Don't let the outside fool you! What looks like a local dive bar outside is a comfy, warm and inviting cafe inside with fun and colorful decor! Whatever you may be hungry for, they've got it on the menu! Hubby wanted breakfast and I wanted Mexican food so the cafe was perfect. The stars of the show were the crispy, buttery, tender hash browns and the carnitas in my taco! Finally, carnitas like I learned to make them in Mexico, tender little cubes of goodness with just enough crisp for a delightful texture! I'm guessing they were finished in milk like they're supposed to be! Our greeter and server was very welcoming and kind and perfectly attentive throughout our meal. There's not very many choices in Boron but as for us, we made the right choice!
The food is delicious. The coffee was amazing. There was a little wait for the food bit it was well worth the wait. The prices were cheap.. I would pay double for this food period. Great choice for the drive to vegas.
Kind of slow on service, but for Christmas Eve, it's great. Menu full of good priced food, almost all breakfast (waffles and crepes), burgers, and Mexican food. Huge portions. All made fresh to order.
Good food and absolutely excellent service! The waitress was very efficient and hard working! Definitely a great find! A big old dump truck to look at in the adjacent park as a bonus!
Great breakfast spot! On the road to Vegas after a bit of boon-docking in the RV…. Waitress was lovely. Food and coffee really good! We all had breakfast burritos and ate outside enjoying the morning sun. So nice.

I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! The atmosphere is really cute and cozy. Our waitress was really nice and helpful.
What they lack in vegetarian options they makeup for in their amazing customer service and quality. I've been here a few times and I do have to say that they make one of the most delicious burgers I've had from a diner in a long time! Their chili is delicious too!! I took it and topped my fries and made myself some amazing chili cheese fries!! I will say that I'm disappointed by their "Vegetarian" options. The vegetarian burrito is a bean and cheese burrito with rice and bell peppers. Their idea of a vegetarian omelette is the same thing! I think offering some mushroom and broccoli would be a great idea!! They also currently don't have a vegetarian burger option. As a chef myself I feel they could make a few little changes that would increase their overall revenue and food sales substantially! The customer service is great!! The ambience is good and from the looks, the restaurant itself is clean!

The decor and atmosphere are laid back and easy going. Great place to relax and enjoy your meal. Tonight I had a steak dinner. The steak was perfectly cooked, but a little tough. The salad, mashed potatoes, and corn were very good. The potatoes are real. All in all, a good place to eat. Food is pretty good. I do recommend this establishment.
When one goes to an American Cafe they know what to expect and when it comes to the classics they got that. But for me I enjoy the Mexican food, Cesar the owner knows how to make a mighty fine Chimichanga. After a days work or a long drive this kinda food is fairly priced and leaves one feeling full! The place is clean enough and I liked the decor felt like you were in a mining towns cafe if they had something like this back when the mules still were used to pull the boron.
Best place to eat in Boron (near the famous strip mine). I enjoyed my lunch and service was personable and delightful. Thanks Eileen! Recommended.
It’s definitely the stop if you’re passing through Boron. I had the cheeseburger combo with a shake and it was good. Price of food is good too. Service was great, really nice waitress.
Needed some fuel for the drive home from Vegas after the Raider Win! Service was fast and the prices were right. Nothing fancy but it was the perfect stop before the heart of our journey.

Boiled steak?!? Take out order for breakfast so I cannot speak to the service. Very thin slice of what looks to be beef. And it looks as if they parboiled then microwaved it. Took a chance and had a taste. Mistake. Very salty with the rest of the food bland. Toast was okay.
