Delicious! I was not expecting this level of deliciousness when one of our friends recommended PF Chang's. Also they were very smart to bring us the dishes in a way that we could share. Also very generous portions. And excellent customer service.

A classic Chinese themed restaurant and menu. A staple for those that are looking for gluten-free options. Fresh menu that still contains the classics. Just off of Boston Common, nice to stop by after a stroll or take a stroll after you eat.

PF Chang is an asian cuisine legacy! However, The staff was not very friendly. My server was not willing to do good at his job. But, the food was flavorful and quantity was appropriate. I loved everything we ordered. Crab Wontons had crabs as expected from an elite restaurant. Food was light and delicious. Tons of To-go was made. Restaurant ambiance was Asian and gold made it look luxurious. Wait time was short. Go for it, it’s a great asian dinner.

HOLY moley! Forget the stuff in your freezer, this is definitely the real deal! Let me start by saying, while it may give the impression, by no means would I consider this upscale Asian dining. A beautifully contemporary styled storefront welcomes you into a warmer dim-lit dining atmosphere, perfect for dates. The food is more than reasonable with plenty of offerings to cater to any craving. A step above what you would get from a Panda Express type - but again, not the most upscale - coming in at a modest medium. The service was adequate, providing an overall excellent experience. Was looking for a late night dinner in the city and this just hit the spot. Would come back again and again!

The decor is so beautiful! All the food we ordered was amazing except the tempura calamari which used too much batter. The prices were fair considering the location. Looking forward to coming back. My kids approved the lo mein and chocolate souffle!

One of my favourite chains. Had my usual orange chicken but it appears the recipe has changed and it's more chilli than orange now. Still an enjoyable meal.

Tried the honey shrimp, dynamite shrimp, and firecracker shrimp at P.F. Chang’s and was really impressed. Each dish had its own distinct flavour the honey shrimp was perfectly sweet and crispy, the dynamite shrimp had that nice kick without being overwhelming, and the firecracker shrimp was bold and flavorful. Portions were generous too, so it felt like good value. A tasty, satisfying meal all around.

Cole was an amazing server who was attentive and helpful with recommendations. The food was good and the atmosphere was mellow. Definitely will be going back. Thank you Cole!

I had a very good dinner at PF Changs near Boston Common on Sunday. I enjoyed the Wonton Soup , Chicken with Broccoli and warm butter cake very much. The service was also excellent.

I ordered spicy chicken and I have to say that was THE BEST CHICKEN I'VE EVER TRIED!!! SO DELICIOOOUUUS, oh my god! And my friend ordered sesame chicken, it was soooo delicious too! You must visit this place!

Great service and absolutely delicious food! The house-made ginger beer was absolutely divine and I would go back just for more of it! The dynamite shrimp was crispy and had just the right amount of spice. The beef lo mein was hearty and rich. The fire and ice was a nice dessert, though the burning bourbon was a bit over-hyped. Overall, will definitely return next time I'm in town!

I came here for a quick lunch as I went to see a performance at the Boshe-Wang theater. The hot and sour soup, tangy orange chicken , brown rice were excellent. All for $21. Come here for fantastic service and food!

I had heard about this place a lot and opted for a dinner meal along with a reservation. There were a few empty tables on a weekend at dinner time though. The drinks were great, they have varieties to choose from. The food was heavenly with boosting flavours and right amount of spice in everything. We got the orange chicken, brussels sprouts, dynamite shrimp (must-have) and topped it off with the 6-layered chocolate cake (the right dish to finish your dinner with), just a caution that all their desserts are family style which means they are huge but they are the yummiest. We expect to definitely revisit the place and try out their other dishes too!

