On 9/16 I placed an order on the flame broiler website, the delivery guy never even attempted to deliver it. I called the delivery service, they said I have to get the company to request a refund, I called the store and spoke to a manager and he said he was incapable of doing that, this is not true. He said he'd call me back it's been a week no call. I've called back twice with no response. I really like flame broiler but this store is run terribly. Don't go here they will try and steal your money. Go to the la habra blvd one instead. Update: The manager got in touch with me about week after I posted this review and gave me a full refund. Changing rating to 5 stars based on food quality and then making this right.

I work a few blocks away so it's my favorite lunch on the area. The Staff has always been Super Friendly. The Lunch hour is always busy with a Big Lunch Crowd! Even Busy the Staff is aware of who's waiting and for what! So the disgruntled reviews i read make me wonder just how those disgruntled reviewers were acting or treating the Staff. People can only smile so long.

$4.85 for a side of beef? Ludacris! Service is hit or miss...today was good, last time was not so good...it's always back and forth. I go here because it's quick, but if I have more time, I think chipotle is better based on price and what you get

Typical Flame Broiler. The food is decent and usually tastes fresh, but every time I've gone there my order is taken by high schoolers who'd rather not be there.

The food is good i love flame broiler but the vegetables are never steamed enough.(a little too hard). Another complaint they dont give full portions. Other flame broilers give more food and better steamed for the same price. The one on rose and imperial highway . Go there for better experience.

just ordered a catering tray... it was the WORST service ever. I would suggest going to the La Habra Flame Broiler. The prices are cheaper in La Habra and the service was pleasant. Hope none of my guest get sick!

The problem isn't in front of house cashier. It their kitchen staff. No sense of urgency. I use to go here often but the last 3 visit of getting there food I've had diarrhea and stomach issues. The person making the food is on here headphone and has no sense of urgency. I would wait a very long time. This was the 3rd time I've had the same issue. I wouldn't go to this flameboiler again. There cashier was really nice tho.

I’m pretty annoyed right now. I did an online order for pick up and everything was wrong. It was $50 for two plates….. I’m starving so I’m eating it but I’m annoyed.
