I went here for a date and had a great time! The drinks were all good, the place is lovely and clean and very spacious. It doesn't get too noisy that you can't hear the person you're talking to and that car is beautiful. Would definitely return!

Dare I say... I had the best drink of my life at Roxanne's: In Tokyo. So rich, so flavorful. An inspiration for self-indulgence. I ordered 3, and it will be THE first nightlife stop one all subsequent return trips. The smoke show and the fried cheese were also incredible.

Hung out for three hours last night at a beautiful open window table! The cocktails were unique and absolutely as delicious as they were pretty. Dirty Dancing was playing on the projector in the background! 10.10! 💗

Came here last Friday night with some friends and had a great time. The bar has a nice atmosphere with funky decor, the server was friendly, prices are reasonable, and the cocktails are delicious. I got the side chick ($11) & the fortune teller ($13). Love how the bar changes up the presentation of the drinks to keep it fun. We also got roxanne’s fries ($5) to share and the sauce was super yummy, finished within minutes.

Vibrant place..was full when I went there..no reservation was needed, didn't have to wait either. Loved ambience..

Wonderful place to hang out with friends and grab a drink! They were fairly priced and excellent quality. The cocktail menu was innovative and unique. The matcha latte seemed to be very popular. Definitely recommend snagging a reservation before because it does get pretty busy on the weekend. Totally check it out!

So last night was my third time at Roxanne’s and this is by far my best visit! Kat is amazing. She’s quick, attentive, and made sure my friend and I were all set. Service was pretty good considering how busy it was and drinks were solid. However, I think the music can be a little better. Other than that, perfect place to spend a chill night out!

Cocktails were unique and delicious. They have a smaller menu, but I loved the same bites. We had the Buffalo cauliflower, wings, fried goat cheese, and brussel sprouts. All very nice shareable items. Would totally recommend, we loved it

Great food, snacks to share! Definitely need a reservation. Was sad because the drink didn’t have the bubble to pop like I saw in tik toks, but it was tasty!

Cheers to the freaking weekend! Sometimes you need a night out to sip something tasty and flirt with your husband like you are on a first date. Roxanne's provides that with smooth drinks that are light and tropical in flavor (side chick was nice and bubbly). You feel like you are sitting in your favorite influencer's New York city apartment with pick neon signs, green parrot wallpaper, and blasting electronic music. It's a great stop along your Boston commons bar hop but it's a bit too small and loud for me to stay all night.

This is the spot to grab expert level cocktails and to enjoy shareable plates. Cocktails to try: the Staycation, Naked and instafamous and the side chick. Make sure to grab more than one order of the Buffalo cauliflower bites.

Even on a busy night the staff are attentive. The drinks are delicious, and you can request non-alcoholic cocktails, now commonly referred to as "mocktails"; previously virgin cocktails. The music can be loud at times, making it difficult to hear others, but it can be more chill on less packed nights. The venue is relatively small, so expect standing room only on busy nights.

I went to Roxanne’s for a meetup event and ended up meeting some really cool people. This tucked-away spot near the Common is such a fun way to kick off a Saturday night — highly recommend!

modern bar. looks cool, but if you look closely at the details, you can see small flaws, somewhere a sofa is a little torn, or a stain on the wall. the bar itself is also beautiful, the chairs are comfortable, drinks 6.5/10. the price does not match the taste. the first seats at the entrance near the bar are a little uncomfortable, as people often come and go. you feel the fuss behind you. unfortunately, when we came these were the best places to relax. after a couple of cocktails and after 11, this minus is no longer drained. 4 stars with a big stretch.

The bartenders were so cute and nice, the drinks were so pretty and delicious, I’ll definitely be coming back! I asked the bartender to make up a drink on the spot and she made something spectacular out of nowhere!

Pretty cocktails that I wish were yummier. A tasty grilled cheese. One of the cheapest places for dinner in downtown Boston. Colorful tropical vibe.

Very small place, it’s a chic interior design. Definitely want to get a reservation if you want to just hang out for a drink. The drinks are nicely crafted, but the food is all right. It’s nothing special or out of the ordinary. they do check IDs before you enter so beware of that. and the host typically stands right in the center of the column, which was like kind of awkward.

