I had a phenomenal dining experience at P.F. Chang’s, made truly memorable by our server, Abraham. As someone in the hospitality industry, I recognize when a professional goes above and beyond—Abraham was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured the pacing of our meal was perfect. The lighting and plating were excellent (as you can see from my photos!), making the meal feel like a special occasion even on a weeknight. recently was reminded why they remain a gold standard for upscale casual dining. From the moment the tea service arrived to the final bite of the main course, the experience was seamless.
Great food, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. I will return with more friends and family for certain
Katy was an amazing server, she honestly deserves a raise. My wife and I will definitely be coming back to see her thank you so Much ! Try the butter cake!
Love love the chicken lettuce wrap. A bit pricey but I do like that they now have half appetizer portions and medium size entrees. Even then, a bit pricey still.
We sat in the bar area and the bartender was wonderful. Her drinks were delicious and she was very nice.
Meredith was a great server and really took her time with us I would recommend seeing her again
Bustling! This is place seems to be super popular especially on the weekends. I had the fire braised short rib and Korean sweet potato glass noodles which were awesome. The brussel sprouts were good and the calamari were just right , if they could be well done it would be even better !
Food was good. Katie was our waitress. She was very nice and gave exceptional service.
Just finishing up our lunch at PF Changs in Friendly Center and the food was great. More so the service was exceptional. Katie got the order exactly right and even offered to get a bag of ice for our to go box because we had more shopping to do! Thanks Katie for the great service with a smile.
Katie and Milan were amazing! Milan gave great recommendations from the menu and Katie went above and beyond her duties as a server to ensure our experience was wonderful. They both were very attentive and are a huge part of why our experience was great! Their attention to our requests and needs made the meal 10 times better than it already was. Thank you Katie and Milan. Will definitely be back…and it’s in large part due to you both.
Katy was are waitress and she was amazing, so helpful will all are questions and just overall great
Chang's Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps Minced vegetables, garlic, scallion, mint, sesame oil, iceberg lettuce, crispy rice sticks, lime wedge. Singapore Street Noodles Thin rice noodles, light curry sauce, chicken, shrimp, onion, julienned vegetables. Flavor was slightly spicy, salty, and tangy, with a hint of sweetness. It's not as saucy as a Thai curry sauce, but the flavor is savory. Chicken with Broccoli Ginger-garlic aromatics, green onion, steamed broccoli with fried rice. Chang's Apple Crunch Apple pie, served hot with cinnamon sugar, caramel, and vanilla ice cream. It is October...apple pie, carmel and ice cream. Wonderful flavors in this dessert. Oolong Tea Dragon Eye Oolong Tea is somewhere between a green and a black tea. It is a well-rounded smoky Chinese oolong with safflower, peach and apricots. Tea does contain caffeine, it is about half the dosage of a regular cup of coffee.
Meredith Sears was a wonderful server, very friendly and took good care of us.
My boyfriend and I came there for dinner on September 13 our server was Katie she was great she was able to tell us about all the specials one of which that we did go with was the alcohol drink special that we both ended up going with and then also we went with one of the current specials as far as the food and it was great everything was great she brought everything to the table like clockwork and still checking on us several times after just making sure we were enjoying the food and making sure we didn't need anything else that is definitely the kind of service we like we didn't have too look or wonder where she was and she also boxed up everything once we were finished I have to say from arriving and being seated by the host to Katie being our server we had a great time we were definitely satisfied and happy and we will back and we will be looking for Katie when we come thanks again Katie for the great evening that we had
As someone who works in Human Resources I have a deep appreciation for excellent customer service and the ability to make people feel genuinely welcomed and that’s exactly what I experienced at P.F. Chang’s in Greensboro. My server, Dynasty, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I was seated, she carried herself with a warm and professional presence that made a lasting impression. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her pleasant attitude made the entire dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. What truly stood out to me was the fact that Dynasty was also training a new team member during my visit. Despite managing both roles, she never missed a beat. Her ability to maintain exceptional service while mentoring someone new speaks volumes about her work ethic and leadership. That kind of balance and poise is rare, and I believe it deserves recognition. . I left feeling not just satisfied with the food, but also genuinely impressed with the level of care and attention I received. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to return and ask for her every time.
