I've been there at lease 3 times a week bc they are near my job and I always order the same menu. The coffee tase is really depend on who makes for you. Some day can be very very sweet😭😭😭, some day can be perfect. please make sure your employee keep the standard. I really like your coffee

Iced green tea 10/10 , staff ok but somewhat robotic. When asked what what flavor is available the response was it’s written on the menu. I am sure of that but wouldn’t be just easier to answer? Pastries are good we tried jalapeño and walnut scones.

Another nice place of Gregory’s! Had their carrot pound cake and as always it’s the best town. The decor of this place has very cozy feel to it. Great place to hang out and have coffee around Times Square area❤️.

The atmosphere is fantastic, my double espresso was very much underwhelming. Granted I'm an avid coffe drinker, I recommend a new roaster who uses a light roast recipe for starters. I also could not tell if my biscotti was stale or purposely baked for a softer texture. The Wake Me Up shot did prove to be a pleasant surprise as did the sitting experience.

normally like Gregory’s Coffee and their service/coffee, but not the last time i went to this location on November 13. the interior is clean and well maintained. foods on display and brightly lit. there’s some seating toward the front. ordered a Salted Caramel (small) because for some reason, they said they could make a Nu Brew (Nutella cold brew). got the drink after a few minutes, the coffee was more than 80% ice. the ice chunks were so large that i couldn’t put a straw into the cup. had to call to the employees several times about this. one said she’d take care of it and proceeded (from my pov) to use an ice scoop lying on a sink to scoop some ice out (gross. Cross-contamination?) as opposed to remaking the drink the right way. got the drink back and it still had more than 50% ice in it and a decent portion of the coffee was also gone. pointed out to them that this was not right. employees seemed to ignore it and kept cleaning. the employees seemed more concerned with closing up as quickly as possible (it was about 1/2 hour to closing) and in fact they were telling customers they couldn’t make certain drinks (most likely because they were trying to close and leave once 4 pm hit even though it was well before 4). not a great plan on their part, tbh. i left and tried the drink—it was super saccharine as if the cold brew was the bottom of the batch where all the sugar/flavoring typically settle. drinkable but far from the typical quality at Gregory’s. $4 + tip for the Salted Caramel Cold Brew. the staff i dealt with? not great, based on my last experience. i get that there is a labor shortage and service industry jobs are not easy but this was wrong way.

This review will specifically be about their food, not their coffee or service. I came here for the "New Yorker", a bacon egg and cheese on a brioche bun, based on an email promotion that looked pretty good. What actually followed was the most pathetic excuse for food I've ever been served. Instead of something remotely resembling a sandwich, I was given a tiny slice of artificial egg on what looked like a potato bun, and bacon that looked like it was boiled or old. I've attached photos for reference. It would be hilarious if it weren't so insulting for them to think people should pay for this. Two stars. One for the effort of an email campaign that somehow got me through the door, and one for at least having a trash can to dispose of this in.

Dude behind the counter was probably new, couldn't figure out the register. Very slow service, took him 30 seconds to put gloves on. And he smashed my ham and cheese. Caramel cold brew is overly sweet.

My coworker and I ordered this morning 3 times. The uber eats driver dropped the first order (totally not the coffee shop’s fault). We ordered a second time and realized my breakfast burrito was missing. Then we ordered a THIRD time, and one again my burrito is missing. I tried to call the shop to see if maybe they had run out and to get a refund, but when you call and select that option it hangs up. You can’t event get in touch with them. Ridiculous.

The coffee is good but they underfill your drinks. I ordered a large hot coffee, left the store, & then saw it was missing 1/3rd. Then another time I ordered an iced coffee and paid extra for no ice and they still under filled. Why charge extra if you’re only going to give the same amount?

Had a terrible experience at the Broadway location!!! The girl there in the morning is rude!!! The guy seemed cool but must be new because he seemed confused. I travel far before work to have a good breakfast. It was 8:40am, the ovens were not heated and I was told it’ll take longer to cook, being that I’ve traveled I wanted to wait. Got my drink it was not great and full of ice, then my vegan deluxe was ready. I took one bite and the inside was still frozen. 🙄 so now I have to wait again. Meanwhile the Spanish girl who appears to be a manager seemed annoyed with me and constantly rolling her eyes. I asked her what time does she open? To which she replied “8 O clock” SO WHY IS THE OVEN NOT FULLY HEATED WHEN UTS NOW 8:50am?? So finally my sandwich is ready l, at this point I’m out of time so I took it to go. Got to work and realized it’s burned….. wasted my money and time. I’ll NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN I WILL STICK TO THE INE IN JERSEY WITHo GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I got charged for a large one with a medium cup. The female staff told me there is only small or large. I’ve been gergrory too many time to know that actually a medium one. Then asked, and got the answer as “this store is just different” with a bad attitude. How could, I doubted. Worst experience at gergroey coffee stores. Does it looked like a large for u?
