I really loved the lava pearls milk tea and it was delicious! It was probably one of my top milk teas this year and I was really surprised! This place is really small and you can order on a machine or with one of the staff. They were really quick and efficient, plus the location on the corner is super convenient. I highly recommend!

This place had some of the tastiest bubble tea I have ever had. They suggested their signature tea and you adjust the sweetness level and the amount of ice. Good variety of flavor and options. Clean place and friendly service made this my favorite bubble tea of my New York trip.

Much love to this place. Awesome creations for bubble tea! Had the three guys(milk tea, tapioca, pudding and grass jelly) I definitely recommend this drink if you in doubt. It's sweet without sugar and has awesome jelly in it that you slurp right through the straw. Love it. Had the red bean matcha latte the next day. Was a little indifferent if the red bean. It's actually a bean that's at the bottom of your drink that you slurp up. It's not that sweet without sugar, so if you want sweetness add some sugar. Other than that not a bad joint. I give 4 stars because it was amazing! But it could be at a better price.

CoCo just opened a location in Manhattan's Chinatown and they have great bubble tea with pudding! CoCo is definitely an underrated bubble tea (boba tea) spot, but they have darn good pudding, milk teas. The staff are very friendly and kind. Visit if you're in the area!

Good place to stop if you want that bubble tea fix since the service is quick and it's one of the cheaper options. **And this might be oddly specific but this is the one nearby bubble tea place that a HOT matcha drink--MATCHA LATTES (with the option of red bean if you wish)! If you're interested.

The pudding milk tea taste really good . You need to order it to try, I think it's better than bubble tea .

I had the berry punch, it was a great taste and very refreshing. The green tea added a unique layer. My only problem is the berries are very thick in the purée. I feel like the smoothie might be my preference and will update my review once try it. Overall I’m sure it’s a healthy smoothie with all those vitamins and antioxidants. they came out a new drink called "brandy milk tea" which is milk tea plus 10% of brandy. i bought one last night and its terrible, it taste just like hot water and brandy, no milk and tea. And this drink cost $5 for medium size, i will not buy it anymore!

Worst customer service. First went in to ask for a menu, guy already has an attitude. Went back in and tried to order 4 drinks but guy at the counter was very rude! I was the only customer then. Interrupted and asked if I wanted the drink or not. Nope. Brought the drinks somewhere else. Don't work in the industry if you hate talking to people.

Visit this shop on 09/21/2021 around 2pm. The heavy guy work inside is super rude. The drink is average.nothing to write home about. Just noticed that all the negative reviews because their bad attitude.Do not give them any business if they are not nice to you! won't be back!

I bought 4 cups of milk tea, one drink of which was made by a 4-year-old boy. The cup accidentally broke a big hole in the lid. So I asked the staff to change a new lid，Because want to stay in the car, want to go far place, afraid to spill out, the staff member still said the boss refused to change, again I persisted, very reluctantly changed a new lid!

Terrible service… as soon as we entered the cashier had a terrible attitude! We had a question and when we asked he got aggravated and angry.. the boba tastes average. When we were going to pay he snatched our card

I wouldn't go out of my way to come here -- too bad it's along my commute. Yesterday I ended up placing a mobil order at the store b/c of their attitude. The drink was disappointing and they didn't bother calling my name or order number for pick up. The store got busy and folks were blocking the pick up counter -- hung around for 10 extra mins for no reason. I had to ask the employee for my drink.

Please do not come here under any circumstances . I had noticed the service here is very rude for a while but didn't really care much until I had problem with my drink . I ordered 50% sugar which normally has some sweets but today i didn't taste it at all and I called to ask if they can remake it. It's a $7 drink and I brought 2 . I would assume I want to be satisfy or at least drinkable. The guy at the shop said he already put sugar and there's nothing he can do about it .. he cannot remake it . I went back and ask if they could at least add some sugar to it , they were not happy about it but did it anyway , they reopen the seal on my cup and I felt like his fingers were all over in my cup already . Anyway I ended up trashing the drink and I would never return anymore . Coco seriously need to train their employees 🙄
