girl at the tables was very kind, with a genuine, unpretentious kindness. The mixed fried fish was good and plentiful, and the focaccia was tasty. Service was fast and reasonably priced. I'll be back.
I lucked into a spot without a reservation; the place was packed, so I had to settle for an outdoor table. The pizza was excellent, thin with a crispy crust, very light, and really good. The tiramisu wasn't bad; perhaps there was too much coffee, but it was still good. The only problem of the evening was the very slow and poorly organized service, but it was crowded, so it was acceptable.
Good appetizers and first courses. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired: we had to ask for bread. For the salad, which was obviously served plain, we had to ask for oil, salt, and vinegar to be brought to the table. As soon as the appetizers were finished, the next courses arrived, with the appetizer plates still on the table. We had to make room for the waitress to put down the plates she was carrying. Too many inattentive people.
We had dinner on the evening of October 25, 2025, to celebrate a retirement. When we booked a table for 24 people at 7:00 PM, the owner didn't specify anything except that he wouldn't be able to accommodate us all at one table. Dinner proceeded smoothly until 9:00 PM, when the owner ordered us to leave because he had to seat other guests, even though some of us hadn't finished dinner yet. This was unacceptable treatment and a real blow to the birthday boy, who was not a stranger to the owner. If you don't specify that you'll have to change dinner shifts during the reservation process, you simply can't be kicked out in the middle of the evening, without warning, and with the bill having been left unchanged for the inconvenience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED due to a lack of seriousness, courtesy, and professionalism.
Nothing special, I remembered it being better, now it's a tad run-of-the-mill family restaurant. The atmosphere is noisy, with uncouth diners who show up for dinner as if they're going to cut hay or go to the gym. Decor is unknown. It's fine for those with no pretensions. The tartare is well-cut, but ruined by an excessive amount of mustard. Focusing on semi-refined dishes and leaving fins and bones in a char fillet drowned in sauce is certainly not the best. Overall, the food is rather tasteless. I would avoid it.