After walking almost 10 miles around Boston, my man and I decided to make reservations at PF Chang's. First of all, reservations were not needed at the end because it wasn't packed on a Sunday night. However, walking into the restaurant definitely caught my attention. There's a good vibe from the atmosphere and a great smell from the food.! We were starving, so we ordered a good amount of food as you can see from the photos. We were not disappointed with any of the food we ordered, everything was delicious 🤤I would recommend visiting this restaurant, you will hopefully love it as much as we did! We ate here back in September of 2022, and still to this day we express our love for the food! Appetizers: Dynamite shrimp & Hand-folded crab wontons Main: Shrimp tempura roll & Crispy honey Dessert: Chang's Apple Crunch

Great service at this location and a great location downtown! Was lovely stopping in for a meal with friends and the staff was very helpful seating our larger group. Our servers Abby & Gabi were excellent and gave us great food recommendations!

I live eight hours away, and I come here multiple times a year, and my first stop is PF Changs! The food, cleanliness, service, and overall experience here is phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you anywhere near by or are willing to drive!

Love PF Chang’s! The hostess was very welcoming and our server Cole was great! He even hustled down the block to chase after us after we left our card behind. Thanks for a great meal and service!

I have to say, this place is Amazing. My Co-worker from the W Hotel (Miguel) and myself loved this place. We would go there on our dinner breaks because of the atmosphere and the food. I'm writing this review because of a special person Miguel loved. I believe her name was Mia. She served Miguel the best egg rolls ever. I had the orange chicken. I'm allergic to egg rolls but the food was outstanding. Miguel loved his egg rolls. We support this buisness at the W hotel and would love to coordinate catering for one of our upcoming events. Much love ❤️

Walked in and it was just a nice american chinese restaurant right. Nothing too cool... or so I thought. That was until the ABSOLUTE GOAT of a waiter Cole came up to us and started talking. This guy was an actual charm 10/10 dude honest to goodness. Loved that guy. Food was pretty good too I guess.

Cole was fantastic! Excellent service, super kind and well mannered, kept checking on us… overall truly A+!! We came here the other night, but Cole made today’s experience exceptional!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 On a totally unrelated note: your restroom needs proper cleaning and upkeep!

First time to PF Changs, I enjoyed it more than I anticipated for a chain restaurant. The food and old fashions were delicious. Customer service was horrible. You could tell the staff was over whelmed, it was around 3pm so it wasn’t a “peak time”. We received our drinks and food with no water, after specifically asking for water when she first took our drink orders. It took a while for her to return so we could even get water. The manager came to drop off our second order of dumplings and she was way more pleasant. Over all, I would return but if the customer service was better it would have been way more enjoyable.

Great location but lacks authenticity. I have tasted much more passion. The menu is small but what they do have tastes great...Good sauces and decent food. You will find something you like...The service and atmosphere was way better than most establishment food..That they did have over mom an pop places..So Bravo I would recommend for the total experience but be mindful narrow menu..Love the lettuce wraps and beef broccoli dish..Solid taste factor on those two..

Walked in without a booking for a late lunch. No problem being seated and we soon had a drink in hand. Service was prompt and efficient and we enjoyed a delicious 2-course meal (no room for dessert). Would definitely recommend 😋

We came for lunch and I must say their lunch deals are pretty good . We ordered the Dragon Eye tea which was delicious. The Chang’s Chicken lunch set and the firecracker shrimps lunch set was delicious with generous servings of the shrimps . Spicy 🌶️ but great .we had the hot and sour toufu soup and egg soup which was nice

P.F. Chang's is undoubtedly one of the best places I have visited for Asian cuisine. I was a little bit sceptical about trying Asian cuisine being a lowkey fan of it but boy oh boy, this restaurant changed my perception upside down. By far, this is the most delightful experience I had, be it the service ( which was so generous and super quick), the atmosphere( which would surely make you feel even more hungry) and the food( which is mouthwatering for sure). I'm definitely interested in coming back here and have a ball of a time. Kudos to everyone who made this place magical.

