We dropped in here while visiting the Aventura Mall almost 2 weeks ago As it was early evening we only wanted some wine and snacks . We sat outside in the sunshine . Justin looked after us and he is such an asset to your restaurant . He was so helpful and his wine knowledge was encyclopedic and he was able to recommend based on what we told him we liked . We were so happy to have found this spot and would recommend visiting and asking for Justin if he’s working .

Gabriel took great care of us and served delicious, fresh food with beautiful presentation. We felt so welcomed and relaxed in their atmosphere—definitely looking forward to my next experience. Their service is top notch—why did I feel like I was home? lol

We had the Italian farm salad, garlic truffle bread, ricotta cavatelli, crushed meatball, spicy rigatoni vodka, Sunday night lasagne. Every single dish was super delicious! Waiter was really friendly too. Deff coming back :)

This place is so nice!!! Mr Gregory and chef David are extremely kind and accommodating. The food is truly delicious and our server was amazing. Great outdoor seating and atmosphere. Definitely would come back again visiting Miami.

Me and My sister decided to try out this new place and we were not disappointed. The hostess was friendly. Good start. We sat out side we liked the vibe. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, I would go back to her, Good vibes. Than the food and drinks came out, delicious. they made a great old fashion and the chef allowed me to substitute the sausage for shrimp since I don't eat meat. It is so good I'm coming back for more. Definitely try it out for yourself! this restaurant has a good reputation in other states.

We fell into this place on a Saturday when other restaurants were not open. What a pleasant surprise! Our bartender/server Chelsea was a delight. We had pretty much her undivided attention since we were the only people at the bar! We were headed to a hotel for a little stay-cation but drove up early to hang out. This place is located in Aventura Mall in a restaurant heavy area. I loved the indoor/outdoor feeling, which I think tourists will enjoy being able to soak up the weather. We ordered drinks, naturally, but we also had some apps. The carpaccio was amazing the meatballs were delicious.

Got a gift card from Yelp so decided to try them out. We sat at the bar and Santi was more than pleasant as well as helpful. He suggested some drinks and he knows his stuff. We had the dolce vita and white lotus; both suited our taste buds as suggested. For appetizer the shrimp scampi was divine. We soaked up all the bread in that delicious sauce. Definitely recommend! We split the hot honey and prosciutto pizza. Also very delicious! We were convinced to have the butter cake. I have high expectations coming from a CPK lover. Now it was not the same or even comparable but it was way better than what I expected. And let’s just say we ate it all. It was like a GOOD version of a fruit cake

This was our first visit and it surely wasn’t disappointing. The pizza was amazing! We had the spicy calzone, Cesar salad, spaghetti and meatballs. My favorite was the spaghetti and meatballs.. Soooo delicious! You can tell a lot went into the sauce, so much flavor.. So worth every penny we spent! I’ll be coming back next time we are in Miami.

We are familiar with North Italia. Everything was an amazing experience at Aventura location. The one flow I can only think of is the wait time for the main/entree, although our server did notify us about it and I am sure they’ll figure it out over some time since they have just opened. Meatballs for starters were super tasty and quite filling with creamy polenta over red souse. Branzino for the main was very light (just what I wanted) and delicious, the fish itself was cooked perfectly which isn’t an easy task for a thin white fish. For a moment I remembered a moment having similar tasting freshly caught and cooked fish of a wildfire back in a day with my family- amazing! Donuts were one of the tastiest I’ve ever had, so hot (temperature wise) and just melting in your mouth, I mean wow. Felt like I had my favorite malasadas back in Waikiki. Amazing. Thank you

I had an amazing experience at North Italia in Aventura Mall! The location is perfect, set in a gorgeous plaza that’s perfect for a leisurely stroll. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is absolutely incredible. Our server, William, went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time, with great recommendations and a friendly attitude. The food was delicious! We started with a large Pellegrino for $8, and a margarita pizza for $21. We also opted for the Miami Spice dinner at $45 per person with calamari (my favorite), lasagna, and guava donuts. Overall, a fantastic dinning experience!

I had a beautiful experience here. The food was excellent! The risotto balls are soo good, the vodka pasta was great even though I had it without the meat (vegetarian), and the Waiter (Otis) was so kind and attentive. Gorgeous restaurant

Choose this restaurant for my finace birthday dinner and omg the best. Let me start with our host he was friendly & warm as soon as we walk in. Next our waiter Sebastain(picture at door) he is the best( Service 10/10. Attentive 10/10, ability to accommodate requests 10/10, Sebastin went above and beyond during our visit. We appreciate your service. Next the food omg delicious & flavorful 10/10. When they say handmade it is true. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We had appretizers(favorite Crispy Eggplant Parmesan), entree(favorite Squid Ink Tonnarelli) and omg the dessert(Bombolini (Italian Donuts) 10/10 cherry on top. If you have dietary restrictions the restaurant will accomadate. The kids menu awesome had different option kids favorite Spaghetti & Meatballs(good portion). The manager(picture at door) on shift was awesome nice and friendly. Overall experince 10/10 we will be back. If you wany authentic handmade Italian that is flavorful. I can tell by testing its crust, by lifting it to see grilled markings (btw that's normal ) & how easy it is to the fork and knife. Tahitian Vanilla Panna Cotta, smooth with silk texture. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. The classic Bolognese was a burst of flavor, with a subtle citrus touch that really elevated the dish. My husband ordered an Alfredo pasta even though it wasn’t on the menu, they made it quickly without any issue. I also want to highlight the service from Van, a very polite and friendly young man who made us want to come back.

