Ibuki Sushi at Sa Ri One

Waaaaw! What a place! We absolutely loved their food! The cucumber kimchi, a $ 1 side dish from which apparently you can ask for more, was soooo good that even my husband who can't stand kimchi tried it and liked it. The Big Boss roll is double the size of a regular sushi roll and it is fabulous, filled up with only goodies! Everything we tried was good. Andrea, our server was sweet and kind. The place has a pleasant atmosphere. Overall this was a great experience! Will be back for sure next chance we get!

I took a couple of my friends here for their opening night and they all loved it! Some even said this was the best sushi spot they’ve been to in Tampa. My favorites are the Stamina Roll and the Lobster Roll, but seriously all of it is delicious and some of the tastiest food I’ve had - you can’t go wrong with what you pick! (The perks of going with a lot of people are you can try almost everything) I also had the Hoedeopbap which was the rice bowl topped with different types of fish, so good!! Everything was fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and the owners are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They accommodated our large party on such short notice and made sure we were all taken of. I’ve already been back 3+ times since my first visit and will definitely come back again.

Probably the best Sushi I’ve ever tasted. Made to order and very well prepared, highly recommended!

The sushi at Ibuki is very high quality and very well prepared. It is some of the best sushi I have had in the Tampa area, and the prices are reasonable too. The staff was excellent too, friendly, professional, and kind. They were very attentive to our large party that ate here. I would highly recommend Ibuki, and plan on coming back for more sushi in the future!

1st time eating Sushi and it was delicious. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared by the sushi chef. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I have returned and it was above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend. The restaurant also has a big room for special events. Buen Apetit!
