I'm here on a Tuesday at about noon. Everything was good, including the portion size
The portions are so generous I can get 3 meals out of what I buy and the variety and the flavors are magnificent always fresh!
Greeted warmly from server, and she was busy cleaning the glass and windows. Food was hot and fresh. Beef brocolli wasnt the best, but the kung pao and bejing beef qas the best. Not sure if corporate was here evaluating, but theybwere doing a great job. (Restrooms were clean)
I've been coming here since I was 3
Best Panda Express location in North Orange County. The parking is difficult around lunch time but dinner time is all clear. The staff at this location are very nice. The resturant is also very clean. I drive past another panda express to come to this one.
The food is FRESH AND TASTES GREAT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT! I love this place!!! ❤️ 😍
The employees are helpful and friendly. They change the food bowls infront of us to fresh stock. The food is fresh hot and good. The restaurant was clean very bissy easy dinning in. Easy to find parking. In good location.
Currently my favorite Chinese restaurant I like the Hong Kong style chow mein better that the fat orange noodles everyone else has. It fast convenient and most of their restaurants have easy parking
The staff at this location are very hard working and helpful. Service is always great and portions and prices are fair. It gets pretty busy during peak hours so be patient!
The Panda Express the most I like it is a. Barbecue chicken with Rice and noodles
Give Great proper size portions!!! Highly recommen this Location! Server has Clean hands! Fast humble! This is why I chose panda express! 2-12-2024 1:05 pm!
Cmon Panda Express. Got served Orange Chicken pieces with little to no sauce on them.

They Didn't have the line food item that I wanted. I didn't mind waiting since it's usually always there. It was rush hour. However, when the item was made, they gave me such a paultry amount that it was disappointing. I guess there are a lot of people already waiting for that same item, so they still have to be a little stingy with it.
Good family pack. Wanted hot and sour soup too but they don't carry.it.
Employees busy talking to each other. Having trouble getting orders straight. Asked about rewards program no help was told QR code on table. Only QR code wasted our time was about becoming a employee. Won't go there again🤪
Good food, but if your Ordering online, don't expect it to be 100%accurate, in fact just order there lol its faster then them trying to find your order, was only in a rush cuz 30 min lunch. All in all good place
You can expect well prepared foods, friendly staff, and clean eating area. Only complaint is portions are on the small size and parking when shopping center is busy, hard to find.
Very great Panda Express, food is generally rotated and fresh if you go before the last hour. Staff are very quick. One of the better Panda Express spots.
I ordered 4 entrees and 2 sides for work pot luck. I don't usually eat at panda because, I was in a different city and my Chinese restaurant to go to located another county. Food was surprisingly good, but please next time you have someone to deliver our food, make sure they speak and understand English. Service was 3 stars for having us waiting for a while for our foods and when I asked him questions, he spoke in his native language. 🤦♀️ oh well. Next time I'll pick it up.

the cashier was a bit slow when charging people and held up the line. the food was good but it felt a little short of what I've gotten before as if they didn't put enough into the box
The food is always fresh and delicious, but we had an unpleasant experience while dining here. The girl cleaning tables and pushing chairs in was doing so obnoxiously loud. Both my wife and I looked at each other and kind of grit out teeth at the same time. Next time we will take our order to go...
Employees sat in the middle of the dining floor and treated table as break room. Servers were rude to chefs and vice versa. All around unprofessional. Food is still good for the price though and it's a convenient spot.
Panda is a panda. They’re all about the same quality wise. This location has nice staff. Usually pretty clean. Recently tastes like they changed the recipe for the orange chicken. It got more tangy which I don’t like therefore the 3 stars. Also their teriyaki sauce has been changed to packets for covid which I don’t like since it’s not the same teriyaki sauce.
My last visit was disappointing. I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. Unfortunately, the orange chicken was undercooked (pink). Slow down ppl and make sure the food is cooked completely before serving it.
Placed a mobile order..i went to pick it up cause it was ready...ended up waiting 45min...they hadn't even started on it. Not very organized...they were literally going around in circles. No one knew what to do...i know it's Chinese fast food, but can you hire some Mexicans
The food is purely gut filler, nothing special. But I swear the servers are robotic. They serve ,day the exact same thing to a customer and keep asking if you want side dishes...egg rolls greasy egg tolls. I have taken a new tactic when asked if I want extras that I didn't ask for I don't answer. As I stated its not Hong Kong its cheap below average greasy what passes for chinrsr food.
Every time I come they always give me less and less food. I ordered online so I didn’t see it until I got home.
I used to love Panda coz food is tasty and they give a lot.....things have changed over these past few years. Depending on the location sometimes food is not worth your money but in all locations they give you a little. They change an extra dollar for those steaks and expensive meat and yet they give you like 3 or 4 small slices of the meat. I honestly wouldn't recommend Panda unless there's really not much choice. They need to understand that people deserve what they are paying for and why are they so stingy in giving out food when they make so much profit?
This location puts too much sauce over the orange chicken, which makes it disgusting and like eating candy. I feel like this is done to avoid having to cook fresh batches when it's less busy.
The service was fast and friendly. When I got home and began to eat my food I found hair in my chow mein . It maybe a while before I eat at Panda Express again. Try and use the hair nets.
Ordered the 2 entre plate, these 3 little pieces of beef and 5 broccoli.....that's all we got for the one entre! Unbelievably ridiculous for the price! Not to mention the green bean chicken. I will not be going back to this location again. I suggest not wasting your money.