Late solo arrival after midnight. Ordered the Smokeshow and presentation was great with the cinnamon powder garnish. The cocktail was well balanced and the right flavor profile. Server never mentioned her name or anything other than asking for my order, and was mostly on her phone during service. Only asked if I wanted another drink prior to last call. Never asked how the drink was or if I wanted another once it was low. Water never refilled, although was provided almost immediately when I sat at the bar. Then I ordered the Please…I’m a star and was very pleased with this cocktail and presentation. Maybe a garnish would take it over the top but it was good and I enjoyed it. Maybe service would’ve been better if I came earlier. I’ll give it another shot on a different night.

i’ve been wanting to come here for the longest time and it met my expectations! the cocktails were fun and tasted good, although i wasn’t a fan of the for the girls drink — it was too sweet. the small plates are good to share and for a little snack, definitely not s meal. it’s very cute and colorful inside which i loved. definitely a place for the girls!

A solid place to grab drinks and small plates after a show which is exactly what we did. Prices are reasonable, and the cocktails were good. The interior is super cute. Highly recommend the fries.

We were bar hopping and this was one of thebar we stopped for a couple of drinks. I ordered the Staycation and Love in Tokyo. Absolutely loved both the drinks. Love in Tokyo has a very subtle but sufficient matcha flavor. The drink is so creamy that it almost feels like a milkshake. The decor is stylish. We particularly liked the neon theme. In food, we got beet hummus and grilled cheese. The hummus was a good vegan/vegetarian option. Everyone loved it. I would visit here again!

It's a fun and vibrant space, reminds me of Blanche Devereaux's bedroom. Extra points for Annie Lennox and Debbie Harry's portraits, a delightful touch. The food is a creative and healthy take on gastropub classics. The drinks have a beautiful aesthetic, creative concepts, but could use a more masterful mixologist, they weren't blended too well and kinda fell flat. I wish they had more vodka-based option. Service leaves quite a bit of room for improvement. 2 members of our group were 10 minutes late and others were told they had to order food, not just drinks in order to keep the table. The food and drinks took forever to come. At the end of dinner, we were told that we have to leave because another party needs our table. There is a much more gallant way to handle this type of a situation, politely inform people that there is another party waiting for a table and give us 10 minutes to wrap up.

Chill vibe, with good music not too crowded but this is because we went between 9 and 10 so still early Drinks were very tasty. The space was good as well and it's a prime location. Whiskey sour + expresso Martini would be recommended for anyone. Prices were boston based so between 14 to 20 as expected

We only tried a few apps. The wings were a little bland, but the fries were excellent. Our server was attentive and helpful. I'm not so sure about the decor, but it was fine.

After reading praises online, this cocktail bar had been on my “to try” list for a long time. Ordered 4 different cocktails, after tried them, this would not be a bar I go for cocktails. They did all look pretty, most came with a fresh orchid flower. We sat at the bar so saw how each drink were made, The Love In Tokyo had almost half a cup of cream went into it, extremely sweet, couldn’t taste the matcha. The Darling Mermaid Darlings came in a mermaid shaped glass, very big portion, tasted hints of pineapple juice and gin, overall looks pretty but watery. There’s also no AC inside.

A few comments as to why I gave it 3 stars: My friend and I arrived around 11pm on a Friday night: Atmosphere - It was loud, poppin’ w/pump up music, the kind you can ALMOST dance to. Lots of people were gathered around the bar but also all the tables were completely full and booked. Think just classy enough that reservations are required kind of vibe. People were friendly, open and the vibe was GREAT. This is the main reason I would go again. Staff - Not the friendliest, and actually actively annoyed at some customers from what I witnessed. Yes understandable as they’re probably busy af, annoyed at all the drunk customers and tired of it all. However, it’s still customer service and there’s a fine line when working in these types of atmospheres. The staff matched the just classy enough but not quite to be classified as a classy bar kind of vibe. Drinks - Ok, unfortunately this was the worst part. I would definitely not get another cocktail from this place. The cocktails my friend and I ordered looked pretty but were honestly one of the worst I’ve tried in my life. Considering they’re a cocktail bar you would think they’d mix it better. There was no flavor or dynamic to them, but tasted like layers of different ingredients/alcohols in every sip, it was nasty I could barely finish it. If they had slightly friendlier staff and 10x better cocktails then this would be a game changer, 5 stars only. The atmosphere would be EVEN better AND I would stay longer and order x more cocktails and highly recommend to friends.