The restaurant is located in the busy Boston Commons area, where parking is very difficult. There is a garage, but parking for the duration of a meal costs around $20+. The restaurant’s decor is very distinctive, featuring contemporary Chinese art. I particularly liked the dragon emblem in the men's restroom—it’s very cool. The waitstaff are clearly well-trained and you can feel their professionalism. However, they seemed more trained than genuinely caring about the customers. For instance, we were seated next to a door that leads to the outside seating area. The servers frequently passed through it, causing strong drafts that made us uncomfortable. The restaurant was less than 50% full at the time, so we could have been seated at a more sheltered table. The quality of the dishes is consistent with other PF Chang’s locations—very reliable. My favorites, the crispy fried green beans and chicken lettuce wraps, were as delicious as ever. The portions of the main courses were a bit small. The pepper steak, mapo tofu, and shrimp with lobster sauce were decent but not outstanding. Notably, the shrimp in the shrimp dish were smaller than those typically found in other Chinese restaurants. In conclusion, I wouldn’t choose to come back voluntarily. Currently, the restaurant offers a $12.99 lunch special, which is economical and worth considering.

We had the Chicken lo mein and chicken lettuce wrap. I’d say if I go back it’s because of the general vibes of the restaurant; the decoration and choice of colors makes it a semi-sophisticated place. The food itself is not noteworthy, quality ingredients for sure but not mich going on in the flavor profile.

The server was really nice. Bbq pork spare ribs awesome. Orange chicken did not like that much. The fried coating was too thick. Mangolian beef was tasty. There was a pineapple litchi based drink which was really good. Did not like a Great Wall of chocolate(looks awesome in picture). Needed something more to balance the bitterness of dark chocolate

I loved the decor of this restaurant. The service is fast and the amount of food for the price seems good to me. The food was good and tasted good. We ordered some juices that were delicious. The only thing I didn't like about the place was that the waiter gave us the bill before we finished eating, which seemed disrespectful to me because he didn't ask if we wanted anything else. As a tourist, I would go back to this place to eat.

This place is one of my favorite Chinese places in my home country, so had to try the one in Boston to see if it lives up to my standards. The menu is big with a lot of options to choose from. My friend and I shared the Mongolian beef and kung pao shrimp. Both were good but not as good as I expected. The Mongolian beef was a bit dry and the kung pao shrimp was more spicy than I would like. My friend likes spicy food and didn’t mind the extra spicy shrimps. The service was a bit slow given that the place wasn’t crowded when we went and we had to ask for the bill multiple times.

I had firecracker shrimp..super delicious!! I 100% recommend it. However, idk if it was specifically that night or just norms but our waiter and some other waiters were getting all orders wrong. Not jsut one time..multiple times. Had Great wall of cake I think, that was the name...it was average..not worth the money..felt more like browine than a actual cake..red velvet cake was out, otherwise would have order that. Place is big and seems quite nice...

Chicken lettuce wrap and spicy chicken were delicious. Decent lunch satisfying and filling. The ambience was great. Definitely a good option in the busy area of Boston.

I was here in 2008. The food was pretty standard. But this was the first place for me to get a fortune cookie. And this place hold one of the best memories in my life where I was with the girls and had a good time.

As a Chinese-American, I wanted to try a PF Chang's once, and that really summarizes the visit. Came in as a party of 7 on a weekend afternoon. We order from the lunch and special lunch sets so that we could each ordered something we wanted. For all the food, it was basically too sweet and relatively small portions. I think the best dishes were the lettuce wraps and the orange chicken. Throughout lunch, the service was pretty good. Our waiter provided helpful information for our questions. I did wish our waiter could have given everyone water as most of us ordered and finished cocktails. Overall, this would be a good introduction for anyone who has never had Chinese food before, but this is definitely not something I would be coming back for.

Food: The Chang’s Spicy Chicken with fried rice was just a few pieces of chicken that was dumped in sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice tasted reheated and gross. Service: The waiter was very kind, responsive, and prompt. Atmosphere: From the start, the place reeked of just sweet sauce.

