I had an excellent experience with Shakey’s Pizza. I placed a DoorDash order and noticed that tiger sauce wasn’t listed as an option. I called the restaurant, and Hector went above and beyond to ensure I received some with my order. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Hector, for going the extra mile and making the experience exceptional.

I love Shakey's!!! You can't go wrong here. Pizza is good and the price is reasonable. The parmesian cheese twists are yummy with ranch dressing. The atmosphere was nice. The people were pleasant, professional and all around good people! I say check them out!

Met some friends on a Saturday for lunch. The food was delicious! The pizza and mojos were always being replenished. The restaurant was extremely clean. The owner was kind and courteous. I definitely recommend this Shakey’s. I’m gonna be back for sure.

I always enjoy my visits to Shakey’s in Brea, and a big part of that is thanks to Hector. He never fails to greet us with a warm, welcoming personality that truly makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. His friendliness sets the tone for a great dining experience every time. This was my first time trying the Bunch of Lunch buffet, and I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was fresh and well-stocked, from the crisp lettuce and crunchy sprouts to the perfectly sliced onions that I love adding to my salad. The variety of chicken and pizza options was spot on, and everything tasted hot and freshly made. It’s the perfect spot to catch up with my old neighbor—laid-back, friendly, and satisfying. If you haven’t stopped by yet, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Visited on 11/10/21. This place has such awful reviews! I was very reluctant to go here but came and did a quick walkthrough to ensure decency before deciding to stay to dine for thr Bunch of Lunch from 11-2pm. It wasn't too busy just 2 or 3 parties dining. Yes, it is a bit grimy but not that bad if you wipe down your seat and tables before sitting. We used napkins to handle the buffet bar tongs for safety. It was easy to get new plates for the buffet. The food was brought out regularly and quite fresh. Fried chicken was piping hot! The juices flying once you cut into it with a fork and as you tear each chunk of meat, steam is oozing out of it! Super hot, fresh, and juicy!! The food was good!! Stick to the fried chicken, pizza, and mojos. I'd come back. Ate quick and scrammed to avoid the prime time lunch crowd. Some things to remember is, don't go when it's a full house or nearing it basically go early and use napkins to use the buffet tongs or bring your own serving gloves. Must adjust expectations. I didn't expect service and you shouldn't either you'll just be disappointed. Service here is the bare bare minimum so don't get mad if you don't get much love back. This kind of buffet is simple self-service and quick lunch. Enjoy your visit if you decide to give it a go!

I wanted to get some lunch in brea . Decided to go to Shakeys Pizza Parlor on Brea and lambert. It was a good decision. It was not too crowded. The place was very clean and organized. Paid for the bunch of lunch buffet . Grabbed some slices went to the table . Went to get some soda , uug, no Dr.Pepper. I got some Pepsi and went back to the table . The pizza was very good . I had pepperoni pizza , sausage pizza , Hawaiian pizza . All the pizzas were medium/thick crust . Not the normal thin buffet crust . The only problem I had was I took my soda to go. I hadn't tasted it yet . I did when I was in my car and it was horrible. It tasted like it came through a olf PVC hose . Other than that it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them .

Well for being a Friday night they sure were under staffed. Good thing my team made a reservation! Great place for kids of all ages. Got a few games, salad bar and obviously pizza for days! Thanks for the hospitality.

The pizza and chicken here are pretty bomb. I do take issue with the arcade which is mostly claw games where the prize automatically drops off when the claw reaches the top with a hard 'bump' A little pricey but the kids loved it.

Hi my name is Ronnie. Today myself and my dad came to have brunch it's been 3yrs or more we came due to the messy place. Today was a better Place. It was rush hour it was busy. The place was clean. The food was good fresh stucked up and keep clean 👌. The manager Hector was on point. Very nice to all. His attention to detial was 100%. After we ate. I order a To-go for my brother. I told him how the place has changed in many ways all in Good. I will be back. He brought our order to us and told us told us to have blessed day. The service was at 100%.. I'm a big shakeys fan but this one almost ruined it for me. The pizza was below average and i love their pizza. The chicken and mojos were good but couldn't believe the pizza was bad. The AC was not working and we had to sit there and eat while sweating. It was a birthday party so I went to my car multiple times to use the AC in there to cool off. It was bad. 2 stars instead of 1 because the chicken and mojos.

Insanely cramped, both the seating and the buffet. You have to map out a plan of action any time you want to get out of your seat. The pizza is not good. Sugary pizza sauce. Barely any salad toppings. No staff to clear tables. The only good things were the mojos and fried chicken. Incredibly overpriced for the quality.
