The focaccia is divine. It was fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside with a gorgeous presentation; possibly the best we've ever tasted. The service was attentive and friendly without being disruptive. We were surprised and delighted with the seafood special and highly recommend the halibut. The flat iron steak and meatballs were fine, but nothing noteworthy or anything we'd order again. Their accompaniments- the pommes frites and tomato gravy - were both amazing, well balanced and hitting all the right flavor notes. Overall, one of our favorite dining experiences in Bend and we'll definitely be back to see what dishes match up in quality to the halibut and focaccia! I'm recovering from surgery - so no alcohol and both the Linda and Super Tuscan Sodas were fabulous treats!

Went here for dinner on a Saturday night for the first time. The staff was top notch, the food was insanely tasty & they paid attention to every detail. While it wasn’t cheap, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend & we will most certainly be back.

We visited BOSA with some friends during our stay in Bend. We made a reservation and I am glad we did because this place was packed on a Saturday night. Several of us shared some of the pastas and starts. The food was excellent. We loved every dish. The chicken was phenomenal. It was so moist and flavorful. We ordered several pastas, and I can't remember the names but they were all delicious. For dessert, I couldn't resist the Tiramisu which actually came in a cup, but was also delicious. We really had a nice meal and you could taste the quality in the food. Fun fact - we selected a wine from the Lombardi region of Italy in hopes that the Seahawks would win the "Lombardi" trophy this year and they did. Thanks for the good luck ;) My only little critique for the restaurant - I was sitting facing the windows, and I noticed that the location of the restaurant was situated on the corner that faced a gas station on every other corner. It's a bit of an eyesore for such a great place, and could easily be fixed with some semi-transparent window shades or curtains just to add to the ambiance. But other than that, it was great!

This is the cutest and most delicious date night spot in Bend! The atmosphere and style is so charming, the service is professional and friendly, and the drinks are great. And the food, oh my gosh. We started with the focaccia (it’s amazing!), then shared the cacio e pepe and the tagliatelle (both fantastic!), and finished with the chocolate mousse.

A friend and I tried BOSA for the first time, and so glad we did, it was exceptional in every way! We were seated on time for our reservation, our server Sophia, was delightful, well-versed in the menus, and very attentive. We tried the lavender-lemon-blueberry cocktail, which was delicious, despite my misgivings about the lavender. We started with the house-made focaccia, which was light and perfectly crispy on top, served with delicious salted parsley butter. For our entrees we shared the Cacio e Pepe, and a special pasta stuffed with egg, cheese, and served in a toasted corn broth. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the taste of both dishes was amazing. The Cacio had the perfect amount of pepper to impart a touch of heat and flavor, without being overwhelming. The stuffed pasta was light and flavorful . BOSA is my new favorite restaurant in Bend!

Truly a delight in Bend! Delicious food prepared with seasonal ingredients and great cocktails. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio with a group of six (no reservation, but they accommodated us on a Saturday). It’s definitely a “small plates/shareable” place, but what it lacks in volume more than makes up for in quality and flavor. Expect to spend a decent amount here if you want to walk away satiated. Highly recommend the focaccia, burrata, and pastas—the rigatoni hit the spot!

Amazing dining experience, the kind that leaves you with a smile the rest of the evening. We were visiting Bend with our adult children all who love food. We started with cocktails and they have a great list of options and a nicely curated wine list. The crab appetizer was expensive but so fresh and full of flavor, we would surely order again. Do. It miss the Tricolore Salad also spectacular. The spaghettini with local wild mushrooms was my favorite entree full of umami, texture and amazing flavors. All the pastas are homemade in house and delicious and you can’t go wrong. The 8oz steak with pomme frites was cooked perfectly and full of flavor as well. We finished with Tiramisu and Date Cake for dessert and while good was not up to par with the amazing dishes we for our meal.

A day later and I’m still thinking about the food. We did not have dinner reservations, but with a little wait we’re able to get a seat at the bar. We had a couple of non-alcoholic cocktails and the taste was good and the value was just okay. Still think over 8 for a drink without alcohol is too much. The food was amazing though. We had the calamari and snails to start. Calamari was amazing. Really good!!! Highly recommend. Snails were good too just a bit too much red sauce that hid the flavor. Also had the pork ribs, and flat iron steak. Pork ribs were out of this world. So well seasoned and cooked. It came with some broccolini that was undercooked but man was it good. Flat iron steak was ordered Medium for my husband, but came out Medium Rare, which is my preference so we didn’t say anything. The sauce on the side— crazy good. The truffle fries— wow! Worth it!! We also had a side of mushrooms which were good. For dessert we had the panna cotta dessert and I would also highly recommend this— just amazing! I found the host to be great, and the people delivering the food as well. The bar tenders were good. The whole placed seemed very well staffed and tho they genuinely liked each other. Having a well staffed front and back of house comes across! I hope the second time we go it’s just as good!!