While our server was pleasant, his skill was limited taking our table of 4 orders and dropping the bill. He did check on us. One person didn’t like their dish, He was sorry and didn’t offer to comp it or get her something else. There was no service. He didn’t remove the plate. The plate sat on the table until after we paid the check. The food was dismal. One dish was liked by all. The dish was left for us to stare at was teriyaki chicken. It was coated in something the likes of pineapple jam. Steamed shrimp dumplings were lukewarm to cool. PF — take 2 hours a train your staff abc service. It’s like going to an Olive Garden in Italy. Chinatown is a 1/4 mile away.

Placed an online order for pick-up (scheduled for 7:46 p.m.) and showed up right on time at 7:45. I was told, “it will be awhile,” and didn’t get my food until 8:06 — a full 20 minutes late — even though the restaurant was empty. The whole point of scheduling a pick-up time is to have the food ready when promised. Instead, it was a frustrating and inconvenient wait after a long workday. On top of that, the portion was tiny and definitely not worth the $24 bill. Attached below is the photo of the "entree" which was maybe 6 total pieces of meat. Unreal Very disappointing experience and not something I’d expect from P.F. Chang’s.

This location refused to sit us even though they had multiple tables open. Apparently they only take reservations (which isn’t stated in their website) even thought half of the restaurant was empty. Multiple other customers experienced this situation are in the same time

I've had better food at Panda Express. And also a better experience. This nice modest lunch outside should have been a nice quiet experience but the manager and their corporate policy to make it sound like a damn night club is just ridiculous. It's loud, and obnoxious music. Asked three times to just turn it down a little so we could talk and they refused. The food? On par for be served buffet style. Over cooked. Dry. Flavorless. Pf Chang's really has gone downhill.

J

Has nothing to do with this specific location, but the falloff of the quality of P.f. chang’s is abhorrent. What used to be serviceable Asian fusion 10 years ago is now a menu comprised of what might as well be reheated frozen dinners. Chang’s Spicy Chicken is a textural disaster and the white rice is dry and cold in the center. You’re better off buying frozen food from the grocery store than spending 30+ bucks for the same food.

M
Micheale Sardar

I got a pepper steak and brown rice I ask if it’s spicy he said no I got the food brown rice was salty and cold pepper steak was hot but spicy. Beef was tough . I had issue before but I figured I would give it a chance because maybe it was an off day and it was a Saturday and busy the last time I went . But definitely not I feel like they don’t seem to care to much . I paid my bill but I will never step foot to eat in there again

S

I placed an online order on their website at 7:45pm which had an estimated finish time of 8:15pm. I arrived and they said it will take until 9:30pm to finish my order. I asked them to cancel it. The next day PF Changs called me to confirm refund but I’ve yet to receive anything. Don’t accept orders you can’t fulfill.

B
Brian Minsk

The staff did a great job, but you can tell the kitchen was having a hard time keeping up with a largely premade/frozen menu on a medium busy night. The location is great and the decor is great too. The food was barely mediocre. This isn't Chinese food, this isn't American Chinese food, this isn't even the Applebee's of Chinese food; this is a bastardization of American Chinese food and most of the menu tastes bland and frozen. I'm sitting there thinking of how much tastier and cheaper at least 10 local Chinese/American Chinese food restaurants are. They're serving venture capital American Chinese food made with the cheapest ingredients mass produced to cater to their bottom line not our palate. Waste of money.

Our waiting time was estimated at 45 minutes, but it extended to an hour. Upon being seated, we received our drinks and appetizers. However, we observed that other patrons who arrived considerably later and were served by the same waitstaff received their main courses before us. Upon inquiry, we were informed that our order had not been placed. After a total wait of two hours, we settled the bill for our beverages and appetizers, and no gratuity was provided. We subsequently departed and sought an alternative establishment.

T
Tamika Richardson

I got some lunch today from Pf Changs and spent 70 because I ordered an appetizer. This was the worst food I have ever had. The salmon had an extreme fishy taste, the dumplings were tasteless and dry, and the Mongolian steak tasted like cardboard. Horrible. Such a waste of money! Do better. If someone orders Togo we should have a similar experience that your customers that dine in have.
