What can I say, SORBOLE! A gluten-free paradise. The place is spotless and charming, reminiscent of a seaside street. Excellent service, they immediately asked if there were any intolerances. The menu offers a wide selection: fresh pasta, meat, fish, pizza, and burgers... 15 minutes to choose what to try 🤣. Everything is delicious, even the fries, but especially the baked ones. Another highlight is the glasses brought to you when you order, and the plates are brought with a napkin to avoid fingerprints. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well deserved, we'll definitely be back.

I came here for the first time for dinner with my boyfriend and his parents. I must say I was struck by the simplicity of the atmosphere, which is truly welcoming. As for the food, we ordered starters, main courses, and side dishes, as well as dessert. They were TASTY and WARMLY APPRECIATED by everyone, especially the aesthetics of the various dishes. The service was very attentive and kind to our requests. I can't wait to return soon to try the pizza or, possibly, a burger.

Cena del 02/03/2024 Locale ubicato a circa 20 km da Torino. Ambiente di grandi dimensioni, gradevole ma rumoroso, complice il ridotto distanziamento tra i tavoli. Menu ampio, prevalentemente incentrato sulla cucina romagnola, comprendente anche pizze (con diversi tipi di impasto , anche per celiaci) e hamburger; pasta fatta in casa. Gradevole il gran tagliere (accompagnato da piadina, che io preferirei a parte), meno le squaquerelle, non molto gustose; tagliatelle, diversamente declinate, al dente e generosamente condite. Cotoletta alla bolognese non male ma non indimenticabile, bene lo stracotto. Buoni i dolci. Carta dei vini risicata ma dal prezzo modico. Servizio celere e attento. Conto nella media. Voto: 7,5

Il locale si presenta molto bene all’interno, ben curato e accogliente. Unico problema la posizione poco comoda. Personale cordiale e attento alle richieste. Prezzi nella norma. La farinata super consigliata. La pizza era buona ma non ottima, forse l’impasto leggermente troppo salato. Buoni i dolci. Mi sento comunque di consigliarlo nonostante l’impasto, confermando le 4 stelle o modificandole a 5 se la prossima volta sarà meno sapido.

Locale carino e pulito,personale giovane e molto gentile, abbiamo cenato alle 19.30 per cui non era ancora pieno, servizio veloce molto buoni spaghetti al cartoccio e ottimi i passatelli (anche se li conoscevo solo in brodo)la loro versione è sicuramente più "ghiotta".grigliata di verdure molto abbondante e dolci buoni... sicuramente torneremo conto giusto x ciò che abbiamo mangiato!

This restaurant is certainly very important for offering a complete gluten-free menu, and therefore has separate ovens and kitchens, as well as a separate wood-fired oven. Kudos to them, because the costs are certainly not easy to manage, and to maintain food quality and safety, they've made important and courageous choices. I'm pleased to note a very comprehensive menu, with unique dishes and combinations; let's just say they've got something for everyone here, from starters to main courses, from fish to pizzas and burgers. For me, the food wasn't anything surprising, but it was all good. The gluten-free croquettes weren't surprising, and even the peach skewers were very fried. I liked all the starters, both tasty and plentiful. Good, well-extracted coffee, something not to be underestimated in a restaurant. I also note that they do a lot of takeout, and it's a very popular place, suitable for families and large groups, but not only. Well done!

Sorbole is preaching to the choir. I've been a customer for about three years. The restaurant is spacious and the decor is simple. It's always best to book, especially on weekends because it's almost always full (there must be a reason!). We tried almost every dish, including the pizzas with various toppings. Perhaps only one dish didn't quite meet our tastes (personal preference). This place updates its menu every so often, depending on the seasonality of the various products (mushrooms, asparagus, pumpkin, etc.). The welcome, service, and availability of the dishes are prompt. Furthermore, we were always served at the same time (excellent organization). The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, as are the owners. The prices are very competitive, especially considering the quality of the food. Lately, I've noticed an extra edge in some dishes, especially the fish ones, which are tasty and beautifully plated. The bathrooms are clean, even at the end of the evening. It's convenient for us, being in San Mauro, on the ring road, and we're there in 13 minutes. What more can I say? Until next time, we highly recommend it. The next one arrived on Friday evening. We returned to savor the fig-based dishes (that's seasonal), truly excellent, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. As usual, they were served promptly (despite the place being packed). I won't go into detail here, but I'll share photos of the dishes. Best regards.

The restaurant is very large with many tables, which makes it quite noisy, especially at full capacity. The menu is quite extensive, and they even have a special gluten-free menu, which is a great addition. We personally enjoyed everything we ate, especially the dessert. The service was a little slow. I found the prices to be fair for the amount of food.

Tonight, I ordered three takeout pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. They were as usual, but the piadina was a biscuit, hard to chew and swallow. It was so hard it almost looked like they'd forgotten it on the stove, both inside and out! A month ago, however, they forgot the fries on one of the pizzas. Maybe the staff is a little distracted 🤨

A nice, well-designed place, but a nightmare experience. Limited pizza selection, served almost burnt, and with poor-quality ingredients. We ordered pizzas with visibly spoiled sausage, which tasted almost inedible, and gave me and my family serious food poisoning. Not to mention the desserts, which weren't particularly inviting. The service was also quite disappointing, and the prices are significantly higher than the quality of the food served. Highly discouraged!
