I received a pipe with a broken tenon. I send it back for repair. Brebbia "repaired" it while at the same time breaking the shank. So they send the pipe back to me, more broken than it was already. I send the pipe back again for a refund and they declined it. This company is absolutely disrespectful and has a horrible service. I am shocked and surprised that they are still in business. Well, I guess not for long considering the way they treat their customers.