I love PF Chang's . Food is always good. But it took a while to get it and they definitely were not busy. Other than that all was good.
Katie provided excellent service and was very attentive during our meal. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!
Katie was our waitress and she did an outstanding job! We had actually talked at the table about how she was the best wait staff we’ve had in awhile!
Katie is the BEST server ever! She is friendly, engaging (not pushy), knowledgeable and very observant!!! She needs to be duplicated
Our Server Katie was awesome! So very kind and friendly. This was my first time going with my family we loved the ambiance and definitely appreciate how Katie treated us the whole time!
Now being that I’ve had PF Changs in Atl I decided to try this one in Greensboro and the service was slow I sat in the bar section as it was only me one! And I waited 20+ mins before she came and not greeted but to see if I was ordering! I asked for a leech drink ( which is FANTASTIC) and that took another 20 mins to reach the table, now you would think this service was like that because it was crowded well no! Besides myself there were another single seater and 2 tables that had 2 persons each🤦🏼♀️
We had Katie as our server. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, drinks, etc. She is personable and an excellent server.
I’m a few months behind posting this wonderful lunch my best friend and I had for her birthday. We were waited on generously. They even made an extra plate in the kitchen and we ended up getting double egg rolls. This was my moms favorite place to eat and she passed this last August so my best friend and I went and celebrated my moms life and ate all our favorites while there. Also side note P.F. Chang’s has stepped up their game on the beef they use to put in their lo mein. Out of this world. I can’t wait to go to the Charlotte location for my Birthday next month. P.F. Chang’s rarely disappoints 💓 If you haven’t had the crispy green beans you are missing out on life. You are welcome!
Our server Bilal was spot on. Quick to check on us and made sure we had a great experience. Our food was good as expected and served in a timely manner and HOT. Will definitely come back again
The food was great, the service from Meredith S. was fun. She was funny and did a great job serving us.
Our server was excellent. He did a wonderful job. I believe his name was Iko but unsure of the spelling. Food was very good. Although I don’t remember the portion being so small. Will be back.
We had Katie in the Greensboro location. She is thorough, efficient, accommodating and friendly. She took the time to tell us about the specials and the desserts. We really enjoyed her as our waitress.
Not only did Katie help us out on our first visit to PF Changs but she almost was very kind and patient with us. She told us about the chefs feast and saved us a lot of money. I’m happy and fulfilled Thank You Katie 🫶🫶🫶🫶
My favorite restaurant in Greensboro! Go to the bar because Anthony is the star of the show here! Enjoy great prompt service, drinks, food and conversation! I always leave satisfied and happy. ☺️
Dylan was our server. He was spectacular and very attentive to our needs. The food was exceptional. These two things are very important to me as a customer. Thank you Dylan and PF Changs for making this a memorable experience.
Came here for my first time on Saturday. Food was quick. Very good. Our waitress Katie was awesome. I look forward to coming back.
Meredith did a great job as my waitress and took her time to help with menu recommendations.
Katie at PF CHANGS in Greensboro NC, was excellent server. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She informed us of the different items on the menu and the specials. She checked on us and offered suggestions. She is great! If you ever visit PF CHANGS in Greensboro at the Friendly Center ask for Katie!!!
Amy was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and made me feel welcome, was able to execute anything we asked and was very accommodating. She’s great, and is the kind of person that makes you want to come back!
Food was okay.. but our server Katie was awesome!! She made sure our orders are okay.. always checking if we need anything, made sure we know the menu and specials!!