The service was just breathtaking🙏🏻🙏🏻 Our waitress was so nice and sweet, I will totally come back to see her again and experience her kindness. I’m a picky eater, but even so, food is delicious. Just love this place, thank you so much for everything ❤️

I had the best Chicken Parmesan of my life at North Italia! I’m from Los Angeles and have eaten Chicken Parmesan at over 100 Italian restaurants, and this was hands-down the absolute best I’ve ever had. The breading was perfectly crispy, the thickness of the chicken was just right, and it was incredibly juicy—absolute perfection. Beyond the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The manager, Greg, personally came over to check in, and he was incredibly personable. Santiago, my bartender, was also fantastic and made the experience even better. Between the warm hospitality, great atmosphere, and unforgettable food, North Italia has officially set the bar for Chicken Parmesan. I can’t wait to come back!

Make sure you come with enough time for the chef to make dish changes. The ambience in the courtyard is delightful. Gregory, the manager, comes by every time to check that our experience is superb. We actually feel like family. The restaurant has always had great attention to detail. We highly recommended coming for a family gathering or date night.

The Miami spice menu is very much worth the price, it’s a good amount of food and good flavors. The only con would be the speed of the services and that they brought out to-go containers right away when we didn’t finish our appetizers and then the same with our main so by the time dessert came we were eating with to go bags on the table.

Their new spot in The Abbey, Aventura, impressed our small group on a quiet Wednesday. Everyone loved the fresh Italian dishes, service was fairly quick despite one late final dish; personally delivered by the head chef, adding a nice touch. Relaxed vibe.

I like the Calabrian Potato Hash, Eggs well cooked, and good steak portions. The next day, my server named V. Informed me the Eggs in Purgatory is spicy. This dish is similar to Shakshuka, but the Italian version comes with its own spices. Good in taste, slowly mix the eggs with the sauce, try soft warm bread. Butter Cake for dessert, and V told me its Crème fraîche topping. Nice pistachio touch too. On my way out I told V, someone made a " Gay" comment ( moments after I ordered grapefruit juice ) by the Bar on Saturday morning. While the place had few customers, on both weekend mornings. And being I sat in the back, but one can overhear in an enclosed area. Composure is a virtue, I tell ya. It was good to see Will again on my way out. This review & visits are dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. We had good memories in Aventura. Really nice ambience, service was really was friendly but the food portions were very small. $26 for a lasagna the size a little bigger than my palm? Hm, not expected.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I clearly informed the staff that I have a serious issue with garlic and specifically asked for my portion to be prepared without it. Unfortunately, my food contained a large amount of garlic, and as a result, I had severe stomach pain during the night. In addition, the pasta was extremely undercooked, and the pizza we ordered was not tasty at all. Overall, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to customer requests and improves the quality of its dishes. The atmosphere was great.

This place would’ve gotten full 5 stars if the service was amazing. The food is wonderful the management is very helpful, but the service I received was very slow and lack luster, I had the gentleman with the locs and he accidentally charged me twice for dinner after explaining we wanted our check split in half, we had to ask multiple times for to go bags and a check. Ordered our appetizers and drinks soon as we sat down and that didn’t come out for like 20mins. Unfortunately I’m writing this review because now my bank has to dispute that dinner charge and that process in itself is frustrating and could’ve been avoided if our server was paying more attention to his tables!

ONE AND DONE! This won't survive Aventuras taste. We came with high hopes but left sadly disappointed. Let's talk pizza: the Margherita was doughy, undercooked, and lacking seasoning. Undercarriage was undercooked, crust was so doughy. No basil, had to ask. 2.5/10. ZUCCA CHIPS? YUCK! Greasiest chips ever! Now, the Bolognese, their "house specialty"? Lacking in every way. Hard pasta, meaty sauce lacking flavor. Chicken parm? Overcooked and underwhelming. Overall, not authentic, lacking, and disappointing. Service was Average! We advised management , they apologized but nothing more.

Very disappointing experience. The prices were extremely high for the quality of food and drinks we received. We waited 35 minutes just to get water, and about an hour for the appetizer, which arrived with almost no flavor and very poor presentation. Both main courses were equally bad, we could barely eat them. Overall, the service was slow and the food quality or drinks did not match the cost at all. I would not recommend this restaurant in any way.

I feel like this place is a tourist trap. I arrived 15 min before my pickup time and my entire order was cold. I ordered the Bolognese and it was way too salty. The Tiramisu was stale frozen and dry. I could taste the freezer burn on it. The Calamari would have been good if it were hot.

I am beyond frustrated after spending THREE HOURS at North Italia Aventura and still leaving completely disappointed. We arrived at 8:17 PM. Seems reasonable, right? We didn’t get our drinks until 9:40 PM. Yes. Over an hour just for drinks. Our appetizers came at 9:50 PM, and by 10:10 PM — nearly two hours after arriving — we still had no entrées. Our food finally showed up at 10:25 PM, and mine didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM. And after all that waiting? The food was disgusting. Cold, poorly prepared, and absolutely not worth the endless delay. Every single one of us left our plates practically untouched. To make matters worse, it was freezing outside and we repeatedly asked staff to lower the curtains. We were ignored. Completely ignored. The attitude from the staff was dismissive and unapologetic, like our three-hour wait was somehow normal. It’s now 11:00 PM and we are STILL waiting on dessert. At this point, it feels like a joke. Three hours. Bad food. Worse service. Zero accountability. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Never again.
