Food was good. The guy on front counter looked like he was either annoyed or wanted to die. Not really any people skills. Wasn't friendly or engaging in the slightest. If the owner or manager is reading this, please hire some people with an actual personality

Fries taste like fish, service is rude, and the chicken in the bucket was a mix of dry-oily and halfway decent.

No ice cream and the chicken was dry and stale.

Ordered through the drive through, asked to pull up front. Received our order which was incorrect and had raw French fries.

I arrived at this location in hopes of grabbing a quick bite to eat for the kiddos. For whatever reason service was slower than a snail's pace. It literally took over 15 minutes to reach the ordering box with only two cars in front of me. Then, when I reached the box to place my order, I was politely told to wait. 7 minutes later, my order was placed. As I pulled forward low and behold the car ahead of me was still waiting for their order. After a few minutes we finally made it to the window. The young gentleman at the window said the bill came to $12.35 at which point he switched places with another young gentleman who I proceeded to give $20.35. The young man then attempted to give me back $7.65. I explained to him that I was owed $8.00, not $7.65. He proceeded to justify his actions by explaining that the register said my change was $7.65. I explained that he wrongly entered the amount I gave him which is why the change amount he is trying to give me was wrong. Sadly, the young man couldn't understand and reluctantly gave me the $8.00 I was owed. Throughout the entire time the workers apologized for the delays, but unless you are an entire staff short, there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to receive fast food with 2 cars ahead of you in line.