We enjoy eating here, but try to avoid the peak demand times. Our favorites are the Mongolian garlic beef, miso glazed salmon, combo lo Mien, lobster avocado rolls, sesame chicken and fried rice. hard the beat the Great Wall of chocolate, banana spring rolls and coconut strawberry shortcake deserts. Definitely recommend the strawberry lemonade. During our most recent visit, Chris was our server and he was fantastic! This is a good dining experience!
First time come here. Was told that it was great restaurant to go to so I had to see what the hype was about. The hype is real. The food was great. The service from our server Meredith did a phenomenal job. She was pleasant and make sure all our needs and wants were met. Definitely recommend come check it out. Ask for Meredith.
Love this P.f Chang's especially because of our server Meredith. She is the absolute best. She gave us all the best recommendations and recommended a new specialty drink. She created a strawberry coconut mojito! So delicious! They should add it to the menu!
Katie was an excellent waitress. She was very attentive as well as very detailed. Very friendly as well. If you eat here be nice to her, she’s great. Food was excellent. Been in Greensboro most of my life, first time eating here.
Stopped by this restaurant for the first time in 5 years. It was lunchtime on a Friday but there was no wait time and we were seated immediately. The waiters and other staff were very helpful during our ordering process by suggesting a new drink (blackberry refresher). I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised. It truly was refreshing. We ordered 3 appetizers for the party of 4 ladies. The appetizers came out staggered as to not overwhelm the table. Everything we ordered was delicious and hot. I definitely will not wait 5 years before the next visit.
One of the best chain style restaurants out there. Food tastes fresh and atmosphere is great. Our waitstaff Dillion was awesome, attentive and patient. We had the broccoli beef, honey shrimp, teriyaki chicken and soup. HIGHLY recommend the wonton soup and the teriyaki chicken!! Both were amazing. The others were really good too. My only complaint was the lo mein and the fried rice. Not great but everything else more than made up for it!!
Katie truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, her warm smile and inviting greeting made us feel welcomed. She enthusiastically shared the specials and revealed some secret menu gems, showcasing her impressive memory. Her customer service was outstanding—attentive and personable. Our orders arrived promptly, and the food was absolutely delicious. A fantastic dining experience all around!
The team at P.F. Chang’s is exceptional! If you ever need to host a large event I highly recommend them. We hosted a large dinner as a memorial for a loss family member and they went above and beyond. The booking process was very smooth, they checked in multiple times to make sure the details were all correct and were very accommodating when the guest count kept changing. I’ve eaten there multiple times so it goes without saying that the food is very good but the service was top notch. For the event even the manager was helping throughout the whole process to make sure everything was coming out and to our liking. They even got us flowers since this was for a memorial which was very heartwarming. I thanked them there, I’m thanking them now, but I can never thank them enough for everything they did for us that day. And also the price wasn’t astronomical, I had checked with many restaurants who either gave me a crazy quote or couldn’t accommodate our party of 30+ on a Saturday. Choose P.F. Chang’s! Thank you to the manager and the servers that help us that day.
Last night Katie provided an amazing dining experience for me and my husband at Greensboro's P.F.Chang's! It had been over a year since we had dined here. Katie expertly guided us through the menu with passion, highlighting best values and newer options like half-size appetizers and smaller portion entrees. My husband and I have both worked in the service industry and appreciate a server like Katie who brings such joy and professionalism to her job. The food was delicious, hot and timely. We appreciated that some of the menu prices had been lowered and that there are different portion sizes offered. We will definitely not be waiting another year to return!
This is way better than your typical "China Garden" or "#1 China ..." or whatever local shopping center Chinese spot. Never had bad food at a P.F. Chang's. The Egg Drop Soup is amazing, better than any other place. The Chef's Special for 2 or the $16.99 dinner for 1 are great deals. You can't go wrong at this place!
Dined here for Valentine’s Day. Our waitress (Vex) was amazing, very attentive, quick & she provided us with professional service. She was very accommodating. She made our valentines dinner very special w/her friendly services even during the rush of lovers, friends & family day. Please continue to make the world a better place w/your kindness if you see this!