We took family here for our first visit and I was so impressed with the food and the service!! I’m often disappointed in Bend, but BOSA knows what they are doing. The table timing, the crumb clearing, the way the servers properly drop food to the correct seats and with the correct arm. Every single employee acknowledged us, not just the host and server. It was a refreshing experience for this former server/bartender :) My only complaint is the patio. There is tons of traffic at that intersection and I watched several near misses (not BOSA’s fault). It was a bit over-stimulating so I wouldn’t reserve a table out there in the future. But it would not deter me from returning, in fact I can’t stop thinking about our meal and I think we will be back as soon as possible!! THANK YOU BOSA

The frenetic energy of the outside world, and indeed the memory of the effort it took to get here, simply dissolves. The owner or manager is amazing. Dark hair tall, she’s incredible. Loved sitting and watching the kitchen prepare the meals. I had meatballs and bread, both amazing. My friend had BIGOLI "CACIO E PEPE” and grilled calamari. The cocktails are the best we have ever had. “You’re My Joy Blue”, “Pimp Reserve” and “Ultra Violet Haze”, all very much recommend!!!! The young hostess could use a little refinement with her tone and approach with customers. As a person who was passing through on business hearing her interact with others on the phone and those who came in without reservation, I would never visit again or recommend to anyone else I know.

My wife made reservations for 5:15 for our 12 year anniversary we were promptly seated when we arrived. They had a little anniversary card on our table, which was a little small. our waitress was very nice. She informed us of all the specials which sounded good, but my wife decided on the pasta I decided on the flat iron steak. Our appetizer was meatballs and bread, which was very good. By the way best margarita ever tasted. I asked my wife how was her pasta? She said it was very good. My steak was cooked medium which was perfect. for dessert, we had the date cake with vanilla gelato excellent more than likely we will return for a second visit.

Great place for a special dinner. The higher price of the food is reflected in the helpful, knowledgeable waiters, excellent service, and quality of the food- which was all excellent. We got the snails, warm olives, and focaccia for appetizers, the pork confit, and a special duck ragu pasta. Everything from start to finish was amazing! Flavorful delicious fresh food. There wasn’t one thing we ordered and didn’t like. It was vegetarian friendly and the service was great. We got seated at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance even more.

This place was fantastic. My wife and I stopped in Bend for dinner for our 5th anniversary. BOSA was the perfect place to celebrate it. The staff were all friendly despite being very busy. Our server, Ziggy I believe he said, was very professional, chill, and very helpful on our first time and gave great recommendations. We had Calamari, it was delicious, top tier, but for the price I'd rather have gotten another pasta to try. That being said it is absolutely worth trying. The Tagliatelle and the Sausage alla Norcina were our main dishes, both were incredible but hands down the Sausage alla Norcina wins. For dessert we got the tiramisu and that was the best tiramisu I've ever had. They also gave us a card and a small chocolate mousse to try for our anniversary. Really wonderful establishment. Give them your business.

Absolutely delicious. We were able to grab a 5pm reservation on a Monday. Place was packed. Dave our server was fantastic. Great service. The gnocchi special was awesome and the rainbow trout was SO GOOD! We were so full we took the cookies to go but the gelato was a perfect way to end the meal. Great restaurant and so glad we got in! 5 STARS!

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. The food was amazing but my only complaint was about the corkage fee. Yes, $29 corkage is way above average , but they also limited to two bottles per reservation. I have never seen a restaurant do this and it's one of the reasons why I might go somewhere else when we have a larger party of 6 plus people. We are bringing our expensive wines, which we consider better than the list available, and they still limit us to two bottles. Again this is one person's opinion and please do not let it take away from this wonderful restaurant. I had a wonderful time.

adorable popular local favorite and for good reason! our waiter ziggy was friendly and kind and gave great recommendations for the menu including the grilled calamari! Ziggy warned us the meals were SHAREABLE SIZE and do not be fooled into thinking you know better, because ziggy was right we had so many left overs! however, my only critique would be a warning of how the food is on the saltier side due to the large granulated salt used in the meals. the caccio e pepe was delicious and the chicken was seasoned very well.

We decided to try this beautiful Italian place. Right away they're welcoming you, trying to see if they can have you as a walk-in, hint highly recommended to reserve a table (if you can). The options are wonderful for either light dinner or more the "heavier" dishes. We had some dietary restrictions, which the chef easily accommodated. The waitress was super knowledgeable and quick. The dishes came quickly and the drink was delicious and refreshing. I think you should be clear as to which dishes you want to come first and when you would like the rest, since the first and main came almost at the same time. Overall - wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, accommodate dietary supplements for Gluten-free and Dairy-free eaters. We will come-in again for sure.