Don't get the teriyaki chicken unless you like fat and gristle. Update: Look how much chicken they gave me. Very little. Mostly vegetables.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went there a couple times over an hour before closing and they were out of half the items. Asked if they'd make more and they said no. Why have it on the menu if they aren't going to always have it prepared? Also the serving size has gotten way smaller. This Panda express is the worst!
I ordered a family meal to have chow mein and fried rice. Fried rice missing and both were chow mein. The chicken sides is full of veggies with very less chicken. It's not that veggies are bad 😀. I called the store to say the order is incorrect and the person wants me to drive back to store for an exchange. Ridiculous
I will start by saying I've lived in this town for a very, very long time. Will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever give this place another transaction. I've noticed a trend with mobile orders. They will always, always serve the line first. Doesn't matter how long in advance you order. For the second time now, I go and end up being the last one served, last to leave. Sitting for at least 10 extra minutes both occurrences. After they asked my name to verify order multiple times, they then had me verify my phone number. Didn't feel right. They also only give fortune cookies when they feel like it. Haven't gotten one in the last 4 to 5 visits. Store needs a new logistics/customer service leader.
The ABSOLUTE WORST TASTING CHINESE FOOD, EVER. 9 employees and I still had to wait over 15 minutes to get a tray full of chum. I got more food in a bowl than a plate, which is $2 more. The portions were near microscopic, the prices were higher than other Chinese food restaurants, the food tasted like garbage. I didn't even eat, it was so bad. I will never come here again.
Food was horrible. I couldn’t even finish it. Orange chicken was over fried. I could barely taste the chicken. 2 of the orange chicken didn’t even have chicken in it. The rice was very dry.
Portion is soooo small, it doesnt even make you feel full. While the person in front of me got his portion squeezed in with soo much.... Fovorie?? Maybe they knew each other?? The whole the manager stood there and wait so she can rings us up... Just a smile on her face when she saw the big diff in portion size. Overall, Panda Express is Dead!!! NO MORE PANDA EXPRESS!!! You guys/gals must have seen it too....
These guys just don't get it. Every time I go here or order online, something ends up wrong. They are the new McDonald's of Brea. To be a little more clear: There are always missing items or I just can't get a normal, accurate order. Today, I ordered online and part of my order was a bottled sprite. The sprite was hot. It wasn't even cold just a little. Its like it was sitting in a hot stock room. I think the problem with this store, other than competence, is that they ONLy focus on hurrying. They should start by focusing on efficiency. All they do is hurry hurry hurry so of course service won't be sincere or accurate. Laslty, McDonald's hasn't missed an item for me in a long time lol. That's where you guys are. Think about that.
Every time the food tastes different. The staff is rude. The portions are halfway empty if you don't watch them. I asked the manager for my money back of course returning the food and she said that I have to address the issue with the customer relations.
Never order through here with Uber eats. I try to be a patient man and I understand mistakes happen. There's no excuse though when there's an issue literally every single time I order. I have no issues with any other location that I try to order through except for this one. Will never be ordering from here again. Absolute joke
I eat at a lot of different Pandas for a quick carb + meat meal. This location is absolutely terrible. If you are reading this, I highly encourage you to go to any other restaurant than attend this Panda. I came at 6:00 pm, and the portion sizes were something akin what was served at an elementary school cafeteria. Mayra needs to be retrained or fired. This was not a heaping scoop -- this was not even a level scoop. This was barely a spoonful of each entree. It boggles my mind how incompetent leadership has to be to let such a poorly trained staff member get assigned to be a server.
Thought I was ordering from Beach & Imperial (found out later it isn't even on the internet). By the time we figured out the store was 15 minutes away and I got there it was ice cold. If you have a store on Beach St. Shouldn't it be available on line. Your app which I am deleting from my phone doesn't let you order appetizers. The young lady I worked with at the Beach St. store was very polite and helpful.
The staff don’t even contact customers’ eyes when talking. They do make customers wait long. Just asking to add other more menu. Not kind. Most of all, they give you really “SMALL” amount of food! Hope the whole staff be replaced at once. Bad experiences at this place recently.
What rude, unprofessional employees ask for a bigger plate item on the menu the amount of the food is not enough for the price they charge. I asked them that I liked more. They acted that they didn’t hear me. I asked again. The tall girl shakes her head as a negative answer. Well, Nop 3 pieces of orange chicken are not enough for 14$. I immediately rejected the food and told them, “I don’t like your attitude.” and I walked out. I'll never go to this franchise again. Personally, when I ask, I like it more. I'll be happy to pay the extra fee for it but the level of communication is so poor that they didn't even ask the customer or offer. That indicates a Lack of management and training.
June 11 around 7pm my kids and husband wanted some panda express. We stepped inside everybody said "Welcome" bit when I was ordering I definitely didn't feel welcome, specially with that lady in black shirt, she had a really bad attitude, no patience at all rushing me to order even though there wasn't anyone waiting. She got mad because I asked for a plate, but ended getting a bowl. The cashier lady is really nice. I was really upset because of the other lady's attitude. But the cashier was so nice and caring. J
So disappointing to learn that they stopped giving out fortune cookies with your meal. Also, take a look at this photo. My food was cold, old and a little mushy. Never going back.
Took over 10 minutes to get food and then I see they take a lot of orange chicken from my plate. I ordered two entrees of orange chicken and after the lady took out some it look like 1 1/2