Ate here on a Friday night. Wait time was about an hour. We opted to sit at the bar to avoid waiting. Bartender was phenomenal! Appetizer came out fast, then soup, then entrée. It was timed perfectly. Menu descriptions are kinda vague so you might not know exactly what you're ordering. It's pricey, but food is good.
The waiter was awesome! The food was amazing. Much better than the last visit I had over a year ago. Someone made some changes and hopefully it will work . Maybe it was just a different waiter .
I came here on 2/13/21. On this day, there has been many trees down and power outages across Greensboro and other cities. Many restaurants (both dine in and fast food) was closed on my side of town. Needless to say, I figured the friendly center would have power with how big they are. I ended Up here at P.F. Chang’s lol. There was no wait. I called before coming inside, just to be sure. I was getting hangry. I was sat right beside the host area. I did notice that a wait occurred not long after I was sat. This is not my first time at this location. I normally get the same thing. My bf and I ordered sweet tea to drink. It was not sweet enough for me. I like fully southern SWEET tea.. the kind that’s almost diabetic. I switched it out and got the strawberry lemonade. As an app, I got the pork dumplings. I normally get them steamed but told the waitress, Hannah, to surprise me. When it came out (about 10 mins later) I noticed that she chose to pan fry it. It was delicious, as I would have expected. It was the perfect temperature.. not too hot where I couldn’t eat it yet and not too warm/cold where I would complain. It comes with a Thai chili sauce on the side that’s great for dipping or pouring completely on the dumplings. For 6 dumplings, it was $9. This time for my entree, I got the Crispy honey shrimp. I normally go in between the shrimp and the chicken. I got the lunch version, which is $5 cheaper, as I know I’m not gonna eat it all. Plus, it’s less calories and I’m supposed to be dieting. I was in fact, right. I got full 3/4 way through my meal. What I didn’t know was that when you get the lunch portion, they out the meat and rice together. It was no problems for me. The only mix up was that I ordered brown rice but got fried rice. Other that that, I got full and enjoyed it. My bf got the orange chicken with fried rice. He didn’t like that the chicken and rice mixed together. We normally get the regular version. He ultimately concluded that he didn’t like it and got another order of the fried dumplings. His orange chicken was discounted. Covid wise, masks are required. They were worn by staff. They have a big bottle of hand sanitizer on the host stand. The Tables appear to be 6 feet apart and socially distanced.
The food here is quite exceptional I did have the combination type lo mein with shrimp, chicken, beef and it was exceptional. My wife she had the sesame chicken and that's who was excellent oh, and I also had the wonton soup is which I always get when I get here that is exceptional as well. I have never been disappointed with the food here. It is one of those places that you go to on an occasion because of the price Factor it is a little more expensive than usual. The food is excellent I will give it that.
Went for a birthday celebration. It was a busy night and the wait staff bustled abour the crowded restaurant about like they were on roller skates in a competition! Our waiter kept apologizing to us for delays in getting our food. The poor guy was swamped. We assured him we understood. The manager came out to help her staff. Impressive! So, the service was good. I don't frequent this restaurant much. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, just not cozy enough for me. There's something about the arrangement of the seating area that throws the restaurant's vibe off. The food is okay. I can only speak for my dish. Generally, I have no complaints. This restaurant just isn't one of my favorites. I cannot say enough good things about the wait staff. They were great! Attentive and calm inspire of the large crowd. I'm happy to say the restaurant has a good reputation mostly among their customers.
Katie is awesome. She provided a detailed menu overview, answered all my questions perfectly, was accommodating, attentive, and just overall a pleasure to have as my waitress. Hope you're paying her well!
