Overall, great spot if you are eating on the healthier side. Food was great, however a bit pricey due to up-charges I knowingly incurred. The environment was very laid back and chilled . The staff was great and gave me time to choose what I wanted as this was my second time here. Would recommend if lunch is needed or if you are hungry in general.

This is my first time ever going to this location and the service was great! Kira was so patient and helpful in getting me to pick my meal and even allowed me to try samples of what I wanted. It also came very warm, which is always amazing.

Food was great, fresh, tasty. The portion for the protein was not too generous but it was ok. I will be back. Update 3 days later(picture added): I went back, I was really craving their steak, and to my surprise, this place actually took my review as feedback and they gave me a much better portion in my bowl this time. It was as delicious, fresh, and tasty as last time, and their beverage selection is just top tier.

Bolay is definitely a win, when you're looking for a fast FRESH dinner at a LESSER price than some of the Fast food places! The build-your-own bowls are packed with quality ingredients, bold sauces, and great portion sizes. Tons of options for every diet gluten-free, vegan, or protein-packed. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and the food always hits. My go to? Sweet Potato Noodles, Jasmine Rice, Tereyaki Chicken, Garlicky Broccoli, with Power bean Medley or sweet potatoes ginger sauce and those PICKLED RED ONIONS! YUM 😋So good! Something for the whole Family 🔥🥗

I’m a huge Fresh Kitchen fan so I didn’t expect much from Bolay’s but I was wrong. it was SOOOOO good. I love the fresh ingredients and all the different options. They let us try the things we hadn’t had and were patient with us trying to order. The portions are so big, we always have a whole extra bowl of leftovers. Loved it so much that we went 2 days in a row. 1000/10 (better than Chipotle)

Wow, actual fresh food that is fast. But it's not fast food. Can't wait to see this chain make its way across the country. Would be easy to eat here daily as there are so many combinations of flavors that it could be different, every day, for a couple of weeks. I will definitely seek this place out whenever I am in Florida.

I really love coming to Bolay when I get the chance. The staff is always so friendly and the food is always on point. I think the prices are just right for all that you get as well. My son is 8 and eats his whole kids bowl.

What a wonderful place with health conscious food. Bolay exceeded my expectations with their modern & relaxed atmosphere and great food. You can either make your own bowl or choose a signature dish. The service here is cooperative and made our food very quickly. The bowls here are out of this world! I got the Thai Shrimp Bowl, and it was spicy! The noodles, sweet potatoes, and sauce worked harmoniously to create a delicious meal. I tried other bowls and they all tasted as good as mine. Overall, would definitely recommend Bolay!

This is one of my top choices for a filling, high-protein vegan bowl even though it’s not a fully Vegan restaurant. If you’re tired of skimpy little meals check this place out. The miso glazed tofu is fire 🔥

I have a gluten allergy. Bolay is a gluten-free restaurant. I was impressed with the variety and flavorful options. The young lady behind the counter was very patient with me and helped with my selections. I will definitely be a regular patron and will recommend to others, especially those with special dietary needs.

Great service and excellent food. I love that everything is gluten free. It makes it so stress free. My go to is the sweet potato noodles with teriyaki chicken. But i have never had a bad meal here

Service was great, food was tasty and the location was clean. The manager was present and cleaning. For example, when a family left that had a baby, he made sure to disinfect and clean the baby seat properly, which let's be honest, in today's age is rare to actually see sadly.

GLUTEN FREE + FRESH! Every time we’ve here as a family or with friends it’s been great. The kids meal is good too. Their drinks are pretty refreshing. Military discount is a plus!

It was ok, the serving/selection isn't worth the price to me, plus server didn't listen to me. I explained that a regular bowl can be whatever because it's for my son, but I don't eat chicken so I want the large & can I get the salmon. She told me it's almost $4 upcharge but I get 2 portions. When I got to the register both bowls came to $38, I asked why and the cashier said you asked for the 2 pieces of salmon. Then I told the server add toppings, she added cheese and closed the containers, I had to go back in and ask for toppings and sauce, they gave me a bit of attitude told me pick 3 then put it in the tiny cups they use for the sauce. So I only had enough toppings for me. I hate feeling like I'm begging for something I'm paying for, I took the bowls & left.

They have good, healthy food bowls. As a base, the whole grain rice and kale salad were great. From veggies, the mushrooms were wonderful, the zucchini, well flavored but a bit too soft. From proteins, the salmon was nice but $3 extra. On the other hand, the stake is just tough and pointless, and also $3 extra. Sauces are good. I had creamy garlic and herb pesto, both very nice. My husband had a similar bowl, and we also had two drinks. It ended up being $50, which is not unreasonable, but it is up there. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them.

We decided to sit outside, but the music from the speaker was very loud, making conversation difficult. This resulted in us having to sit inside. Overall, the food shows promise, but there are several aspects—like atmosphere, noise levels, and initial service—that could be improved to provide customers with a top-tier experience.

I’m really disappointed with the Bolay in Brandon. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, and unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. My entire order was made wrong, and on top of that the portions were noticeably undersized compared to other Bolay locations. It feels like the staff here just doesn’t care about getting things right or providing good service. I love Bolay in general, but this Brandon location has been consistently frustrating and needs serious improvement.

I’m really disappointed with the Bolay in Brandon. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, and unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. My entire order was made wrong, and on top of that the portions were noticeably undersized compared to other Bolay locations. It feels like the staff here just doesn’t care about getting things right or providing good service. I love Bolay in general, but this Brandon location has been consistently frustrating and needs serious improvement.

I ordered 2 bowls thru Doordash. The food came on time and was well made or so I thought. I pulled my husband's bowl out first and it was fine but when I looked at my bowl there was a black speck on the lid and I realized it was a bug. I went to kill it a d realized it was on the cup of sauce on the inside of the lid. There is no way whoever put the lid on dosnt see this black bug as I got the herb dressing which is white. I had to fight to get a partial refund with doosdash which was insane as I sent the picture and a video of the bug moving. So disappointed. I called, talked to the manager and sent pictures. She tried gaslighting me by saying well it had to be a freak accident because they usually dont have a problem. She also said she sent everything to her partner and they would contact me. That was on Sunday and no word from anyone. I know it's a risk eating out but taking accountability is key to good customer service. I will not be eating there anytime soon if ever.

The bowls are way smaller with noticeably smaller portions. I got the large bowl and usually that functions as two meals but I ate it all in one sitting. They definitely didn’t give me double chicken like I paid for either. The portions are alot smaller but they’re keeping the price the same, smh. I won’t be back.
