Accompanied my daughter for her first medical appointment and was deeply impressed by the care. Dr. Xi the Cardiologist and Dr. Polanco Primary were very thorough and professional. They made you feel comfortable and listen to my concerns for my daughter. Explanations were given in laymen's terms which was very helpful. I highly recommend this place as a full service medical center. All office and medical staff deserve praise too for their exceptional customer service.

The psychologist/psychiatrist herself is truly wonderful, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her guidance. Unfortunately, the scheduling process has been very disappointing. I was informed that there is a two-hour window from the scheduled appointment time, but it seems this flexibility only applies on their end—not for patients. I joined about four weeks ago and have only been able to meet with her twice—not due to her lack of availability, but because my scheduled appointments were not honored. On multiple occasions, we never connected, and no courtesy calls or text messages were made to reschedule or explain the situation. I do not need a generic “Google response.” I need your office to do better by your patients.

I will never return here again! This is the first time that I go to a medical facility, and the provider does not ask me to confirm my name and DOB upon him entering the room. Furthermore, after he introduced himself he tells me that my covid/strep/flu test came back negative, however, noone had administered any exam on me because he was the first provider I was meeting with after my vitals were taken by the PCA. I clarified that I hadn't taken any test and he states, "oh, I guess that was someone else's". He proceeds to examine me while I described the chain of events that led to me coming in, and he tells me that everything appears to be fine but he will send a few medications to the pharmacy to assist me with recovery and he leaves. I am someone who knows her body very well, and I also tend to get sinus/URI every year around this time, therefore, the fact that I was being sent home with no testing and the assumption that I had whatever virus is going around right now, didn't sit right with me. Therefore, I knocked on the doctor's door and requested for a sinus infection test and was told, there isn't one, but he could ask the PCA to give me the covid/flu test. Long story short, that came back negative and despite my results being negative, all the medications were still sent to the pharmacy with no clear indications as to how to take the meds and for how long. I expected for at least one of the medications to be removed considering my results came back normal, but nope. I say this all to say, that I worry about the folks who don't know any better and can't or won't advocate for themselves and assume that this type of service is normal. When in fact, it is unacceptable!

When I get to the reception two people are already sent out told to come back tomorrow same time. I greet the receptionist, show my PPL appointment, and get a smirk followed by "We don't have access to that come back tomorrow!" Excuse me..if you don't have access and I don't even see you go on a computer to check do you really not have access or do you not want to be bothered with patients? Had to pay $30 for a Lyft because it would take me three busses to get home. Very unprofessional to say the least and had I gone back next day I would have been told the same thing. I do not recommend because when I called PPL they stated the place was taking appointments then told the two people who were sent home also called stating they were sent home too and told to come back. I will never book or return here again.

I don’t recommend this place. No water, masks or hand sanitizer in the waiting room, poor experience with the provider and it took 45 minutes to have my blood drawn. Also, turns out you have to book an appointment to receive your results?! I’ve never heard of that for an urgent care.