We arrived at the start of the dinner hour and we were seated quickly. However, we waited for the wait staff over 10 minutes before we were greeted and to get our drink order( water, ginger beer). Then we waited another 10 minutes or more to place our dinner orders. A party of three. Luckily one of the wait staff recognized the problem in stepped in. After that all went well. Thanks to Shar a friendly courteous service oriented waiter. We truly appreciated this staff member. And yes the food was good.
Food was excellent. Sweet tea was excellent. If you’re not starving their dinner specials aren’t a bad deal. We had the Changs Spicy Chicken and a spring roll. Ate early on a Sunday evening. The only thing I noticed was the place isn’t as clean as it used to be. It’s not bad at all. Just not quite what you would expect.
PF Chang’s has gone downhill over the years, but it’s still pretty good. Make a reservation if you’re going on the weekends, because it’s busy. The orange chicken (ask for it spicy) is tasty. We had to ask for extra sauce for the Pad Thai because the cooks forgot to add it. It’s also pretty expensive.
One of the highlights was their great selection of vegetarian options, which made it easy for me to enjoy a satisfying and flavorful meal. I opted for the Chef’s Feast, which is an excellent value at $20. The Chef’s Feast includes a soup, an appetizer, and one entrée. For those who want to elevate their experience, premium entrées are available for an additional cost. The portions were generous, and the flavors were on point. To end the meal on a sweet note, I ordered two desserts: The Great Wall of Chocolate and the Chocolate Soufflé. While The Great Wall of Chocolate is a crowd-pleaser with its indulgent layers, the Chocolate Soufflé stole the show for me. It was perfectly rich, decadent, and beautifully presented—a dessert I’d highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth! The atmosphere at P.F. Chang is welcoming and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was to my liking. Overall, this was an exceptional dining experience, and I’ll definitely be returning soon! Feel free to adjust it to add any additional personal touches!
This is one of my favorite places and this day didn't disappoint. We had a wonderful server, Bex, who was extremely friendly and attentive. The food and atmosphere are always very good. Because we were going to get out favorite appetizer, lettuce wraps, we decided to go with the special for $19 per person that included appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 soups/salads and it saved us about $30 dollars without the deal we would have not had the salad.
I am becoming less of a fan of this restaurant. The taste is good as usual, but the service is dropping and the portion sizes are getting ridiculously small. Yet the prices are going up. Tonight the waiter informed us from the start. No Tuna, no sushi and no lettuce wraps. That kills a good portion of the menu. My daughter ordered an entre salad (just dalad, no protein). I have never seen an entre salad so small, yet this $13.00 dish hit the table and the waiter acted like it was a culinary masterpiece. That was about the last time he voluntarily appeared at our table. Had to request a refill every single time. We started stopping other staff for the requests. Disappointed in this visit. Definitely not worth the long wait or the price.
It was my first time at P.F. Changs. I took my sister here to celebrate her birthday. The food was OK. It was fresh but lacked flavor and the fried rice was soggy. I wasn't too impressed. My sister enjoyed her birthday chocolate cake 🎂
We have given several chances but the food is just bland to us. With the exception of the shrimp dumplings, because we love them!!! Other than that, its just not worth the money or the drive.
So I remember a visit to a PF Chang in KY several years ago. It almost felt like a fancy restaurant. Everything was clean and looked new. Tables and booths were comfortable and felt well-kept. I remember the food being amazing. So I took my wife for a special date to this restaurant. She loves PF Chang's. Or loved. This place looked tired (what is it with American restaurants and eating out lately? Everywhere I go I see restaurants who are just doing the minimum, resting on their old successes and looking tired and unwilling to try) and it looked like no one really cared about presenting a wonderful experience. We were there in the evening on a Tuesday and it was pretty empty. We got a booth by the bar...and the table was sticky. We asked for them to clean it and they tried. Twice. Still not clean so we put our napkins down as a make-shift tablecloth. Not very fancy... Anthony was our waiter and he did a good job taking our order and making sure that everything was satisfactory. The entree came before the appetizer, which is weird, but no big deal. The food (Mongolian trio) was great (the salad wraps were just ok). Didn't have to wait for the check. But here is the thing. If I am spending over $60 for a night out with my wife, I don't want bare minimum and sticky tables. I want it to be an evening to remember where the food and ambiance highlight our conversation and romance, and don't make me feel like I am eating in a leveled up Waffle-House.