Roxanne’s is a place I’ve tried now once, and it’s one I’ll probably not go back to. Not at fault of the service, it’s just not my cup of tea. When I go out for drinks, I strive for the best cocktails and Roxanne’s goes for better than average. I think the biggest thing for me and this venue was the food. The drink was decent but the food was so very basic that I wasn’t excited. My friend and I got their salt and pepper wings, Buffalo cauliflower, and fries. The fries were the best part but it was just Thai sweet chili sauce and mayo. The wings has a spicy rub but they were also drier than what you’d want for a non sauce wing. The cauliflower wasn’t crispy and more just had the sauce. It was just overall very mid. I’m not going to fault anymore for enjoying the food or experience here. The visuals of the restaurant are great, the service is standard and the drinks are genuinely yummy. Come here if you’re close and want decent drinks after work!

Location of the restaurant is good. Tiny place with decent vibe. Alcohol menu is good but the food menu is limited. If you are looking to go for short duration and munch on something then a good option.

3.5 ⭐️ atmosphere is cute & aesthetic and we were seated quickly (arrived at 5 PM on a Thursday). Service was not timely - we sat with empty drinks for 15+ minutes before deciding to just close out and somewhere else. Okay for a quick drink, but otherwise not a favorite of our trip!

Place looks amazing, with a great bar. The food does not live up to the atmosphere. Music gets way too loud in the evening.

I had really high expectations of this place but the cocktails kinda fell flat for me. It’s not as great as I expected. We ordered several cocktails and none of them are excellent or exceptional, they were just fine. Service was disappointing since our server looked bored and annoyed especially when we have menu questions. We felt like an inconvenience to the server the moment we were sat so it was not a great experience.

I have never been to a bar where no one is having fun. The bar is beautiful but what’s the point in going when the service is rude and the atmosphere is dead? The drinks are relatively cheap as a saving grace

They called last round so we ordered a round of drinks, five minutes later their this bouncers said we had to leave. We asked for our money back for the last round and they sent their bouncers out who challenged us to a fight (5 to 1 in their favor). They are dishonest crooks m, avoid this place at all costs!!

The place was super cute and I was super excited to visit with my sister. We were both very disappointed to be greeted with poor service as most of the people working sat on their phones. We waited for over an hour to place food orders, unfortunately we weren’t met with that kind of service until we were ready to leave. For the hype I really expected more from here. I hope you can improve the service that is being provided.

We haven't ate here before but do go for a couple drinks every so often. Pretty good place, maybe a little pricey but that is just the city. Yesterday, we went in with a large group of 9 people. There was no line ahead of us, but seemingly too many people inside so we had to wait outside. No worries. All of the sudden an angry bouncer started yelling and cursing at us to form a line. Heavy use of the F word. He did not ask nicely at all, just started going after us, cursing. We left the establishment before getting in as the bouncer soured us heavily.

Bartender did not check in to see if I wanted another drink, so i left. Atmosphere is okay. Overall wouldn't go here again.

We go here every so often, but yesterday's experience was atricious. We were a group of 9 people, got there with a very short line of 2 people ahead of us. We started waiting behind them but seemingly our line was not structured enough for the bouncer. He started yelling curses at us to form a better line. Extremely aggressive and unnecessary. We likely will not be coming here again due to this experience.

My boys and I pulled up here and immediately encountered hostility in our well-ordered line. One patron behind us started mouthing off once our other friends joined, and he kept being a prick my boy naively let him cut all of us. In turn, the bouncer was so giddy that he finally had a line of people waiting that he began running his mouth about the organization of the line on an empty sidewalk. We couldn’t tolerate such disrespect, so we took our business elsewhere, leaving a precious “line” of 2 people. The bouncer almost seemed sad to let half the night’s clientele leave, exclaiming “all this over a line?”

This place is a nice little cocktail bar and has a great atmosphere and very good cocktails. We go once every few months. Yesterday, we had to deal with a VERY aggressive bouncer who was cursing and yelling at us to get into a line (there was no line prior to us getting there. Maybe 2 people ahead of us.) We were a larger group of 9 people, so we left and went elsewhere, as the conduct of this bouncer was absolutely disgusting.
