I give four stars not 5 because I wish their open time can be like the McDonald's nearby, till the midnight. And also, I wish products can be taken away even if you purchase in store, which will be much more convenient.

Orders for take out is not permitted. Unless you have to order through delivery apps, which I think is not good for the business because some people do not trust those who deliver.
When food is hot and well prepared, the order is missing something. When the order is perfect, the food is either mid, cold or undercooked (mushy potatoes, anyone?). Also, the tables and floors are not really clean, and that's mostly the customers who can't even be bothered carrying a tray from the table to the bin. But also, that is not really an excuse to not clean them either, so....
Hi I ordered colonel’s buger and the chicken patty was so raw didn’t cook well inside
The ice machine was broken. I already paid at the station for my milkshake and returning money was impossible. The poor girl behind the counter had to run this place in her own! I settled with a burger as alternative (which tasted good and was freshly made). Toilets were disgusting and the place to wash your hand overrun with water. I just feel for the girl having too run this place...
Sitting area messed, tables are messed. Order any meal cold, raw even now a day's taste gone not like before. Specially hot dog dorito new meal nothing special in this cold bread no melting cheese very less chesse. For this meal 100/3. Better and much better i can enjoy my food in Tacos. No hygiene. 👎 very bad, why McDonald's, Burger king, Subway and so on selling more than as much your thoughts. Tasty food and cleaning Ness
Food wasn’t fresh, i ordered veggie burgers the petty inside was too cold like it was cooked yesterday same goes for the other stuff
The chips are always cold..... even the popcorn chicken was very old. And when u ask them to change it they say it's fresh and wanna fight about it.... the buns was made hours ago. The only kfc u will enjoy is the Verona centro... warm food and fresh chips
Terrible take out experience
The management at this branch is poor; the staff are inexperienced and provide subpar service. I've never encountered managers like this at any other KFC I've visited.
Came here half an hour before but they wouldn’t even serve us not even for takeaway
The Restaurant closes at 22:30 and they already close at 22:00, Couldn’t even get to order anything
wasnt served even though had 24 minutes before close and they would not let us order for takeaway
This is a scam i thought the KFC quality is equal to what is here in brescia. I bought a bucket for three persons and i tell you the cuts are minuscule!!! I paid 32 euros and the parts are so tiny i would not do it again! Better eat at an italian restaurant or back home and lrepare your own meals. Also you cannot take out your meals. I asked if there are excess food and i want to get a goody bag to bring it back home, they told me i cannot bring it outside, it is either i finish the food or i throw it away. Now tell me, what kind of service is this?