I tried the new black pepper chicken and was not impressed. Too much coding of either peppercorns or sesame seeds.I'm not sure i've had better black pepper chicken at the local chinese delivery. Service provider was nice. But they got rid of my half finished expensive scotch before I could get back from the bathroom.
The food is fairly decent for what you are paying. We (3) had the pork dumplings, combo lo mein, and 2 rolls and were full by the end so the portions is not too bad. Although some of the dishes are slightly overpriced. The dumplings were good, but the lo mein was kind of bland. The rolls are kind of average, but it’s toppings and sauce are what makes it slightly better. I had the spicy ramen another time I went here and it was kind of unimpressive. The servers are really nice. It always takes a long time for the food to come out of the kitchen.
Food was decent; understandably the waiters were overwhelmed with the amount of customers before school starts up again. We got lucky and got accidently given extra food lol. It's pricy but worth eating once just to try the food. I did enjoy my orange chicken but I would spend the money on Panda Express's orange chicken
Just had lunch, service was very slow, table 67, Shar. My meal was not eatable, beef was tough and overcooked. My wife had finished her meal before the server came back to check on us. When I told her the meal was tough she asked if I would like something else. My wife had finished her meal so therefore I did not She did not apologize for the meal. She did not offer for the Manager to come over. Very displeased
Maybe it just hurts from knowing that years ago this place actually felt like an upscale restaurant and now it just feels like a regular place with higher prices and less interactions. This used to be my favorite place to go for my birthday but this last experience almost felt like a joke. Minimal waiting staff interaction, food was okay for the price, we didnt even bother with dessert. Most the crowd had left by the time we got our food so I could only use that for so much of an excuse. Oh, and if you go for a birthday experience, go with a group or they are not going to care.
Way overpriced. It's a giant plate of meat with very little vegetables. The $11 salad is a big bowl of lettuce with mass produced wontons and sesame dressing = not tasty or worth the money. I was wholly underwhelmed by this experience and have now written off PF Chang's moving forward.
My husband and I came for my birthday lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I told the staff that seated us that it was my birthday. I even told our server "Alex" that it was my birthday. Last year they treated me to a small dessert and sparkler, this year nothing. My food was terrible. I have eaten the Crispy Honey Shrimp several times. The shrimp came out slimy. Gave my husband a bit too, he said it was disgusting. I will not be back here for anymore birthdays.
Went and had lunch there today and wow! We won’t be back. The service was completely awful. Took 10 mins for our waiter to come and talk to us and nearly another 10 mins to get a water and a coke. The restaurant was dead and waiter only had 2 tables and we were one of them. This should have been our sign to leave. It only got worse from there. An hour and a half later we finally escaped after getting our credit card back. The waiter had nothing but excuses for everything that went wrong that were clearly his fault. The food was ok. We used to come here a lot and the food was always great. The restaurant is run down looking. Sticky floors. Super dusty window seals, broken dirty chairs, chipped paint all over walls. This restaurant used to be nice..not so much anymore..disappointing.
⭐️⭐️ 2 Stars First waiter couldn’t even get my drink order right, and it took ages just to get anything from the bar. The service was flat-out awful — lazy and slow, and the place wasn’t even busy. Food was good, but not nearly good enough to make up for how terrible the service was. Total waste of time. I’ll spend my money somewhere that actually cares.
We hadn’t visited this restaurant in several years, so we decided to give it another try. We arrived shortly after 5 PM, and the place wasn’t busy—just a few customers. We requested a booth and were seated in the bar area, where only one other booth was occupied. By the time we left, there were just two bar booths with patrons. The bartender (Anthony) doubled as our waiter, but he seemed far more interested in chatting with a group two booths away than providing service. In the entire time we were there, I only saw him make three drinks, and we received almost no attention. Our salads arrived with barely any dressing. Eventually, someone brought my husband a small serving of dressing, but none was provided for me. While the food tasted good, the portions were disappointingly skimpy, especially on the meat. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal, and this experience ensures we won’t be returning.
Great environment for the eyes. Has some really nice views inside. A few flies around the food on the table. My only complaint would be the rice & orange chicken was really over cooked. The orange chicken tasted like dough not meat.
Walk in stood there for a good while, there was a worker there that saw us but no acknowledgement so we just walked out and went to the cheesecake factory and was happy we did cause the service was phenomenal
Last Friday of the month is date with my queen, and she had mentioned PF Chang's a couple of times in the past, so we went. By far, hands down, worst food I've had in a while. I ordered a side salad, the wife had the egg drop soup. We had the crab ragoon as an appetizer and could have puked what I had right on the floor. I'm thinking something was either spoiled or theirs just SUCK bad, even the sauce they serve them in was DISGUSTINGLY AWFUL. Queen whole heartedly agreed with me , they were so awful we wanted to send them back. Told the waitress (whom I gave 4 stars and a nice tip to, because I think she knew but couldn't say anything) not to worry about it because we had eaten the crust off the edge of half of them. The filling though, absolutely positively horrible, which is the reason you get them.I had the teriyaki trio, and queen had spicy chicken (it's dat NOLA in her baaabie). The teriyaki trio was as horrible as the crab thingies, if not worse. It was like you couldn't enjoy any part of it, it was that bad. The sauce, hell the entire plate SUCKED with big Mic Jagger lips. 85-90% of it is sitting in my refrigerator right now, with me wondering why I even brought it home. I would've left it sitting on the table if I thought it would've made an impact. I'll pull it out today, heat it up and try it just to see, but I'm sure there'll be little difference between now and then. Almost $100 bucks, gone, for a disgustingly horrible meal. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!
Bad experience. I’d much rather give a good review but not today. PF Chang’s you can thank your bartender for this review. He kept us and the other customers waiting several times while he was “juicing” the food was okay, but he ruined it. We ordered the Chef’s Feast. He didn’t offer any refills, he didn’t offer any wonton crackers with the soup, and he kept us waiting 15 minutes or longer after we gave him the check. Something wasn’t right with him so I asked him why do you keep us waiting? He said “excuse me “ this is very bad service. Your customers should be your top priority Sir.
Ordered through door dash. Order incomplete and late. Dasher waited to pick up order so it was not the fault of the delivery that it was late. Also items were missing from our order. Overpriced and barely warm. We are DONE with PF Chang’s. I tried calling and waited 15 minutes for someone to pick up the line. Finally hung up. There are better places to eat!!!
Food was and is terrible. I'm from out north and Pf changs there is good. Here just to vinaigrette the rice isn't that great. The sushi rolls was the only thing I like and even that taste old. Not fresh like it should total disappointment, Is not good at all. Don't waste your money here.my order was was$76 too much money for what I order. Just don't.
Should have left from the start, dirty over handled menus was just the preview to rest of the dinner. Applebee's only in Chinese flavor. Panda Express is cleaner, better priced, and food taste better.
We ate there last night and it was the worst meal we had. We ordered the large lettuce wraps and they forgot the spoon. We also had to ask for more lettuce because there were only 3 pieces. It took over 1/2 hour to get our entrees. Again one came without a spoon. The rice was piled on a plate with some in a big glob. While we were still eating, the server asked about dessert and when we said no, she put the check on the table. We asked about to go boxes and she only brought one and said that it was the only one left! On the way out we saw many more of them being delivered to other tables. In the past, we always received the boxes and a bag to put them in. Also, we did not get the traditional fortune cookies. So disappointing! Don’t know when or ever we will come back.
